Additionally, it should be noted that, the medical consumable counterfeit identifying system can effectively implement identification of the medical consumable to be identified through communication information interaction with the medical device, in addition, the medical consumable counterfeit identifying system can also interact with a user, for example, refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a scene interaction schematic diagram showing the medical consumable counterfeit identifying system, where the medical consumable counterfeit identifying system at least includes a data storage module, a visual interface unit, an information push module, a determination module and a networking module, the medical device at least includes a consumable identification module, a device control system, a communication module and a positioning module, where the data storage module stores standard usage information of the target counterfeit identifying medical consumable, the medical device reads actual usage information of the medical consumable to be identified through the consumable identification module, the communication module and the information push module implement interactive connection, and determines a relationship between the medical consumable to be identified and the target medical consumable through the determination module according to the actual usage information and the standard usage information, so as to implement counterfeit identification of the medical consumable to be identified. The medical consumable to be authenticated is a treatment head to be authenticated, the medical consumable authentication system can be in communication connection with an enterprise resource planning system and a customer relationship management system, the enterprise resource planning system and the customer relationship management system can provide basic information of medical equipment, medical consumables and purchasing institutions for the medical consumable authentication system, for example, the system provides equipment numbers of the medical equipment, factory information of the medical consumables, identity information of purchasing institutions and the like for the medical consumable authentication system, the medical equipment comprises a consumable identification module, an equipment control system, a communication system, a positioning module and the like, the consumable identification module is used for identifying the treatment head to be authenticated, an encryption chip is arranged in the treatment head to be authenticated, the encryption chip stores actual use information of the medical consumables to be authenticated, after the treatment head to be authenticated is connected with the medical equipment, the medical equipment can read the actual use information of the medical consumables to be authenticated through the consumable identification module, in the process of communication interaction between the medical equipment and the medical consumable counterfeit detection system, the actual use information of the medical consumable to be detected is sent to the medical consumable counterfeit detection system, meanwhile, the medical equipment also sends the identity information of the medical equipment to the medical consumable counterfeit detection system, the medical equipment is further provided with a positioning module, the medical consumable counterfeit detection system can record the actual physical address of the medical equipment, when the medical consumable counterfeit detection system performs consumable counterfeit detection operation, related operations can be displayed through a front-end display interface for interaction with a user, wherein the target counterfeit detection consumable is easy to simulate, for example, a merchant simulates a treatment head which is identical to a genuine product through an illegal imitation means in terms of cost, and after the treatment head is connected with the medical equipment, the medical equipment can simulate the identity information of the medical equipment, the treatment head information, treatment parameters and other information of the currently connected treatment head are sent to the medical consumable counterfeit identification system, so that the medical consumable counterfeit identification system can identify the medical consumable to be identified through the information, and the specific means of counterfeit identification can be carried out by adopting a mode of comparing whether the actual use information is consistent with the standard use information.
As an example, steps S10 to S30 include: receiving actual use information of the medical consumable to be authenticated, which is sent by the medical equipment based on the currently connected medical consumable to be authenticated, wherein the actual use information comprises an actual use number, a residual use number and a consumable delivery serial number; inquiring a target counterfeit identification medical consumable corresponding to the medical consumable to be identified by taking the consumable delivery serial number as an index, and extracting the rated use number and standard use allowance of the target counterfeit identification consumable; and comparing whether the actual use number of the consumable and the rated use number of the consumable are consistent with each other or not, and comparing whether the residual use number of the consumable and the standard use allowance are consistent with each other or not, if the actual use number of the consumable is consistent with the rated use number of the consumable and the residual use number of the consumable is consistent with the standard use allowance, the consumable to be authenticated is not taken as the counterfeit consumable, and if the actual use number of the consumable is inconsistent with the rated use number of the consumable and/or the residual use number of the consumable is inconsistent with the standard use allowance, the consumable to be authenticated is taken as the counterfeit consumable.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process of carrying out the counterfeit authentication of the medical consumable to be authenticated, the actual use information of the real medical consumable stored in the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system is verified and compared with the actual use information of the medical consumable to be authenticated currently used at the medical equipment end by the information interaction between the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system and the medical equipment, and finally the counterfeit authentication operation of the medical consumable to be authenticated is finished by the verification and comparison result, namely, the purpose of carrying out real-time counterfeit authentication on the medical consumable to be authenticated can be realized by the information interaction between the medical equipment and the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system, rather than only carrying out the naked eye identification of the medical consumable in the field by manpower, so the counterfeit authentication efficiency of the medical consumable to be authenticated is improved.
On the other hand, it should be emphasized that after the counterfeit authentication, the medical consumable authentication system will display the comparison verification result through the front-end display interface, for example, if the medical consumable to be authenticated is identified to be a counterfeit consumable, the medical consumable authentication system can integrate the information such as the connection time, the connection place, the connected medical equipment and the mechanism to which the medical equipment belongs of the medical consumable to be authenticated, and display the information and the counterfeit authentication result of the medical consumable to be authenticated together on the front-end display interface.
The method for authenticating the medical consumable to be authenticated by the judgment module comprises the following steps of:
step A10, counting the actual use total amount of the target counterfeit identification medical consumable according to the actual use amount;
step A20, detecting whether the actual total consumption reaches the rated total consumption of the consumable;
step A30, if yes, identifying the medical consumable to be authenticated as a fake consumable;
and step A40, if not, the medical consumable to be authenticated is not identified as the fake consumable.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, for the conventional counterfeit means, the determination can be implemented by the above-mentioned counterfeit authentication method, but if the information of the single medical consumable is simply compared with that of the target counterfeit medical consumable, it is possible to cause the situation of performing the counterfeit authentication misdetermination on the medical consumable to be authenticated, for example, if the target counterfeit medical consumable is completely copied, the actual usage information and the standard usage information can be matched, and if the counterfeit medical consumable to be authenticated is used by connecting with the medical device, the counterfeit medical consumable to be authenticated is difficult to distinguish the authenticity of the counterfeit medical consumable to be authenticated if the counterfeit medical consumable to be authenticated realizes the complete copy of the target counterfeit medical consumable.
In addition, it should be noted that, when standard information is recorded, the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system may directly record the rated usage total amount of consumables, where the rated usage total amount of consumables is used to represent the sum of the rated usage times of target counterfeit medical consumables, so as to avoid the influence of copying the target counterfeit medical consumables on counterfeit accuracy, for example, in a real-time manner, if the rated usage total amount of consumables is 10000, the target counterfeit medical consumables B copy the counterfeit consumables such as B1, B2 and B3, then when the medical consumables to be authenticated (B, B, B2 or B3) are connected to a medical device for use, the actual usage times are recorded once, so that the actual usage total amount is the sum of the actual usage amounts of different medical consumables to be authenticated, and when the actual usage total amount is the same as the rated usage total amount, all the medical consumables to be authenticated are locked, that is, if the target counterfeit medical consumables still have a plurality of unused times, the target counterfeit medical consumables cannot be used continuously.
As an example, steps a10 to a30 include: adding the actual use amount of the medical consumable with at least one factory serial number being the factory serial number of the medical consumable to be authenticated to obtain the actual use total amount of the target authentication consumable; detecting whether the actual total consumption reaches the rated total consumption of the consumable; if the actual total usage amount is detected to reach the rated total usage amount of the consumable, the medical consumable to be authenticated is identified as a fake consumable; and if the actual total consumption amount is detected to not reach the rated total consumption amount of the consumable, the medical consumable to be authenticated is not identified as the fake consumable. The total rated consumable usage amount is used for feeding back the sum of the actual usage amounts of all suspicious medical consumables under the factory serial numbers of the target counterfeit medical consumables, and when the sum of the actual usage amounts of all suspicious medical consumables reaches the total rated consumable usage amount, the to-be-authenticated medical consumables connected with the medical consumables are identified as counterfeit consumables, namely, the actual usage times of the target counterfeit medical consumables are effectively controlled through the total rated usage amount, the copying behavior of the target counterfeit medical consumables is effectively prevented, namely, the usage times of the target counterfeit medical consumables after the target counterfeit medical consumables are copied are limited, so that a foundation is laid for controlling the copying behavior of the target counterfeit medical consumables.
The step of authenticating the medical consumable to be authenticated by the judging module comprises the following steps of:
step B10, detecting whether the actual use allowance is larger than the standard recording allowance;
step B20, if yes, identifying the medical consumable to be authenticated as a fake consumable;
and step B30, if not, the medical consumable to be authenticated is not identified as the fake consumable.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, different counterfeit means may be adopted for performing counterfeit discrimination, in the counterfeit means, besides the complete duplication of the target counterfeit medical consumable, the target counterfeit medical consumable may be cracked, and the related information may be modified after the cracking, for example, in one implementation manner, it is assumed that the target counterfeit medical consumable is a treatment head, and the actual usage number of the treatment head is 15000, and the total rated usage amount is 20000, and then the actual usage number may be changed from "15000" to "10000" after the cracking, that is, the usage number of the treatment head may be increased after the modification, so as to achieve the purpose of counterfeit.
In addition, it should be noted that, the actual usage allowance is used for representing the actual remaining number in the usage process, the standard recording allowance is used for representing the rated remaining number of the target counterfeit medical consumable, and is specifically recorded by the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system, since the factory serial number of the counterfeit consumable is unique, the change of the standard recording allowance is determined by the factory serial number only, that is, the standard recording allowance is updated every time the medical consumable identified as the factory serial number is used, and further, in the process of performing counterfeit authentication, the numerical comparison between the actual usage allowance and the standard recording allowance can be realized, wherein, because the possibility of delay exists in the communication interaction between the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system and the medical device, the actual usage allowance and the standard recording allowance compared in a certain time step are not necessarily equal, therefore, the actual use allowance and the standard recording allowance are not required to be equal when the counterfeit authentication is carried out, and the medical consumable is informed of the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system after being used at the medical equipment end, so that the medical consumable to be authenticated can be judged to be the actual medical consumable when the actual use allowance is smaller than the standard recording allowance, for example, in one implementation mode, the Sn code of a plurality of treatment heads is assumed to be 001, one actual treatment head and a plurality of counterfeit treatment heads are arranged in the plurality of treatment heads, wherein the standard recording allowance of the actual treatment head is 10000, when the treatment head with the Sn code of 001 is connected with the medical equipment for use, the medical equipment end sends the actual use allowance of the treatment head which is used to the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system under the information pulling instruction of the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system, if the actual use allowance is 15000, the actual usage margin of the currently used treatment head to be authenticated is tampered, and the treatment head can be judged to be a fake treatment head.
As an example, steps B10 to B30 include: detecting whether the actual usage allowance is larger than the standard recording allowance; if the actual use allowance is detected to be larger than the standard record allowance, the medical consumable to be authenticated is identified as a fake consumable; and if the actual use allowance is detected to be smaller than or equal to the standard record allowance, the medical consumable to be authenticated is not identified as the fake consumable.
The step of authenticating the medical consumable to be authenticated by the judging module comprises the following steps of:
step C10, counting an actual use position set of the target fake-identifying medical consumable according to the actual use position;
step C20, if the fact that the use position set contains one use position is detected, the medical consumable to be authenticated is not identified as a fake consumable;
and step C30, if the fact that the actual use positions intensively contain a plurality of use positions is detected, identifying the counterfeit medical consumable as a counterfeit consumable when the standard use interval time determines that similar medical consumable to be authenticated exists.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, in general, the medical consumable is used only at a certain position in a short time, if the medical consumable with the same factory serial number appears in a plurality of places in a short time for use, it should be determined that the medical consumable with the factory serial number is a counterfeit consumable, for example, in one implementation manner, if a plurality of treatment heads with the Sn codes of "001" are found in a plurality of places in a short time, the treatment heads are marked as suspicious treatment heads, that is, a plurality of illegal treatment heads with the Sn codes of "001" are found in different places, so that a standard use interval time can be set in the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system, and based on the standard use interval time, it is determined whether the different consumable with the same factory serial number is located in different places for use, so as to determine whether the consumable to be authenticated currently connected to the medical device is a counterfeit medical consumable.
As an example, steps C10 to C30 include: according to the actual use positions, counting the actual use positions of all medical consumables with factory serial numbers being the factory serial numbers of the target counterfeit identification medical consumables to obtain an actual use position set; if the fact that the using position set contains one using position is detected, the medical consumable to be authenticated is not identified as a fake consumable; and if the fact that the actual use positions are concentrated and contain a plurality of use positions is detected, identifying the fake-identifying medical consumable as a fake consumable when the standard use interval time determines that similar medical consumables to be identified exist.
The medical consumable counterfeit authentication method further comprises the following steps:
step D10, if the medical equipment is detected to be in an offline state, counting the offline time length of the medical equipment;
and step D20, when the offline time length reaches a preset offline time length threshold value, identifying the medical equipment as suspicious medical equipment.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, in general, in order to facilitate the counterfeit detection management of medical consumables at a medical device end by a medical consumable counterfeit detection system, communication connection between the medical device end and the medical consumable counterfeit detection system is performed between the medical device end and the medical consumable counterfeit detection system, and some mechanisms actively cut off communication connection with the medical consumable counterfeit detection system in order to facilitate the counterfeit detection, so that if the medical consumable counterfeit detection system cannot interact with a certain medical device for a long time, the medical device is used as a suspicious medical device, that is, the medical device has the possibility of counterfeit, after the medical device is identified as the suspicious medical device, the suspicious medical device can be displayed on a front end display interface of the medical consumable counterfeit detection system for related personnel to view.
As an example, steps D10 to D20 include: if the medical equipment is detected to be in an offline state, counting the offline time length of the medical equipment; detecting whether the offline time length reaches a preset offline time length threshold, and identifying the medical device as suspicious medical device when the offline time length reaches the preset offline time length threshold.
Before the step of obtaining the battery pack ranging difference for ranging the vehicle to be positioned at the first ranging point and the second ranging point, the medical consumable authentication method further comprises the following steps:
step E10, after the medical consumable to be authenticated is identified as a fake consumable, acquiring use association information of the fake consumable;
step E20, determining the counterfeit processing grade of the counterfeit consumable material according to the information integrity of the use association information and the identity importance of the counterfeit consumable material;
and E30, executing the exception processing corresponding to the fake processing grade on the fake consumable material.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that after the medical consumable to be authenticated is authenticated, the processing of the medical consumable to be authenticated may be classified based on the counterfeit level, where the counterfeit level is determined by the usage association information and the identity information of the counterfeit consumable, the usage association information is used to characterize the usage information associated with the counterfeit consumable, specifically may be the usage time of the counterfeit consumable, the location where the counterfeit consumable is used, the usage equipment of the counterfeit consumable, and the like, and since the information integrity of the usage association information of different counterfeit consumables is different, and the identity importance of the consumable is also different, then the counterfeit processing level of the counterfeit consumable is obtained by integrating the usage association information and the identity importance, for example, in one embodiment, it is assumed that the class a may be A, B and class C, and the class B may be a mechanism for locking the counterfeit consumable and the mechanism for blackening the use of the counterfeit consumable, and the class C is a medical equipment for locking the counterfeit consumable and monitoring the use of the counterfeit consumable only.
As an example, steps E10 to E30 include: after the medical consumable to be authenticated is identified as a fake consumable, acquiring use association information of the fake consumable; acquiring the information integrity of the using associated information and the identity importance of the counterfeit consumable, and generating a counterfeit processing grade of the counterfeit consumable according to a first weight corresponding to the information integrity and a second weight corresponding to the identity importance; and executing the exception processing corresponding to the fake processing grade on the fake consumable.
The embodiment of the application provides a medical consumable counterfeit authentication method which is applied to a medical consumable counterfeit authentication system, wherein the medical counterfeit authentication system is in communication connection with medical equipment, namely, the information pushing module is used for acquiring the actual use information of medical consumables to be authenticated, which are currently connected with the medical equipment, wherein the actual use information is identified by a consumable identification module of the medical equipment and is sent through the communication module; inquiring standard use information of the corresponding target counterfeit identification medical consumable according to the actual use information, wherein the standard use information is stored in the data storage module; and according to the actual use information and the standard use information, the medical consumable to be authenticated is authenticated by the judging module.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process of authenticating the medical consumable to be authenticated, the medical equipment is in communication connection with the medical consumable authentication system, the medical consumable to be authenticated is connected with the medical equipment, the actual use information of the medical consumable to be authenticated provided by the medical equipment is firstly obtained, then the standard use information of the target medical consumable to be authenticated is inquired through the actual use information, and finally the medical consumable to be authenticated is authenticated through the actual use information and the standard use information, so that the aim of interactively authenticating the medical consumable to be authenticated through the information interaction between the medical equipment and the medical consumable authentication system can be realized.
Because the medical consumable counterfeit detection system records standard use information of the target counterfeit detection medical consumable, when the medical device is currently connected with the medical consumable to be detected for use, actual use information of the medical consumable to be detected can be fed back to the medical consumable counterfeit detection system in real time, and finally the relationship between the medical consumable to be detected and the target counterfeit detection medical consumable can be judged by the medical consumable counterfeit detection system through the standard use information and the actual use information, so that the counterfeit detection of the medical consumable to be detected is finished, namely, the purpose of real-time counterfeit detection of the medical consumable to be detected can be realized through information interaction between the medical device and the medical consumable counterfeit detection system, and therefore whether the medical consumable to be detected is the counterfeit consumable can be rapidly identified.
Based on the above, the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system can complete the counterfeit authentication work of the medical consumable to be authenticated by the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system through the information interaction between the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system and the medical equipment which are in communication connection, namely, the medical equipment connected to the medical equipment is authenticated in real time by the medical consumable counterfeit authentication system. Instead of only enabling visual identification of medical supplies by hand in the field. Therefore, the technical defect that the fake medical consumable is difficult to identify by naked eyes and the medical consumable has large use place mobility, so that time waste is easy to occur when the medical consumable is authenticated is overcome, and the fake authentication efficiency of the medical consumable is improved.
Example two
Further, referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the present application, the same or similar contents as those of the first embodiment may be referred to the description above, and will not be repeated. On the basis, the step of acquiring the actual use information of the medical consumable to be authenticated, which is currently connected with the medical equipment, by the information pushing module, wherein the actual use information is identified by the consumable identification module of the medical equipment and is sent by the communication module comprises the following steps:
Step F10, obtaining encryption information sent by the medical equipment, wherein the encryption information is obtained by sectionally encrypting the actual use information of the currently connected medical consumable to be authenticated according to an encryption key group by the medical equipment;
step F20, decrypting the encrypted information according to the decryption key set corresponding to the encryption key set to obtain at least one piece of actual information of the medical consumable to be authenticated;
and F30, jointly splicing the actual sub-information into the actual use information.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, if conventional encryption communication is adopted between the medical equipment and the medical consumable authentication system, for some institutions, the information of the medical equipment and the medical consumable authentication system may be modified by cracking the communication encryption manner and then transmitted to the medical consumable authentication system, so as to cause the condition of authentication failure, so that in order to improve the security of information interaction between the medical equipment and the medical consumable authentication system in the authentication process, the special encryption manner proposed by the embodiment of the present application may be adopted to encrypt the actual use information sent by the medical equipment.
In addition, it should be noted that before the actual usage information is extracted and sent at the medical device end, the embodiment of the application may firstly generate a plurality of encryption keys and a plurality of decryption keys respectively through the character strings, where the plurality of encryption keys form an encryption key set, and the plurality of decryption keys form a decryption key set, for example, in one implementation manner, the plurality of encryption keys are a1, a2, a3 and a4, and the plurality of decryption keys b1, b2, b3 and b4 respectively, where the encryption keys and the decryption keys are in one-to-one correspondence, so that the actual usage information is grouped into a plurality of actual component information, and different encryption keys are used to encrypt the actual component information, after encryption is completed, the encryption information is obtained after the combination, and then the medical consumable authentication system may decrypt the plurality of decryption keys to obtain different actual component information, and splice the actual usage information based on the receiving time sequence.
As an example, steps F10 to F30 include: obtaining encryption information sent by the medical equipment, wherein the encryption information is obtained by sectionally encrypting actual use information of the currently connected medical consumable to be authenticated according to an encryption key group by the medical equipment; decrypting the encrypted information according to a decryption key set corresponding to the encryption key set to obtain at least one piece of actual information of the medical consumable to be authenticated; and forming a receiving time sequence according to the information receiving time of each piece of actual information, and splicing each piece of the actual information according to the receiving time sequence to obtain the actual use information.
The embodiment of the application provides an actual use information receiving method, namely, obtaining encryption information sent by medical equipment, wherein the encryption information is obtained by sectionally encrypting the actual use information of a currently connected medical consumable to be authenticated according to an encryption key group by the medical equipment; decrypting the encrypted information according to a decryption key set corresponding to the encryption key set to obtain at least one piece of actual information of the medical consumable to be authenticated; and splicing the actual information into the actual use information. When receiving the actual use information, the embodiment of the application directly receives the encryption information, further decrypts the encryption information through a plurality of decryption keys in the decryption key group to obtain a plurality of actual sub-information, and finally splices the decryption key group to obtain the actual use information, namely, the actual use information transmitted between the medical equipment and the medical consumable counterfeit identification system is subjected to segmented encryption by adopting a plurality of encryption keys at the medical equipment end, and the medical consumable counterfeit identification system is subjected to segmented decryption by adopting a plurality of decryption keys, and finally splices the decryption key group to obtain the actual use information, so that the purpose of carrying out segmented encryption and decryption on the transmitted actual use information can be realized, and the safety of the transmission of the actual use information between the medical equipment and the medical consumable counterfeit identification system is improved, thereby laying a foundation for improving the counterfeit identification efficiency of medical consumable counterfeit identification.
