Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the present embodiment, the collecting device includes a connecting mechanism 10 for connecting with a maintenance collecting vehicle, and a fixing mechanism 20 connected with the connecting mechanism 10, the connecting mechanism 10 includes a grabbing rod 11 disposed on two sides, and an adjusting rod 12 hinged on the fixing mechanism 20 and located between the grabbing rods 11, the fixing mechanism 20 includes a fixing plate 21, and the grabbing rod 11 is hinged with the adjusting rod 12 and the fixing plate 21. In this embodiment, the grabbing rods 11 on two sides are installed on the vehicle, the adjusting rod 12 is installed on the vehicle, and then the angle of the fixing mechanism 20 can be adjusted through the adjusting rod 12, so that the angle of the collecting device in the collecting process can better meet the actual requirement.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic bottom view of the collecting device according to this embodiment, the fixing mechanism 20 further includes a moving mechanism 30 disposed on front and rear sides of the fixing plate 21, and a collecting mechanism 40 disposed between the two moving mechanisms 30, the moving mechanism 30 includes a rotating roller 31 rotatably connected to the bottom of the fixing plate 21, and moving wheels 32 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the rotating roller 31, and when in use, the collecting device can be dragged to a designated position by the action of the traction matching moving wheels 32, thereby facilitating the movement of the collecting device and saving manpower. The collection mechanism 40 comprises an outer cover 41 fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixing plate 21, and the outer cover 41 can play a role in protecting against the phenomenon that bounced stones or other impurities fly into the collection device in the running process of the vehicle, so that the collection device is damaged.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic view of the collecting mechanism 40 in fig. 2 with the outer cover 41 removed, a cross groove 211 is formed at the bottom of the fixing plate 21, a fixing box 42 capable of moving left and right is provided in the cross groove 211, two sides of the fixing box 42 are fixedly provided with a primary treatment mechanism 50, a groove cavity a is formed inside the cross groove 211 along the length direction, a fixing toothed plate 212 is fixedly mounted inside the groove cavity a, a reciprocating screw rod 213 is rotatably connected inside the cross groove 211, the fixing box 42 moves back and forth on the reciprocating screw rod 213, and the fixing box 42 can be driven to reciprocate inside the cross groove 211. In this embodiment, the device is installed at the rear of the vehicle, and the fixing box 42 is driven to move back and forth in the cross slot 211 along with the rotation of the reciprocating screw 213 in the process of the vehicle walking on the road section to be tested, so that the final image shot by the vehicle-mounted camera is distributed in an S shape along the road section in cooperation with the walking route of the vehicle. The road section information collected in this way is more abundant than the straight line point.
Further, in order to solve the problem that the collecting device is surrounded by dust at the rear end of the vehicle, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the primary treatment mechanism 50 includes a fixed bin 51 fixedly connected with the fixed box 42, and a supporting frame 52 connected to two ends of the fixed bin 51 and extending to two sides, a rotating gear 53 is rotatably connected to the supporting frame 52, the rotating gear 53 extends to be engaged with the fixed toothed plate 212, a connecting rod 54 is hinged to an eccentric position above the rotating gear 53, the connecting rod 54 extends to the inside of the fixed bin 51 and is hinged to a pushing plate 55 arranged inside the fixed bin 51, and an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the fixed bin 51. In this embodiment, in the process of moving back and forth in the cross slot 211 through the fixing box 42, the rotating gears 53 rotatably disposed on both sides of the fixing bin 51 rotate under the action of the fixing toothed plate 212 disposed in the slot cavity a, the rotating gears 53 cooperate with the eccentrically designed connecting rod 54 to drive the pushing plate 55 slidably disposed in the fixing bin 51 to reciprocate, so that the pushing plate 55 in reciprocating motion generates thrust when moving from one end to one end with the air inlet or the air outlet, pushes out the air in the fixing bin 51, and generates suction when the pushing plate 55 leaves the air inlet or the air outlet, thereby sucking the outside air into the fixing bin 51 through the air inlet. Thereby realizing the purpose of sucking and removing dust around the acquisition device.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, because air flow is formed during the running process of the vehicle, the air flow causes the pressure around the vehicle body to change, so that most of dust is concentrated behind the vehicle body, and the collecting device is further "surrounded" by dust, in order to better solve the problem, when the fixed box 42 is moving, the stable air flow is also changed, so that the air flow after the air flow is gathered is destroyed by the fixed box 42 moving leftwards and rightwards, and the dust after the air flow is destroyed to drift around can deepen the moving road surface disease collecting device. The above-mentioned moving process of the fixed box 42 is carried out; when the fixed box 42 moves towards one direction, the rotating gear 53 rotates, and the pushing plate 55 is driven to reciprocate by the connecting rod 54 during the rotation, so as to realize the dust collection function of the primary treatment mechanism 50. Because the dust is stable because of the steady air flow created by the movement of the vehicle, if the steady air flow of the dust collection area is broken, the dust is caused to fly around, and the dust for the dust collection area alone enters other positions, but on the path of movement of the stationary box 42, the dust encountered is sucked off, avoiding the dust adhering to the road surface disease collecting device because of the dust. And then the dust collection device is matched, so that dust encountered on the moving path of the pavement disease collection device body can be collected, and a large amount of dust is prevented from being attached in the moving process of the pavement disease collection device body. Affecting the normal operation and use of the acquisition device.
The number of the first-stage treatment mechanisms 50 is four, and the first-stage treatment mechanisms are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the fixed box 42. When the reciprocating screw 213 rotates under the action of the driving mechanism, and moves leftwards with the fixing box 42, the first-stage processing mechanism 50 at the left end is in a front state, and dust on a path where the fixing box 42 moves is sucked and removed in the moving process of the fixing box 42, so that the influence of the dust on the path is avoided. The dust on the moving path of the fixed bin 42 is first poured into the left-end first stage processing mechanism 50, and when the fixed bin 42 is still in the M area, only the rotating gear 53 in the left-end first stage processing mechanism 50 rotates at this time, so that dust collection is performed only in the left end, because the M area is at the center of the dust collection area at the beginning, the dust is most in this place, and the dust is continuously fed into this area, so that the right end is in a non-working state during the moving of the fixed bin 42 to the N area, and the air flow of the dust collection area is not affected when the dust passes through the M area, and the dust collection state is not disturbed. At this time, the first stage treatment mechanism 50 facing the left end of the dust collecting area has the best dust collecting effect and the largest dust collecting amount in the leftward movement process, and when the fixed box 42 completely enters the N area, the first stage treatment mechanism 50 at the left end continues to operate, and the first stage treatment mechanism 50 at the right end starts to be used, because the rearward airflow is generated along with the movement of the fixed box 42, the airflow also guides the dust at the left end to the rear end of the fixed box 42, so that after entering the N area, the first stage treatment mechanisms 50 at both sides are put into use, and the dust collecting efficiency is improved. When the holding tank 42 moves rightward during the return stroke, the right end becomes the front state (i.e., front side), and the first-stage treatment mechanism 50 at the left end becomes the back side. The working principle of dust collection is the same.
In the first-stage treatment mechanism 50 described above, a filter screen may be provided on the air inlet and the air outlet to prevent large particle impurities from entering the treatment mechanism.
On the basis of the above, in order to improve dust cleaning capability, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the secondary treatment mechanism 60 is connected with the primary treatment mechanism 50, the top of the pushing plate 55 is fixedly connected with a supporting rod 551, the supporting rod 551 is close to the secondary treatment mechanism 60 and is fixedly provided with a telescopic rod 552 at an end point, one end of the telescopic rod 552 is hinged with a cleaning roller 553, the bottom of the fixing box 42 is fixedly provided with a disease collecting device body, and the cleaning roller 553 is attached to the surface of the disease collecting device body. In this embodiment, when the pushing plate 55 moves in the fixed bin 51, the connecting rod 54 above the pushing plate can drive the telescopic rod 552 to move, and the telescopic rod 552 moves linearly along the length of the fixed box 42, so that the cleaning roller 553 can slide along the surface of the disease collecting device body; thereby realizing the effect of scraping the dust on the surface of the disease collecting device body. When in use, not only the first-stage treatment mechanism 50 can be used for sucking dust, but also the cleaning roller 553 can be used for repeatedly cleaning the tiny dust attached to the surface of the disease collecting device body. The number of the cleaning rollers 553 is the same as that of the primary treatment mechanism 50, and the moving range of a single cleaning roller 553 on the disease acquisition device body is 0-90 degrees. Thus, the four cleaning rollers 553 can thoroughly clean the dust on the surface of the disease collecting device body.
Further, since the pushing plate 55 is reciprocated in the primary treatment mechanism 50, the pushing plate 55 requires a process of air release, and thus, dust filtered in the primary treatment mechanism 50 can be discharged from the fixed bin 51 through the air outlet by the air outlet, during the air release of the pushing plate 55; the secondary treatment mechanism 60 comprises a collection bin 61, the collection bin 61 is connected with the air outlet, a filter plate 62 is movably connected in the collection bin 61, and the filter plate 62 can carry out secondary filtration on dust in the entering air flow and then discharge the air flow.
However, since the dust filtered by the primary treatment mechanism 50 is small-sized dust, if the air humidity is too high, it may cause fine dust to adhere to the filter plate 62, thereby causing the filter plate 62 to be clogged, and the filter plate 62 after clogging may cause the pushing plate 55 to become pressurized during the air leakage. Resulting in a decrease in overall device efficiency. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, a toggle mechanism 70 is provided inside the collection bin 61, the toggle mechanism 70 includes a guide rod 71 fixedly connected with a support rod 551, a moving toothed plate 72 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the guide rod 71, the collection bin 61 divides a space into two parts by a partition plate, an upper bin 61a is communicated with the primary treatment mechanism 50, another part of the space is a lower bin 61b, a connecting gear 73 in meshed connection with the moving toothed plate 72 is rotatably connected inside the lower bin 61b by a rotation shaft, a fixing rod 74 is hinged at an eccentric position of the connecting gear 73, and the fixing rod 74 is movably connected with the filter plate 62 on an end surface far from the connecting gear 73. In this embodiment, the support bar 551 may cooperate with the guide bar 71 to drive the moving toothed plate 72 to move on the collecting bin 61 during the moving process, so that the moving toothed plate 72 may drive the connecting gear 73 engaged with the moving toothed plate to rotate, because the fixing bar 74 disposed in a biased manner acts on the moving toothed plate, the filter plate 62 movably connected to the lower part of the moving toothed plate may be driven to reciprocate up and down, and then the dust attached to the mesh of the filter plate 62 may be vibrated by the inertial force generated by the reciprocating motion. Thereby achieving the effect of avoiding clogging of the mesh of the filter plate 62 by fine dust.
In the above embodiment, since the fixing chamber 51 needs to be sealed in the primary treatment mechanism 50, only the air inlet and the air outlet can be maintained, and thus the junction where the connecting rod 54 protrudes can be sealed by providing a rubber sealing cover. And the opening of the lower bin 61b is also provided with a sealing plate, so that impurities with larger particles can be prevented from entering the lower bin 61b through the sealing plate, and the transmission effect of the movable toothed plate 72 and the connecting gear 73 is influenced.
The primary treatment mechanism 50 and the secondary treatment mechanism 60 after use can be detached and maintained, dust in the fixed bin 51 and the collecting bin 61 is cleaned, and the dust is installed after cleaning, so that the dust collecting bin is convenient to directly use next time.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical solution of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
