本发明涉及一种可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,采用天然植物:茶多酚、桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶,将桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮进行超细粉碎,然后将茶多酚、桔皮粉、黑麦皮粉、黑大豆粉、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶通过混合机混合配制成混合物,制成天然抗氧化剂。本发明的天然抗氧化剂由天然植物配制而成,具有强有力的抗氧化剂和抑制氧自由基的作用,特别是配制在香烟烟丝中能起到抑制有害物质的作用,减少对吸烟人群的危害。本发明解决了吸烟过程中人体内氧代谢的失衡问题,可维持人体内氧代谢的平衡,抑制香烟有害物质及氧自由基。

技术领域
本发明涉及抗氧化剂,特别涉及一种可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂。
背景技术
众所周知,吸烟对人体有害,吸烟不仅损害人体支气管和肺部,而且会引起可怕的疾病例如癌症,引起心血管疾病。但是仍有许多人吸烟,特别是一些青少年也加入了吸烟群体。目前全世界掀起了戒烟运动,在公共场合下不准吸烟的标志随处可见。
过去人们一直认为吸烟的毒性来自尼古丁,但它并不是吸烟的唯一毒性物质。吸烟的过程是一个复杂的燃烧过程,在吸烟的气相和焦油中存在着大量的自由基,它可以直接和间接攻击细胞成分,可能会引起各种疾病。吸烟的过程还是一个复杂的物理化学过程,一支燃烧的香烟是一个微型化工厂,它会产生几千种物质,其中包括大量的自由基,这些自由基分布在吸烟的焦油和气相中,在致病过程中起着不同的作用。
在正常情况下,人体内氧自由基的产生和清除是平衡的。一旦氧代谢就会出现失衡,或称氧应激,这就会导致细胞损伤,引起心脏病、癌症和衰老等严重疾病。这时,如果外加一些抗氧化剂来协助人体内维持氧代谢的平衡,对于防止人体发生疾病和保持身体健康将为十分有益。
发明内容
为此,本发明的任务是提供一种可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,它解决了吸烟过程中人体内氧代谢的失衡问题,可维持人体内氧代谢的平衡,抑制香烟有害物质。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,采用天然植物:茶多酚、桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶,将桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮进行超细粉碎,然后将茶多酚、桔皮粉、黑麦皮粉、黑大豆粉、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶通过混合机混合配制成混合物,制成天然抗氧化剂;所述混合物的配方及各物质的重量百分比为:茶多酚9%~12%、桔皮超细干粉36%~45%、黑麦皮超细干粉26%~35%、黑大豆皮9%~12%、葡萄子提取物1.8%~2.1%、丹参酮2.8%~3.1%、苹果果胶4.8%~5.1%。
本发明的天然抗氧化剂由天然植物配制而成,具有强有力的抗氧化剂和抑制氧自由基的作用,特别是配制在香烟烟丝中能起到抑制有害物质的作用,减少对吸烟人群的危害。
本发明的天然抗氧化剂制成细小颗粒,可吸附在烟丝上而不会改变吸烟的香味。本发明的天然抗氧化剂也可制成片剂,供吸烟者在吸烟前服用,同样能起到抑制有害物质及氧自由基的作用,
具体实施方式
本发明的可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂采用天然植物,其配方包括:茶多酚、桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶。
在制作过程中,将桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮进行超细粉碎,粉碎颗粒度达到1250目以上,使其放在水中即能溶解。然后将茶多酚、桔皮粉、黑麦皮粉、黑大豆粉、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶通过混合机混合配制成混合物,制成天然抗氧化剂。
天然抗氧化剂混合物的配方及各物质的重量百分比为:茶多酚9%~12%、桔皮超细干粉36%~45%、黑麦皮超细干粉26%~35%、黑大豆皮9%~12%、葡萄子提取物1.8%~2.1%、丹参酮2.8%~3.1%、苹果果胶4.8%~5.1%。
茶多酚来源于茶叶,茶叶中含有维生素和一些微量元素,经常喝茶有助于人体健康。茶叶中对人体健康最有益的物质是具有很强抗氧化能力的茶多酚。茶多酚占茶叶干重的30%左右。经科学研究证明,茶多酚可以有效地清除氧自由基和脂类自由基,预防脂质过氧化,具有抑制肿瘤发生、延缓哀老等功能。茶多酚可以清除吸烟产生的有害自由基,抑制由吸烟气相物质而引起的细胞膜脂过氧化,保护细胞不受有害自由基的损伤。
桔皮超细干粉、黑麦皮超细干粉、黑大豆皮超细干粉可以减少由吸烟产生的自由基,特别是减少了气相自由基,由此减少了吸烟对人体的毒害作用。
丹参酮对心肌质、网脂质过氧化过程脂类自由基的产生具有清除作用。
葡萄子提取物、苹果果胶是天然的抗氧化剂,可以抑制吞噬细胞的氧自由基,活化释放的氧自由基,增强人体免疫能力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,天然抗氧化剂混合物的各物质的重量百分比为:茶多酚10.6%、桔皮超细干粉38%、黑麦皮超细干粉30%、黑大豆皮12%、葡萄子提取物1.8%、丹参酮2.8%、苹果果胶4.8%。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,天然抗氧化剂混合物的各物质的最佳重量百分比为:茶多酚10%、桔皮超细干粉40%、黑麦皮超细干粉30%、黑大豆皮10%、葡萄子提取物2%、丹参酮3%、苹果果胶5%。
本发明的天然抗氧化剂在应用时可以混合配制于卷烟生产后续工艺过程的烟丝中;也可以将本发明的天然抗氧化剂放置于香烟与海棉嘴接壤的连接处;还可以将本发明的天然抗氧化剂制成片剂,供吸烟者在吸烟前服用。
本发明的天然抗氧化剂可以作为药物中间体,混合配制在药物中,可对氧自由基的产生起到一定的抑制作用,可用于治疗糖尿病、风湿性关节炎、炎症、心血管疾病等。
本发明的天然抗氧化剂还可以用于食品配方。

Claims (6)

1.一种可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,其特征在于,采用天然植物:茶多酚、桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶,将桔皮、黑麦皮、黑大豆皮进行超细粉碎,然后将茶多酚、桔皮粉、黑麦皮粉、黑大豆粉、葡萄子提取物、丹参酮、苹果果胶通过混合机混合配制成混合物,制成天然抗氧化剂;所述混合物的配方及各物质的重量百分比为:茶多酚9%~12%、桔皮超细干粉36%~45%、黑麦皮超细干粉26%~35%、黑大豆皮9%~12%、葡萄子提取物1.8%~2.1%、丹参酮2.8%~3.1%、苹果果胶4.8%~5.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述混合物的各物质的重量百分比为:茶多酚10.6%、桔皮超细干粉38%、黑麦皮超细干粉30%、黑大豆皮12%、葡萄子提取物1.8%、丹参酮2.8%、苹果果胶4.8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述混合物的各物质的最佳重量百分比为:茶多酚10%、桔皮超细干粉40%、黑麦皮超细干粉30%、黑大豆皮10%、葡萄子提取物2%、丹参酮3%、苹果果胶5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述天然抗氧化剂混合配制于卷烟生产后续工艺过程的烟丝中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述天然抗氧化剂放置于香烟与海棉嘴接壤的连接处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可抑制香烟有害物质的天然抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述天然抗氧化剂制成片剂。
