Abstract
The application discloses intelligent wearing equipment which comprises a shell, a display module arranged on the shell, a watchband connected with the shell and an antenna, wherein the shell comprises a containing area and an antenna wiring area, the containing area is made of metal materials, a circuit main board and a battery electrically connected with the circuit main board are arranged in the containing area, the antenna wiring area is made of nonmetal materials, the antenna wiring area is arranged towards the display module, and the antenna is arranged in the antenna wiring area. The intelligent wearing equipment provided by the application can meet the requirement that the intelligent wearing equipment is used for selecting the main shell part from metal materials, and also can meet the wiring environment requirement of the antenna, and can meet the holding comfort of a user. In addition, establish the antenna on the antenna wiring region, because the antenna wiring region is located the coplanar with display module's display surface, so be favorable to promoting intelligent wearing equipment's antenna performance, even when intelligent wearing equipment is in wearing the state, also can ensure that the performance of antenna satisfies the requirement.
Description
The application is a divisional application of China patent application with the name of intelligent wearing equipment, which is filed in China patent office, application number 2017101209126 and the name of China patent application with the name of intelligent wearing equipment on the 3 rd month 2 of 2017.
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of intelligent wearing equipment, in particular to intelligent wearing equipment.
Background
Currently, a wide variety of smart wearable devices (e.g., smart watches, smart bracelets, etc.) are emerging on the market. The intelligent wearable device not only integrates the functions of displaying the time of watches and bracelets in the traditional sense, but also can realize the functions of 2G/3G/4G, GPS, wiFi and the like.
For the intelligent wearable device, the functions of 2G/3G/4G, GPS, wiFi and the like are realized by arranging an antenna on the intelligent wearable device. At present, most intelligent wearing equipment meets the performance requirement of an antenna, an outer frame is usually arranged to be made of a nonmetal material, and then when the antenna is designed, the antenna can be attached to the inner wall of the shell, or laser carving is carried out on the outer wall of the shell, so that the performance of the antenna is ensured. However, in order to improve the appearance decoration effect of the smart wearable device and make the user have a good holding feel when using the smart wearable device, the housing is usually made of a metal material, and only the antenna is disposed on the watch band at this time. Since the arm itself is a lossy medium, the performance of the antenna tends to be greatly affected when the antenna is placed on the wristband and when the user wears the smart wearable device on the arm, resulting in poor performance of the antenna.
Therefore, it is urgently required to design an intelligent wearable device capable of meeting the requirement that the shell is made of metal materials and ensuring the performance of the antenna.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application discloses intelligent wearing equipment, which aims to solve the problem that the performance of an antenna is reduced due to the fact that the existing intelligent wearing equipment adopts a metal shell and the antenna is arranged on a watch band.
The embodiment of the application discloses intelligent wearing equipment, wherein a shell comprises a containing area and an antenna wiring area, the containing area is made of metal materials, the containing area is provided with a containing cavity with an opening, a circuit main board and a battery are arranged in the containing cavity, and the battery is electrically connected with the circuit main board;
the antenna wiring area is made of nonmetal materials and is arranged towards the display module;
the display module is arranged at the opening of the accommodating cavity and covers the opening of the accommodating cavity, and the display module is electrically connected with the circuit main board and the battery;
the watchband is connected to two sides of the shell;
the antenna is arranged in the antenna wiring area and is electrically connected with the circuit main board.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present application, the housing further includes an antenna support, where the antenna support is a hollow frame structure, the antenna support is partially disposed in the accommodating cavity, the antenna support has a top surface disposed towards the display module, and the antenna routing area is the top surface of the antenna support.
As an alternative implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present application, the top surface of the antenna support and the display surface of the display module are located on the same plane.
Preferably, the antenna bracket is made of plastic or silica gel.

As an alternative implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present application, a signal feeding point is disposed on the circuit board, and the antenna is connected to the signal feeding point, so that the antenna can radiate and/or receive a communication signal on the circuit board.
As an alternative embodiment, in an embodiment of the application, the wristband portion is rotatably connected to the case by a rotation shaft.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present application, the smart wearable device is a wristwatch or a bracelet.
Preferably, the antenna is a communication antenna 2G/3G/4G and/or GPS or WIFI.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
(1) Has good user experience. According to the intelligent wearable device provided by the embodiment of the application, the housing comprises the accommodating area and the antenna wiring area, the accommodating area is made of a metal material, the antenna wiring area is made of a nonmetal material, and the antenna is only required to be arranged on the antenna wiring area during wiring. By adopting the mode, the requirement that the intelligent wearing equipment is made of metal materials for the main shell part can be met, the wiring environment requirement of the antenna can also be met, the intelligent wearing equipment is ensured to have good appearance decoration effect and good user holding comfort, and the use experience of the user is improved.
(2) The antenna performance requirements of different functions are met. According to the intelligent wearing equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, the antenna is arranged on the antenna wiring area made of the nonmetal material, and the antenna wiring area is arranged towards the display module, namely, the display surface of the display module and the antenna wiring area are positioned on the same plane, so that the antenna performance of the intelligent wearing equipment can be obviously improved, and the performance of the antenna can be ensured to meet the requirement even when the intelligent wearing equipment is in a wearing state.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," along with any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The embodiment of the application discloses intelligent wearing equipment, which can solve the problem that the performance of an antenna is reduced due to the fact that the existing intelligent wearing equipment adopts a metal shell and the antenna is arranged on a watch strap. The following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to fig. 4 are schematic structural diagrams of an intelligent wearable device 100 according to an embodiment of the application. The smart wearable device 100 includes a housing 10, a wristband 20, a display module 30, and an antenna 40. The housing 10 includes a receiving area 11 and an antenna routing area 121, the receiving area 11 is made of metal material, the receiving area 11 is provided with a receiving cavity 11a with an opening, a circuit board 111 and a battery 112 are disposed in the receiving cavity 11a, and the battery 112 is electrically connected with the circuit board 111. The antenna trace area 121 is made of a non-metal material, and the antenna trace area 121 is disposed towards the display module 30. The display module 30 is disposed at the opening of the accommodating cavity 11a and covers the opening of the accommodating cavity 11a, and the display module 30 is electrically connected to the circuit board 111 and the battery 112. The watchband 20 is connected to two sides of the case 10, the antenna 40 is disposed in the antenna trace area 121, and the antenna 40 is electrically connected to the circuit board 111.
In this embodiment, the smart wearable device 100 may be a smart watch or a smart bracelet.
In the present embodiment, the accommodating area 11 may be preferably made of aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of light weight and good structural strength. Of course, in other embodiments, the receiving area 11 may be made of stainless steel. Specifically, the accommodating area 11 is a hollow housing structure, and includes a frame 11b provided with the accommodating cavity 11a and a bottom cover 11c integrally formed with the frame 11b, and the circuit board 111 and the battery 112 are both disposed in the frame 11 b. Preferably, the frame 11b may be a hollow square frame structure or a round frame structure, so as to meet the requirements of the user for the external decoration of the smart wearable device 100.
In this embodiment, the display module 30 is connected to the top of the frame 11b to cover the top opening of the frame 11b, that is, the display module 30 covers the opening of the accommodating cavity 11a, and the display module 30 is used to implement the image display function of the smart wearable device 100.
In the present embodiment, the wristband 20 is rotatably coupled to the case 10 by a rotation shaft 21 to facilitate wearing by a wearer and maintenance and replacement of the wristband 20. The wristband 20 may be formed of a metal material, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, that is compatible with the case 10. Of course, the wristband 20 may be made of a non-metallic material, such as silicone, leather, nylon, or the like. In addition, in order to facilitate the adjustment of the wearing tightness of the wristband 20 when worn by the user, the wristband 20 is provided with a plurality of adjustment holes 22.
In the present embodiment, a signal feeding point 111a is disposed on the upper surface (the surface facing the display module 30) of the circuit board 111, and the signal feeding point 111a is used to connect with the antenna 40, so as to transmit the signal on the circuit board 111 to the antenna 40.
In this embodiment, the housing 10 further includes an antenna support 12, the antenna support 12 is a hollow frame structure, a portion of the antenna support 12 is located in the accommodating cavity 11a, the antenna support 12 has a top surface disposed towards the display module 30, and the antenna routing area 121 is the top surface of the antenna support 12. Specifically, the antenna support 12 is connected to the other end opening of the frame 11b, and the hollow portion of the antenna support 12 is connected to the opening of the frame 11b, so that the antenna provided on the antenna support 12 is electrically connected to the circuit board located in the frame 11 b. Preferably, in order to prevent the performance of the antenna from being affected, the antenna support 12 is preferably made of plastic or silicone. The antenna support 12 may be adhered to the accommodating cavity 11a by an adhesive manner, or a positioning column (not shown) is provided on the antenna support 12, and then a positioning hole (not shown) is correspondingly provided in the accommodating cavity 11a, so that the positioning column and the positioning hole are engaged and connected to realize the fixed connection between the antenna support 12 and the accommodating cavity 11 a.
Further, the antenna support 12 may have a structural shape matching the shape of the accommodating cavity 11 a. For example, when the accommodating chamber 11a is a circular chamber, the antenna support 12 may preferably be a hollow circular support; when the accommodating cavity 11a is a square cavity, the antenna support 12 may be a hollow square support.
Further, to enhance the performance of the antenna 40, the top surface of the antenna support 12 and the display surface of the display module 30 are located on the same plane, i.e. the antenna trace area 121 and the display surface of the display module 30 are located on the same plane. With this arrangement, the performance of the antenna 40 disposed on the antenna wiring region 121 can be advantageously improved.
It may be appreciated that, in order to further enhance the external appearance decorative effect of the smart wearable device 100, decorative components with different colors may be disposed on the top surface of the antenna bracket 12 (i.e., the antenna routing area 121), and the external appearance expressive force of the smart wearable device is enhanced by using the decorative components with different colors.
As another embodiment, the housing 10 may be provided with a hollow thin plate directly instead of the antenna support 12, the frame 11b may include an upper surface (not shown) facing the display module 30, the hollow portion of the antenna trace 121 may be provided in communication with the accommodating cavity 11a, and then the bottom of the antenna trace 121 may be attached to the upper surface of the frame 11 b. In this way, there is no need to provide an additional antenna support 12, reducing the occupation of the internal space of the housing cavity 11 a. In addition, during processing, the antenna wiring area 121 can be directly adhered to the upper surface of the frame 11b in an adhesive manner, and the processing technology is simple.
In addition, the shape of the antenna trace area 121 may be matched with the shape of the accommodating cavity 11a, for example, when the accommodating cavity 11a is a circular cavity, the antenna trace area 121 may be a hollow circular thin plate; when the accommodating cavity 11a is a square cavity, the antenna trace area 121 may be a hollow square thin plate.
In this embodiment, the antenna 40 is disposed on the antenna trace area 121 by laser etching. That is, when the antenna trace area 121 is the top surface of the antenna support 12, the antenna 40 is laser etched on the top surface of the antenna support 12. The antenna 40 is connected to a signal feeding point 111a on the circuit board 111 to radiate and/or receive signals on the circuit board 111 through the signal feeding point 111 a.
Further, the antenna 40 may be a communication antenna, such as 2G/3G/4G and/or GPS, WIFI, etc., and is adjusted according to the specific functions of the smart wearable device 100.
Referring to fig. 4, a diagram of radiation efficiency of an antenna in a smart wearable device 100 (i.e., the antenna in fig. 4 is made in a specific antenna center) and an antenna in a smart wearable device in the prior art (i.e., the antenna in fig. 4 is made in a metal frame and the antenna is made in a watch band) at different frequency points is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the intelligent wearable device in the prior art, by adopting the arrangement scheme that the antenna routing area 121 is arranged on the top surface of the antenna bracket 12 and the antenna routing area 13 and the display surface of the display module 30 are located on the same plane, the radiation efficiency of the antenna is obviously improved, and the performance of the antenna can reach the standard requirements of 2G/3G/4G, GPS and WiFi, so that the defect that the performance of the antenna is reduced due to the arrangement of the antenna on the metal frame and the surface tape is facilitated to be compensated.
According to the intelligent wearable device provided by the embodiment of the application, the housing comprises the accommodating area and the antenna wiring area, the accommodating area is made of a metal material, the antenna wiring area is made of a nonmetal material, and the antenna is only required to be arranged on the antenna wiring area during wiring. By adopting the mode, the requirement that the intelligent wearing equipment is made of metal materials for the main shell part can be met, the wiring environment requirement of the antenna can also be met, the intelligent wearing equipment is ensured to have good appearance decoration effect and good user holding comfort, and the use experience of the user is improved. 1. An intelligent wearable device is characterized by comprising a shell, a display module, a watchband and an antenna;
the shell comprises an accommodating area and an antenna wiring area, the accommodating area is made of metal materials, the accommodating area is provided with an accommodating cavity with an opening, a circuit main board and a battery are arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the battery is electrically connected with the circuit main board;
the antenna wiring area is made of nonmetal materials and is arranged towards the display module;
the display module is arranged at the opening of the accommodating cavity and covers the opening of the accommodating cavity, and the display module is electrically connected with the circuit main board and the battery;
the watchband is connected to two sides of the shell;
the antenna is arranged in the antenna wiring area and is electrically connected with the circuit main board;
the shell also comprises an antenna bracket, the antenna bracket is of a hollow frame type structure, the antenna bracket is partially arranged in the accommodating cavity, the antenna bracket is provided with a top surface arranged towards the display module, the antenna wiring area is the top surface of the antenna bracket, and the top surface of the antenna bracket and the display surface of the display module are positioned on the same plane;
the shape of the antenna wiring area is matched with the shape of the accommodating cavity, the hollow part of the antenna bracket is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the display module covers the hollow part opening of the antenna bracket.
