As will be recognized by those of skill in the pertinent art, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.
Referring to FIG. 1, a flowchart of a guest method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, which may include at least steps S100-S300:
s100, obtaining the information of the topology item, and generating task data for the task personnel according to the information of the topology item.
S200, acquiring the actual place and the live photo uploaded by the task personnel, extracting the shooting time of the live photo, and determining a check-in result according to the task time, the task place, the actual place and the shooting time of the live photo.
And S300, when sign-in result characterization is successful, receiving client information collected by the task personnel, and displaying the client information according to the client information and the map model.
The guest-topology method in the embodiment of the application may be executed by an electronic control unit, a controller, a processor, etc. of a terminal such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, a vehicle-mounted terminal, etc., or may be executed by a cloud server. In the embodiment of the present application, the guest topology method is implemented by using the APP in the mobile phone terminal for illustration, and is not limited in particular.
According to the technical scheme, the task data are normalized by acquiring the information of the guest items and generating the task data for the task personnel according to the information of the guest items, so that the task personnel can quickly know and determine the task to be executed; acquiring an actual place and a field photo uploaded by a task person, extracting the shooting time of the field photo, and determining a check-in result according to the task time, the task place, the actual place and the shooting time of the field photo, wherein an upper person can know the position of the task person through the check-in result so as to be convenient for supervision; when sign-in result representation is successful, customer information collected by the customer of the task personnel is received, and the customer information is displayed according to the customer information and the map model, so that the customer information can be clearly and directly observed by the superior personnel, the accuracy of customer sales is facilitated to be known, and the customer-sharing task completion condition of the task personnel is effectively supervised.
In one embodiment, the superordinate personnel of the task personnel can input in the APP according to the guest project information, so that the APP generates task data for each task personnel in each team according to the input guest project information, and after the task personnel opens the APP to check the task data through the terminal, the corresponding guest development task is executed, thereby being beneficial to guaranteeing the completion of the guest development task. Optionally, the task data includes, but is not limited to, task name, task time (e.g., time period from effective time to end time), task location (determined by selecting longitude and latitude on an APP-owned map model or on a terminal map model of map software), each task person associated with the task, topology index, etc., and the task data may be stored in mysql.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the superordinate person may set the topology item information, such as the task name, by clicking on "my task" and then entering a new task page: sprinting by using Baolitianyue to develop guests, and the task time is as follows: start time 2021-10-10, 20:45, and end time 2021-10-10, 20:46, guest mode: dispatch/dispatch, topology index (group) 120, task site: each task person (member) associated with the task is added to the Guangzhou city sea ball district baoli international square: and the subsequent plum four, the king five can check task data at the APP.
In one embodiment, the step S200 of obtaining the actual location and the live photo uploaded by the task personnel includes: and acquiring an actual place positioned by the terminal of the task personnel, and acquiring a live photo shot by the task personnel through a live shooting function.
In the embodiment of the application, when the task personnel reach the task place and start to execute the guest-opening task, the task personnel open the APP in the terminal to punch cards, and at the moment, the APP can acquire the actual place positioned by the terminal of the task personnel through the self-contained map or other map software in the terminal. For example, actual places (latitude and longitude data) of the respective task persons are stored in batches using redis. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the shot live photos are matched with the actual time, the APP prohibits the uploading function of selecting the photos from the photo album, and only allows the live photos of the positions of the task personnel to be shot by utilizing the instant shooting function, for example, the shooting function provided by the APP is adopted, or a camera of a terminal or shooting software is called to shoot the instant live photos. Then, after taking a live photo, the APP can extract the time of taking the live photo.
In one embodiment, determining the check-in result in step S200 according to the task time, the task place, the actual place, and the capturing time of the live photo includes steps S210 to S230:
s210, determining a place range according to the task place and the designated distance.
Alternatively, a specified distance, for example 100 meters, may be set, and the location range determined from the radial distance of the task location, 100 m.
S220, comparing the actual place and place range, and comparing the shooting time with the task time.
S230, determining a sign-in result representing successful sign-in when the actual place is in the place range and the shooting time is not later than the task time;
or,
and when the actual place is out of the place range or the shooting time is later than the task time, determining a check-in result representing the check-in failure.
In the embodiment of the application, if the actual place is determined to be in the place range after comparison, and the shooting time is not later than the task time, at the moment, the task personnel can perform card punching and check-in, and at the moment, the APP can determine a check-in result representing that the check-in is successful. In contrast, if the actual location is outside the location range or the shooting time is later than the task time, then the task personnel cannot perform the check-in by punching a card, and the APP can determine a check-in result indicating that the check-in fails. Alternatively, if the APP does not obtain a check-in result indicating that the check-in of a certain task person is successful, the superior person may be prompted.
In one embodiment, when the sign-in result of the task personnel is determined to be successfully represented in the APP, the task personnel can be allowed to execute the guest-making task at the moment, and the client information collected by the guest-making of the task personnel can be filled in through the APP. For example, clicking on the APP's backup function inputs customer information including, but not limited to, customer backup location (i.e., customer's location), customer name, contact, backup time, etc., and stores to mysql. Similarly, the customer report location may be obtained through an APP's own map or other map software in the terminal.
In one embodiment, the customer information may further include follow-up information of different customers, and after the first customer information is reported, follow-up task personnel may fill in the follow-up information on the APP, for example, information related to the customer visiting a sales floor, seeing a house, buying a house, etc.
In one embodiment, superior personnel can view client information filled in by each task personnel and each task team through the APP, so that tracking and supervision are facilitated.
In one embodiment, displaying the topology information according to the client information and the map model in step S300 includes steps S310-S330:
s310, extracting a customer backup position in the customer information.
S320, generating marks at corresponding positions of the map model according to the customer report positions.
Optionally, a mark is generated at a corresponding position of the map model of the APP according to the client backup position, or the map model in the map software in the terminal is utilized to generate the mark at the corresponding position according to the client backup position, and then the mark is displayed in the APP, so that the client backup position, namely the position of the client found by the task staff, can be intuitively seen.
S330, displaying at least one of client name, contact information, backup time and backup task personnel in the client information on the mark.
In this embodiment of the present application, in order to more intuitively display the client information, one or more of the client name, the contact way, the backup time and the backup task personnel in the client information may be further displayed on the label, and in other embodiments, only one or more of the client name, the contact way, the backup time and the backup task personnel may be displayed, which is not limited specifically. It should be noted that the topology information refers to contents including a map model, a mark on the map model, and customer information on the mark, and the whole content of the displayed topology information may be referred to as a topology map, so that task personnel, team and superordinate personnel can intuitively view the topology information, so as to facilitate understanding of topology conditions, and can adaptively adjust topology project information and task data, thereby improving topology efficiency. As shown in fig. 3 (a) and fig. 3 (b), the task person or the superordinate person can click on the "map of topology" in the APP to display the page of the map of topology, the mark in the page can be displayed in the map model, and the client on the mark calls: wang Lun, contact means: 15477775555, report standby time: 2021-08-22, task personnel reporting: wang Lao Wu.
In one implementation, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes steps S410 to S420:
s410, counting marks according to the designated area types or the designated areas with the designated area sizes, and determining the first occurrence number of the marks of different designated area types or the second occurrence number of the marks of different designated areas.
Alternatively, the designated area type includes, but is not limited to, a company, a mall, a cell, and the like, and the designated area size may be set in advance without being particularly limited. In the embodiment of the application, the marks may be counted according to the designated area type or the designated area of the designated area size, so as to determine the first occurrence number of the marks of different designated area types or determine the second occurrence number of the marks of different designated areas. For example, given an example of a zone type, cell a with 2 customers (or potential customers), cell B with 3 customers, store C with 1 customer, a thermodynamic diagram with 5 customers (first occurrence number 5) and store with 1 customer (first occurrence number 1) may be generated.
S420, generating and displaying a thermodynamic diagram of the designated area according to the first occurrence number or the second occurrence number by combining the map model.
Optionally, after the first occurrence number or the second occurrence number is obtained, the aggregate map model can generate and display a thermodynamic diagram of the designated area in the APP, so that marketing personnel can conveniently analyze customer sources, guide the next guest-rubbing task place, be beneficial to carrying out targeted guest rubbing subsequently and improve guest rubbing efficiency.
In one implementation, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes steps S510-S530:
s510, continuously acquiring the real-time position of the terminal of the task personnel in the task time under the condition that the sign-in result is successfully represented.
In the embodiment of the application, when the task personnel check in successfully, namely under the condition that the check-in result is characterized as successful, the APP can continuously acquire the real-time position of the terminal of the task personnel in the task time, and acquire the position of the task personnel in real time, so as to determine whether the task personnel performs the visitor in the area of the task place, and can effectively monitor the task personnel.
S520, generating movement track information according to the real-time positions.
S530, displaying the moving track of the mission personnel according to the moving track information and the map model.
In the embodiment of the application, the APP can generate the movement track information of the task personnel according to the acquired real-time positions and combines the map model and the movement track information, so that the movement track of the task personnel is displayed on the map model, and the supervision of the superior personnel and the duplication and summarization of the task personnel are facilitated.
In one implementation, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes steps S610 to S620:
s610, carrying out business index analysis of different dimensions on the client information through the echartis report, and generating a business analysis result.
In the embodiment of the application, the APP also has a performance analysis function, and the APP can analyze business indexes of different dimensions on the client information through the echarties report, so that a business analysis result is generated. Optionally, the dimensions include, but are not limited to, the number of reports, the number of visits, the number of subscription, the number of endorsements, the contract agreement, the transfer of reports to the rate of visits, the transfer rate of subscription, the ring ratio, the transfer of reports to subscription, the transfer of subscription to the transfer of subscription, and the like. Alternatively, the business analysis results may include results of business analysis of the mission personnel and the entire team on which the mission personnel are located, and the time span of the business analysis results may be day, week, month, quarter, and so on.
S620, generating a viewing instruction in response to the viewing operation so as to display the business analysis result.
In the embodiment of the application, a task person or a superior person can check the APP to generate a check instruction, the check instruction triggers the APP to display a performance display interface of the business analysis result, and the business analysis result is displayed in the performance display interface. As shown in fig. 4, the performance display interface may include three interfaces, namely, a left interface, a middle interface and a right interface, wherein the attendance monitoring interface can see the number of successful checked-in people in the task time and the specific positions of the successful checked-in task people; the performance statistics interface can see contents such as report to visit rate, report to visit, visit to subscription, subscription to subscription, and the like; the offline performance interface can be used for viewing the summary of the report number of different projects and different teams, and the number of clients reported by each staff.
By the method of the embodiment of the application, at least the effects can be achieved:
