In the above embodiment, the board end and the line end connector 20 are combined, and the board end is used for being mounted on the PCB board to form a fixed connection structure; the line end connector 20 is used for plugging the connector mating board end connector 10 to form a connection conductive function. So that the connector performs a sealing function during the plugging process. Specifically, the plugging end 11 is configured to be inserted into the outer plugging cavity 43, and make the board end plugging cavity 13 cooperate with the fixing piece 6, and seal and abut the board end plugging cavity 13 through the first sealing piece 62; when the mating end 11 is inserted into the outer mating cavity 43, the board termination electrical assembly 3 is in conductive contact with the wire termination electrical assembly 5.

In addition, the plugging buckle 112 is provided, and the plugging clamping groove is provided in the plugged connector to match, so that a structure of fixed clamping is formed after the connector is plugged, the connector is kept in a plugging state, and the connector cannot be easily pulled out.
The plugging end 11 is provided with a plugging end plate 113 close to the connecting end 12, one end of the plugging guide bar 111 extends to the plugging end plate 113, and the cross section of the plugging end plate 113 is trapezoidal; in this embodiment, the plugging end plate 113 is used for limiting plugging of the connector, and meanwhile, a trapezoid structure is adopted for fixing and mounting the structure, so that the structural stability is ensured.
Referring to fig. 9 to 14, the docking housing 4 is provided with a guiding and matching groove 431 located outside the outer plugging cavity 43, and one end of the guiding and matching groove 431 protrudes towards the outer plugging cavity 43; a plugging guide groove 432 is formed in one side of the outer plugging cavity 43, and a plugging fixing buckle 48 is arranged on the upper side of the plugging guide groove 432 of the docking shell 4; the plugging guide bar 111 is used for being matched with the guide matching groove 431; in this embodiment, the guiding matching groove 431 is provided for positioning and guiding the connector during the plugging process, so that the connector can be plugged in a aligned manner, and the plugging precision is ensured.
The docking shell 4 is provided with a locking sliding groove 49 on the upper side of the plugging guide groove 432, the locking sliding groove 49 is provided with a locking sliding block 491, the locking sliding block 491 is provided with a locking limiting piece 492 and a locking positioning piece 493, the plugging fixing buckle 48 comprises a buckle end 481 extending towards the outer plugging cavity 43 and a pressing end 482 extending towards the wiring cavity 46, the buckle end 481 is provided with a buckle groove 483, the locking limiting piece 492 extends into the buckle groove 483, the locking positioning piece 493 is provided with a pressing positioning groove 494, and the pressing positioning groove 494 is used for positioning the pressing end 482; the clamping groove 483 is used for matching with the plugging clamping buckle 112; in this embodiment, by matching the locking slider 491 with the locking chute 49, when the connector is plugged, the plug-in fixing buckle 48 is locked and fixed with the plugged connector, the locking limiting piece 492 is used for limiting the locking of the buckle, and the locking positioning piece 493 is used for pressing the pressing end 482. The locking chute 49 is provided with a locking positioning groove 495, both sides of the locking slide 491 are provided with locking positioning blocks 496, and the locking positioning groove 495 is used for matching with the locking positioning blocks 496; specifically, the locking chute 49 is provided with a pressing positioning groove 494, two sides of the locking slide 491 are provided with locking positioning blocks 496, and the pressing positioning groove 494 is used for matching with the locking positioning blocks 496. The inner side surface of the connecting cavity 14 is provided with a fastening slot 141, the connecting plug 21 is provided with a fastening inserting strip 211, the fastening inserting strip 211 is provided with a fastening buckle 212, and the fastening inserting strip 211 is used for being inserted into the fastening slot 141; in this embodiment, the fastening slot 141 is used to cooperate with the fastening strip 211 to perform assembly positioning, so as to ensure the precision and stability of the structure assembly.
Specifically, the fastening slots 141 include a first slot 1411 located on the left and right sides of the connection cavity 14, and a second slot 1412 located on the upper and lower sides of the connection cavity 14, and the fastening strips 211 include a first strip 2111 for mating with the first slot 1411, and a second strip 2112 for mating with the second slot 1412; the slot that the periphery all set up is adopted specifically, can guarantee stability and positioning accuracy when pegging graft, and the cutting cooperation slot is fixed a position, and structural accuracy is high.
The connection plug 21 extends toward the board-end socket 13 to form a port slot 2113, and one end of the first electrical terminal 32 extends to the port slot 2113; the port slots 2113 are used to guide and position the connectors during mating to ensure that the contacts of the connectors after mating are conductive.
The connecting plug 21 and the fixed end seat 22 are integrally formed, a reinforcing part 25 is arranged between the connecting plug 21 and the fixed end seat 22, and the connecting clamping groove 24 is arranged on the reinforcing part 25; specifically, zinc alloy is integrally formed, and the reinforcing part 25 is arranged to strengthen the connection strength of the structure.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, the board-end fixing groove 23 includes an upper-end fixing groove 231 and a lower-end fixing groove 232, two upper-end fixing grooves 231 and lower-end fixing grooves 232 are arranged in parallel, a partition plate 233 is arranged between the upper-end fixing groove 231 and the lower-end fixing groove 232 to separate, and board-end electric components 3 are arranged in the upper-end fixing groove 231 and the lower-end fixing groove 232; in this embodiment, at least two parallel board terminals 3 are arranged in upper and lower rows, and a partition 233 is provided to separate the boards, which acts to shield electromagnetic interference and maintain transmission stability during multi-terminal connection.
The fixed end seat 22 is provided with a curved groove 221, one end of the curved groove 221 is connected with the connecting cavity 14, the insulator 31 is provided with a curved end 311, the curved end 311 is positioned in the curved groove 221, the curved groove 221 is internally provided with a fastening piece, and the fastening piece is used for tightly matching the curved end 311 in the curved groove 221; in this embodiment, the curved slot 221 and the curved end 311 are used for the curved connection to form a curved connector. And a fastening tab is provided in the curved groove 221, by which the stability of the inside is reinforced.
One end of the first electric connection terminal 32 is provided with a connection pin 321, the other end is provided with a fixed pin 322, the connection pin 321 extends towards the board end plug-in cavity 13, one end of the fixed pin 322 extends to the outside of the fixed end seat 22, and the fixed end seat 22 is provided with a fixed plug pin 222 close to the fixed pin 322; in this embodiment, fixing pins 322 are respectively used for fixing and welding on the board end, and connecting pins 321 are used for contact conduction when the connector is plugged. Referring to fig. 9 to 17, the plug sleeve 41 is integrally formed in the docking housing 4, and the plug mounting seat 42 is integrally formed in the plug sleeve 41; in this embodiment, the structure of integral injection molding is adopted, the internal structure is stable, the integrity is good, and the structure is reliable.
A limiting block 421 is arranged at one end of the plugging mounting seat 42, which is close to the inner plugging cavity 44, the limiting block 421 protrudes towards the port of the power connection slot 45, the fixing piece 6 is provided with a limiting baffle 63, the limiting baffle 63 is opposite to the limiting block 421 and forms a limiting ring, and the limiting ring is used for limiting the wire termination electric assembly 5; the limiting block 421 and the limiting ring are matched to limit the wire termination electric component 5, so that the stability of the wire termination electric component 5 in the structure is guaranteed, and the structure is stable and reliable.
Specifically, the two sides of the plugging installation seat 42 are provided with assembling buckles 422, the fixing piece 6 is provided with assembling clamping grooves 64, and the fixing piece 6 is matched with the assembling buckles 422 through the assembling clamping grooves 64; in this embodiment, the plugging mounting seat 42 is cooperatively connected with the assembling clamping groove 64 of the fixing member 6 through the assembling clamping buckle 422, so that the clamping groove and the clamping buckle can be reversely arranged in use, and the two can be connected and fixed, so as to fix the fixing member 6 in the inner plugging cavity 44.
The plugging installation seat 42 extends towards the wiring cavity 46 to form a wiring sleeve 423, one side of the plugging installation seat 42 close to the fixing piece 6 is provided with an elastic buckle 424, and the elastic buckle 424 is used for fixing the wire end wiring assembly 5 in the wiring slot 45; in this embodiment, the wire termination electrical assembly 5 is held stationary by the wire sleeve 423 while also facilitating the securement of the connection wire 71. Referring to fig. 17, the wire-end electrical connection assembly 5 includes an electrical connection sleeve 51, an insulation post 52 disposed in the electrical connection sleeve 51, and a second electrical connection terminal 53 disposed in the insulation post 52, the fixing member 6 is provided with an opposite insertion cavity 65, and the electrical connection sleeve 51 includes a fixing sleeve 511 inserted in the electrical connection slot 45, and a contact sleeve 512 connected to the electrical connection sleeve 51 and extending to the opposite insertion cavity 65; a first positioning step 451 and a second positioning step 452 are arranged in the power receiving slot 45, the fixed sleeve 511 is provided with a fixed ring 5111, the first positioning step 451 is used for positioning the fixed ring 5111, and the second positioning step 452 is used for positioning the contact sleeve 512; in this embodiment, the positioning step is disposed in the electrical connection slot 45 to position the fixing sleeve 511 and the contact sleeve 512, so as to ensure the stability of the electrical connection structure in the interior, and no displacement phenomenon occurs in the plugging process.
An insulation placement cavity 5112 is arranged at the connection position of the fixing sleeve 511 and the contact sleeve 512, the insulation column 52 is installed in the insulation placement cavity 5112, a stop block 5121 is arranged towards the insulation placement cavity 5112 of the contact sleeve 512, and the stop block 5121 is used for fixing the insulation column 52 in the insulation placement cavity 5112; the rear end of the fixing sleeve 511 is provided with a heat shrinkage tube 5113, and the heat shrinkage tube 5113 is used for cladding and connecting the connecting wire 71 to the fixing sleeve 511; in this embodiment, the insulating column 52 is fixed by the insulating installation cavity 5112 and the stop block 5121, so that the insulating column 52 is kept in a fixed state inside, and no displacement phenomenon occurs in the plugging process. A contact part 5122 is arranged at one end of the contact sleeve 512 facing the opposite insertion cavity 65, a plurality of contact protrusions 5123 are uniformly distributed on the contact part 5122 in the circumferential direction, and contact rings are arranged at one ends of the contact protrusions 5123 to be connected with each other; in this embodiment, the contact portion 5122 is used for the connector to perform a contact function after insertion, specifically, contact through the contact protrusion 5123, so as to form a stable contact structure.
The second electrical connection terminal 53 includes a plugging conductive portion 531 and a conductive wire clip 532, the plugging conductive portion 531 is plugged in the insulating column 52, the conductive wire clip 532 is used for contacting the connection wire 71, and the plugging conductive portion 531 is provided with a plugging hole; in this embodiment, a plugging conductive portion 531 is provided for plugging and conducting, specifically, a terminal pin is inserted into a plugging hole for contact, and a conductive wire clip 532 is used for clamping, contacting and conducting in cooperation with a connecting wire 71.

the two sides of the wiring end cover are provided with end cover clamping grooves, the outer side of the wiring cavity is provided with end cover buckles, and the end cover clamping grooves are clamped on the end cover buckles.
