Claims (10)
1. The plastic spraying equipment for the outer cylinder of the air pressure rod is characterized by comprising a plastic spraying chamber, a drying chamber, a chain plate conveyor penetrating through the plastic spraying chamber and the drying chamber, a belt conveyor conveying the outer cylinder of the air pressure rod to the chain plate conveyor, and a discharging mechanism guiding out the outer cylinder of the air pressure rod; the chain plate of the chain plate conveyor is provided with a clamping mechanism, and the clamping mechanism comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod which are hinged to the chain plate, and an elastic mechanism for driving the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod to open; the belt conveyor is provided with a push plate which is driven to move by a first driving mechanism in a sliding manner, and the push plate pushes the outer cylinder of the pneumatic rod to the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod; the blanking mechanism comprises a support, a guide plate hinged on the support, and a second driving mechanism for driving the guide plate to swing downwards, wherein a limiting plate for limiting the outer cylinder of the air pressure rod is fixedly connected to the guide plate, and a boss for driving the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod to be folded is arranged at the blanking end of the chain plate conveyor.

The air pressure bar outer cylinder plastic spraying equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism further comprises a bottom plate which is slidably arranged on the inner side of the chain plate, the elastic mechanism drives the bottom plate to move inwards, the two sides of the bottom plate are hinged with first connecting rods, the first supporting rods and the second supporting rods are arranged in an angle shape, each of the first supporting rods and the second supporting rods comprises a clamping part positioned on the outer side of the chain plate and a connecting rod part positioned on the inner side of the chain plate, the joint of the clamping part and the connecting rod part is hinged on the chain plate, and the connecting rod part is hinged on the first connecting rod.

The plastic spraying equipment for the outer cylinder of the pneumatic rod as claimed in claim 2, wherein the two sides of the bottom plate are slidably provided with a sliding rod, one end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected to the chain plate, the other end of the sliding rod penetrating through the bottom plate is provided with a limiting protrusion, and the elastic mechanism is a compression spring sleeved on the sliding rod section between the chain plate and the bottom plate.
4. A pneumatic rod outer cylinder plastic spraying device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer end of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a bottom rod, and a sphere is rotatably arranged at the outer end of the bottom rod.
5. The air pressure bar outer cylinder plastic spraying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer ends of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are respectively provided with a ball head.

The plastic spraying device for the outer cylinder of the air pressure rod according to claim 1, wherein plastic spraying machines are arranged on two outer sides of the plastic spraying chamber, two vertical spraying pipes which are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the chain plate conveyor are arranged on two inner sides of the plastic spraying chamber, the plastic spraying machines are connected with the vertical spraying pipes through connecting pipes penetrating through the plastic spraying chamber, and a plurality of first nozzles which are obliquely arranged inwards are arranged on the vertical spraying pipes along the height direction of the vertical spraying pipes.
7. A gas-pressure bar outer cylinder plastic spraying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein two first nozzles are arranged on the vertical spray pipe, and the upper first nozzles are arranged in a downward inclined manner.

The plastic spraying device for the outer cylinder of the air pressure rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein a drying pipe is arranged at the top of the drying chamber, one end of the drying pipe is connected with a hot air blower, and an air suction blower is arranged at one side of the drying chamber.

The air pressure bar outer cylinder plastic spraying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of partition boards are arranged on the outer side of the belt conveyor at intervals along the length direction of the belt, the air pressure bar outer cylinder is arranged between the adjacent partition boards, the first driving mechanism is an air cylinder arranged on the belt conveyor, and the push plate is arranged on a piston rod of the air cylinder.
