Abstract
本发明公开了一种肠癌个性化治疗决策方法、系统及含其的存储介质。本发明还公开了用于肠癌个性化治疗方案预测的生物标志物组合,包括常规治疗方案相关标志物组合,和/或,常规治疗结合靶向治疗方案相关标志物组合。所述个性化肠癌治疗的决策方法分别获得已治疗患者不同治疗方案的预测模型,根据待治疗患者提供的样本质谱检测结果,结合模型进行预测并向待治疗患者推荐该组所对应的治疗方案。本发明基于蛋白组panel分型结合机器算法构建预测肠癌治疗反应的预测模型,可向待治疗患者推荐适合其的个性化治疗方案,在一定程度上实现了个性化治疗。

技术领域
本发明属于人类疾病的个性化治疗领域,涉及一种基于蛋白组panel分型、通过机器学习算法构建的用于肠癌个性化治疗决策的预测模型和个性化治疗决策方法、系统及含其的计算机可读存储介质和电子设备。
背景技术
肠癌(Colon cancer,CRC)是世界上第三大常见癌症,其发病率和病死率在各种恶性肿瘤中分别居第三和第二位,严重威胁人类健康。外科手术是早期病例的主要治疗手段,但早期肠癌无明显临床症状,出现症状就诊时往往已是晚期,失去根治性手术的机会,只能靠新辅助药物治疗提高生活质量甚至维持生存。大肠癌的新辅助药物主要包括奥沙利铂(Oxaliplatin,),亚叶酸钙(Leucovorin Calcium,),氟尿嘧啶(5-Fluorouracil,5-),西妥昔单抗(cetuximab,),贝伐珠单抗(Bevacizumab,)。靶向药物西妥昔单抗常用于K-ras,N-ras,BRAF野生型患者,通过对与表皮生长因子(EGF)受体结合,阻断细胞内信号转导途径,从而抑制癌细胞的增殖,诱导癌细胞的凋亡。靶向药物贝伐珠单抗能与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)结合抑制肿瘤血管内皮的增殖和新生血管的形成,减少肿瘤组织营养,从而抑制肿瘤生长。在临床上,肿瘤的治疗效果存在较大的个体差异,但是药物个性化的选择依据过少,临床急需指导个体化精准医疗的标志物,从而缓解药物耐受问题。
基因组学、转录组学技术的发展,推进了肿瘤发生相关基因及重要驱动基因突变模式的研究和规模化发现,推动了精准医学的产生和发展。但是,仅仅从基因层面探讨肿瘤的精准诊疗尚不能满足临床需求。蛋白质组学研究从蛋白质层面阐释特定生物现象发展的原因,揭示发展规律,以蛋白质组为核心的多维度组学对生命科学研究及精准医学诊疗的发展具有重大意义。
据报道,目前对人类结直肠癌的基因组、转录组和蛋白质组图谱的研究已经证实许多基因组的变化并揭示了疾病的广泛分子异质性。癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)项目报告了肠癌的三种转录亚型:①微卫星不稳定性/CpG岛甲基化表型(MSI/CIMP)肠癌;②侵袭性(invasive)肠癌;③染色体不稳定性(CIN)肠癌。2019年临床蛋白质组学肿瘤研究协会(CPTAC)相继进行的一项研究基于多组学表达数据将肠癌分为三种亚型,分别关联不同的临床结果。在过去的几年中,通过大规模的癌症基因组测序进行了许多类似的研究,可以看到肠癌被划分为分子遗传学上不同的异质性亚组,而不是单一类型的癌症。
目前已涌现的多项研究性专利均是基于基因组和转录组的基因表达水平实现对肠癌的诊断与预后预测,如结肠直肠癌的预后预测(专利号CN101389957B),大肠癌相关的miRNA作为生物标志物的应用及大肠癌检测试剂盒(专利号CN107326092A)。然而在临床中,针对肠癌患者的一线治疗方案,常规化疗及基于anti-EGFR的靶向治疗方案,仍未提供有效的治疗方案决择依据。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中缺乏肠癌治疗的预测模型,从而有效提供计算机辅助的个性化治疗决策方案的缺陷,本发明提供了一种肠癌个性化治疗决策方法、系统及含其的存储介质。
本发明利用蛋白质组学技术联合机器学习算法,根据已治疗患者的蛋白表达数据构建针对肠癌不同治疗反应的预测模型,该预测模型覆盖了目前肠癌一线治疗方案,例如FOLFOX方案及基于anti-EGFR的靶向治疗方案,有助于临床医生根据未治疗患者的蛋白表达数据与预测模型的吻合程度制定个性化药物治疗方案,使患者获得最大收益,从而为临床用药抉择奠定基础。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案之一为:提供一种肠癌治疗预测模型的构建方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)划分样品组:获得用不同治疗方案治疗的患者治疗前样本的蛋白表达数据和临床治疗反应信息,将所述样本划分为敏感组和非敏感组;筛选所述敏感组相对非敏感组的蛋白表达量达到2倍以上、或所述非敏感组相对敏感组的蛋白表达量达到2倍以上且p<0.05的差异表达蛋白DEP,并输入矩阵;所述治疗方案包括常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗,所述敏感组包括常规化疗敏感组CTS、常规化疗联合靶向治疗敏感组TTS,所述非敏感组包括常规化疗不敏感组CTNS、常规化疗联合靶向治疗不敏感组TTNS;
(2)特征蛋白选取:对步骤(1)所述的DEP通过采用多变量二分类逐步逻辑回归方法,计算DEP的赤池信息量准则(AIC),得到AIC值最小的一组DEP,作为常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗方案的特征蛋白;
(3)构建预测模型:在各治疗方案中随机抽取至少50%的临床样本,以其对应的特征蛋白作为训练集、剩余临床样本对应的特征蛋白作为测试集,采用多变量二分类逐步逻辑回归对训练集进行交叉验证;即得常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗方案的预测模型。
例如,奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨等药物是一线治疗最常用的治疗方法;我国临床上用于治疗大肠癌的靶向药物主要有贝伐珠单抗、西妥昔单抗、呋喹替尼、瑞戈非尼等。
在一些优选的实施例中:
步骤(2)中,所述特征蛋白的选取使用R studio软件;优选采用pROC数据包,并设置glm函数中family=binomial,step函数中direction='backward';和/或,
步骤(3)中,所述交叉验证为10倍交叉验证,并重复10次;和/或,
所述临床治疗反应信息包括采用普通X射线、CT扫描和/或MRI扫描评价的治疗效果;和/或,
所述患者基于RECIST标准进行分组,其中,所述敏感组包括完全缓解和部分缓解,所述非敏感组包括疾病稳定和疾病进展。
在一些更优选的实施例中:所述蛋白表达数据的获得包括以下步骤:
(A)样本制备:所述样本制成福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织切片,和/或,所述样品的肠癌细胞占总细胞数的80%以上;和/或,所述样本使用的裂解缓冲液为0.1M Tris-HCL,pH8.0,并添加0.1M DTT和1mM PMSF;和/或,所述样本的蛋白用含胰蛋白酶的50mM NH4HCO3,于37℃温育18-20小时进行酶解;和/或,离心收集获得经酶解的肽段;和/或,
(B)质谱检测:所述肽段用Q-Exactive HF-X混合四极轨道阱质谱仪和高效液相色谱系统进行检测,并得到该肽段对应的质谱数据;和/或,使用Xcalibur软件控制进行数据采集;和/或,
(C)数据处理:采集的数据使用Firmiana数据库及MaxQuant软件处理;和/或,第一个搜索质量耐受性为20ppm,主要搜索肽耐受性为0.5da;和/或,计算方法为无标记的iBAQ,并用FOT来表示样本中蛋白质的标准化丰度;和/或,选择具有至少一条专属肽段,且FDR小于1%的蛋白质。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
实施例1建立基于蛋白组数据的肠癌治疗方案的预测模型的方法
本发明肠癌治疗预测模型的构建方法201,其包括以下步骤(如图1所示):
步骤101、划分样品组:采集用不同治疗方案治疗的患者治疗前样本的蛋白表达数据和临床治疗反应信息,将所述样本划分为敏感组和非敏感组,筛选所述敏感组相对非敏感组的蛋白表达量达到2倍以上、或所述非敏感组相对敏感组的蛋白表达量达到2倍以上且p<0.05的差异表达蛋白DEP,并输入矩阵;
步骤102、特征蛋白选取:对步骤101所述的DEP通过采用多变量二分类逐步逻辑回归方法,计算DEP的赤池信息量准则(AIC),得到AIC值最小的一组DEP,作为该治疗方案的特征蛋白;
步骤103、构建预测模型:在各治疗方案中随机抽取至少50%的临床样本,以步骤102获得的其对应的特征蛋白作为训练集、剩余临床样本对应的特征蛋白作为测试集,采用多变量二分类逐步逻辑回归对训练集进行交叉验证;即得该治疗方案的预测模型。
本实施例中以肠癌为例说明,步骤101中,所述蛋白表达数据的获得包括以下步骤:
一、肠癌样本收集
本发明所需肠癌样本均由复旦大学中山医院病理科提供:124例肠癌患者,包括常规化疗队列(93例)及常规化疗联合靶向治疗队列(31例)。所有化疗方案均以肠癌一线化疗的标准剂量给药。
对于判断目标病灶评价疗效,常规X射线、CT扫描或MRI扫描均是目前普遍使用的方法,当然也可以是其他临床可接受的检测诊断手段。基于目前公认的肿瘤的疗效评估标准(response evaluation criteria in solid tumors,RECIST),目标病灶的疗效评估可以分为完全缓解(complete response,CR)、部分缓解(partial response,PR)、疾病稳定(stabledisease,SD)或疾病进展(progressive disease,PD)。客观缓解率(ORR,objectiveresponse rate),作为肿瘤反应的疗效评价指标,是指肿瘤缩小达到一定量并且保持一定时间的病人的比例,包含完全缓解(CR)和部分缓解(PR)的病例。在临床上,食品药品监督管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)将客观缓解率(ORR)定义为PR和CR的总和,可以直接测量药物的抗肿瘤活性。
基于RECIST标准,肠癌患者被分为敏感者64例(CR和PR的总和)和60例不敏感者(SD和PD的总和)。在常规化疗子队列,患者被分为46例敏感者(CR,5;PR,41,命名为CTS)和47例非敏感者(SD,44;PD,3,命名为CTNS);在常规化疗联合靶向治疗子队列,患者被分为18例敏感者(CR,2;PR,16,命名为TTS)和13例非敏感者(SD,12;PD,1,命名为TTNS)。在病例的选择上没有偏见。所有病例均按照美国癌症联合委员会(AJCC)第七版分期系统进行分期。经医院伦理委员会批准同意(B2019-200R),所有患者均提供书面知情同意。
二、肠癌蛋白样本制备:
临床样本为福尔马林固定石蜡包埋(Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded,FFPE)组织。
样品预处理:从FFPE块上取3-10μm厚的切片进行宏观解剖,二甲苯脱蜡,乙醇洗涤,风干处理,获得白片,同时苏木精-伊红(Hematoxylin and eosin,H&E)切片作为肿瘤镜下参考。由两位胃肠道病理专家评估判断切片中肿瘤细胞含量超过80%入组。
样品蛋白及肽段提取:将等量的FFPE组织收集于EP管,加入裂解缓冲液(0.1MTris-HCL pH 8.0中,0.1M DTT,1mM PMSF),然后用磨棒研磨3分钟;加入十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)使终浓度为4%,99℃,1800rpm震荡2-2.5小时;12,000g离心5分钟收集上清于EP管,加入4倍体积的丙酮,放置-20℃4小时或过夜;12,000g于4℃离心1分钟弃上清保留沉淀,冷丙酮洗涤沉淀三次,超净台风干处理蛋白沉淀;用8M Urea和50mM NH4HCO3将蛋白沉淀复溶后加在FASP管中,反复用50mM NH4HCO3离心去除Urea;将溶有5.5μg胰蛋白酶的50μL 50mMNH4HCO3加入到FASP管中,于37℃温育18-20小时进行酶解;12,800g离心15分钟收集肽段,为提高肽段得率,用200μL MS水洗涤两次,一并收集;60℃真空抽干,获得用于质谱检测所需的肽段。
三、肠癌蛋白样品的质谱检测:
用Q-Exactive HF-X混合四极轨道阱质谱仪(Thermo Fisher Scientific,Rockford,IL,USA)和高效液相色谱系统(EASY nLC 1200,Thermo Fisher)进行检测,并得到该肽样品对应的质谱数据。抽干的肽样品重新溶解在溶剂A(0.1%甲酸在水中)中,上样至trap柱(100μm×2cm;粒子大小,3μm;孔径大小,),后在分析柱上进行分离(150μm×12cm,粒子大小,1.9μm;孔径大小,),梯度为5-35%流动相B(80%乙腈和0.1%甲酸)洗脱,流速为600nL/min,合计洗脱75分钟。对QE-HFX进行MS分析,一次全扫描(300-1400m/z,分辨率=12000),离子阱中允许进入的最大离子数(automatic gain control target,AGC target)为3E+06离子,随后进行高能量碰撞诱导离解(隔离窗口为1.6m/z,碰撞能量为27%,AGC target为5E+04离子,最大注入时间为30ms,动态排除设置为18秒。)的60次数据相关MS/MS扫描轨道飞行器(分辨率=7500)。液相色谱串联质谱系统使用Xcalibur软件(Thermo Scientific)控制进行数据采集。
四、数据处理:
原始文件是根据人类国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)的Refseq蛋白质数据库检索的,使用了Firmiana数据库(https://phenomics.fudan.edu.cn/firmiana/gardener/)以及MaxQuant软件。Firmiana是一个基于Galaxy系统的工作流,由用户登录界面、原数据、识别与量化、数据分析和知识挖掘等多个功能模块组成。选择胰蛋白酶作为蛋白水解酶,最大允许两个漏切位点,固定修饰为carbamidomethyl(C),动态修饰为protein acetyl(protein N-term),oxidation(M)。第一个搜索质量耐受性为20ppm,主要搜索肽耐受性为0.5da。肽谱匹配(PSMs)和蛋白质的错误发现率(FDR)均小于1%。本发明采用无标定量,计算方法为无标记,基于强度的绝对定量方法(intensity-based absolutequantification,iBAQ)。本研究多采用FOT(fraction of total)来表示样本中特定蛋白质的标准化丰度。FOT被定义为一个蛋白质的iBAQ除以该实验样本整体iBAQ总和的值。选择具有至少一条专属肽段(unique peptide)且FDR小于1%的蛋白质进行进一步分析。
具体的结果显示,常规化疗敏感组(CTS)和常规化疗非敏感组(CTNS)的蛋白质组覆盖了8575和8859个基因产物(gene products,GPs),筛选CTS相对CTNS的DEP(表达量达到2倍以上且非参数检验wilcox p<0.05)150个GPs(图4,表1)。

对常规化疗联合靶向治疗子队列采用了同样的分析方法。常规化疗联合靶向治疗子队列共鉴定到8553个GPs,常规化疗联合靶向治疗敏感组(TTS)和常规化疗联合靶向治疗非敏感组(TTNS)的蛋白质组覆盖了7922和7524个基因产物(gene products,GPs),筛选TTS相对TTNS的DEP(表达量达到2倍以上且非参数检验wilcox p<0.05)132个GPs(图5,表2)。

根据上述分别采用常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗方案的已治疗的癌症患者治疗前样本的蛋白表达数据和临床治疗反应信息,将所述样本划分为常规化疗敏感组(CTS),常规化疗非敏感组(CTNS),常规化疗联合靶向治疗敏感组(TTS)和常规化疗联合靶向治疗非敏感组(TTNS)筛选上述各组的特征蛋白分别获得CTS,CTNS,TTS和TTNS蛋白,并输入矩阵构建常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗队列的蛋白谱输入矩阵。
五、模型构建
具体地,使用R studio软件,加载pROC数据分析包,对输入队列(常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗子队列)设置随机抽取的80%的样本作为训练集,20%的样本作为测试集;对DEP设置应用多变量二分类逻辑回归分析方法,设置glm函数中family=binomial,step函数中direction='backward',根据AIC值分别建立常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗方案基于多变量二分类逻辑回归的组合模型(图6)。常规化疗子队列中,AIC最小的组合模型在80%训练集表现出预测准确率为0.8243(95%置信区间[CI]:0.7183-0.903),灵敏性为81.58%,特异性为83.33%;在20%的测试集表现出预测准确率为0.7368(95%置信区间[CI]:0.488-0.9085),灵敏性为77.78%,特异性分别为70.00%(图8)。常规化疗联合靶向治疗子队列中,AIC最小的组合模型在80%训练集表现出预测准确率为1(95%置信区间[CI]:0.8575-1),灵敏性和特异性均为100%;在20%的测试集表现出预测准确率为1(95%置信区间[CI]:0.5904-1),灵敏性和特异性分别均为100%(图9)。
实施例2个性化肠癌治疗的决策方法
对于待治疗的肠癌患者,根据预测模型推荐个性化治疗方案,具体包括以下步骤(图1)。
步骤201:根据实施例1,构建不同治疗方案的预测模型。
步骤202:
(1)提取待治疗患者样本蛋白质组数据
具体而言,待治疗肠癌患者5例,编号分别为#1,#2,#3,#4,#5,如实施例1所述获得其临床样本,并进行质谱检测获得其蛋白质组数据;
(2)计算患者对不同治疗方案的预测概率
将待治疗的5例肠癌患者样本的蛋白表达数据输入到如实施例1中的常规化疗和常规化疗联合靶向治疗方案的预测模型,通过R studio软件,使用predict函数,参数设置type="prob"来计算对各治疗方案敏感的预测概率。
(3)治疗方案的推荐
根据下表3中的预测概率,选择对治疗方案敏感的预测概率中最大的一个,并向患者推荐该治疗方案例如常规化疗。

一、肠癌治疗预测模型的构建装置
本实施例提供了一种肠癌治疗预测模型的构建装置51,如图2所示,其包括:样品分组模块41,组合预测模型构建模块42。
其中,样品分组模块41用于获得不同治疗方案治疗的患者的临床样本,根据治疗结果将患者分为敏感组和非敏感组;对所述临床样本进行检测优选质谱检测获得蛋白表达数据,筛选所述敏感组相对非敏感组的蛋白表达量达到2倍以上、或所述非敏感组相对敏感组的蛋白表达量达到2倍以上且p<0.05的差异表达蛋白DEP,并输入矩阵。
特征蛋白选取模块42特征蛋白选取模块对样品分组模块所述的DEP通过采用多变量二分类逐步逻辑回归方法,计算DEP的赤池信息量准则(AIC),得到AIC值最小的一组DEP,作为该治疗方案的特征蛋白。
预测模型构建模块43在各治疗方案中随机抽取至少50%的临床样本,以其对应的特征蛋白作为训练集、剩余临床样本对应的特征蛋白作为验证集,采用多变量二分类逐步逻辑回归对训练集进行交叉验证;即得该治疗方案的预测模型。
二、个性化肠癌治疗决策系统
个性化肠癌治疗决策系统包括:
肠癌治疗预测模型的构建装置51及方案决策模块52(图2)。

此外,本发明根据上述肠癌治疗预测模型的构建方法,获得了各治疗方案对应的患者样本中各特征生物标志物组合(见表1~2)。当在待治疗患者的样本中检测到所述生物标志物组合时,本领域技术人员可用来判断该待治疗患者适合用哪一种治疗方案进行治疗。用于肠癌个性化治疗方案预测的生物标志物组合,其中,所述生物标志物组合包括常规治疗方案相关标志物组合,和/或,常规治疗结合靶向治疗方案相关标志物组合;所述常规治疗方案相关标志物组合包括以下标志物的一种或多种:BSPRY、WBP4、KIF3A、MCTP2、SCGN、MST1、ADCY1、ATP5SL、DMAP1、CYTH1、TMEM199、CADPS2、TADA3、PRKAG2、TUBB2B、ASPH、ATP7A、NAA35、LSAMP、MZT2A、PXN、FNBP1L、PKIB、MPV17L2、RREB1、NRP2、ZNF546、NCAPD3、SH3D19、NPHP4、HABP4、CYP4X1、ACAP1、IVNS1ABP、FNBP1、LDLR、TRAK1和FAR2;所述常规治疗结合靶向治疗方案相关标志物组合包括以下标志物的一种或多种:SAA2、APOC2、ARMCX1、FDX1、HLA-DRB4、F10、CLEC11A、SUPT20H、SUFU、WNK2、AMY2B、ENTPD4、PRIM1、POLRMT、TLR8、RNF123、QPCT、VNN2、PPP1R13L、EVPL、CD55、SLC25A26、USP11、CCDC43、MAGI3、KIF20A、FRY、STON2、WDHD1、TMEM63B、MASTL、MPP5、XXYLT1、TOR3A、MAD1L1、RNF220、ZNF830、CNEP1R1、SP3、MTFR1、SLC35B1、MAGED1、MAP3K3、INPP5F、JUND、PLEKHG3、MPP7、DOLPP1、PRTFDC1、CCDC137和SDR16C5。为了更精准地对治疗方案进行推荐,也可直接根据待治疗患者的样本对应到表1和2中的何种生物标志物组合的数量最多来判断该患者适合用哪一种方案进行治疗。
实施例4电子设备
本实施例提供了一种电子设备,电子设备可以通过计算设备的形式表现(例如可以为服务器设备),包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中处理器执行计算机程序时可以实现本发明实施例1中的预测模型的构建方法、实施例2中个性化肠癌治疗的决策方法。
图3示出了本实施例的硬件结构示意图,电子设备9具体包括:
至少一个处理器91、至少一个存储器92以及用于连接不同系统组件(包括处理器91和存储器92)的总线93,其中:
总线93包括数据总线、地址总线和控制总线。
存储器92包括易失性存储器,例如随机存取存储器(RAM)921和/或高速缓存存储器922,还可以进一步包括只读存储器(ROM)923。
存储器92还包括具有一组(至少一个)程序模块924的程序/实用工具925,这样的程序模块924包括但不限于:操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。
处理器91通过运行存储在存储器92中的计算机程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,例如本发明实施例1中的预测模型的构建方法和实施例2的个性化肠癌治疗的决策方法。
电子设备9进一步可以与一个或多个外部设备94(例如键盘、指向设备等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口95进行。并且,电子设备9还可以通过网络适配器96与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(LAN),广域网(WAN)和/或公共网络,例如因特网)通信。网络适配器96通过总线93与电子设备9的其它模块通信。应当明白,尽管图中未示出,可以结合电子设备9使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理器、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID(磁盘阵列)系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。
应当注意,尽管在上文详细描述中提及了电子设备的若干单元/模块或子单元/模块,但是这种划分仅仅是示例性的并非强制性的。实际上,根据本申请的实施方式,上文描述的两个或更多单元/模块的特征和功能可以在一个单元/模块中具体化。反之,上文描述的一个单元/模块的特征和功能可以进一步划分为由多个单元/模块来具体化。
实施例5计算机可读存储介质
本发明实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,程序被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例1中的预测模型的构建方法的步骤、实施例2中个性化肠癌治疗的决策方法的步骤。
其中,可读存储介质可以采用的更具体可以包括但不限于:便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器、只读存储器、可擦拭可编程只读存储器、光存储器件、磁存储器件或上述的任意合适的组合。
在可能的实施方式中,本发明还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码,当所述程序产品在终端设备上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述终端设备执行实现本发明实施例1中的预测模型的构建方法的步骤、实施例2中个性化肠癌治疗的决策方法的步骤。
其中,可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本发明的程序代码,所述程序代码可以完全地在用户设备上执行、部分地在用户设备上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户设备上部分在远程设备上执行或完全在远程设备上执行。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
