In the prior art, a plate for positioning the mounting position of the shock absorber is welded at the bottom of a mounting hole on the knuckle, and the welding step is omitted.

The nut 6 is installed at the other end of the bolt 5 to tighten the through hole, and the connecting part 42 deforms in the tightening process, so that the first inserting part 41 and the second inserting part 45 can be subjected to interval adjustment, and the deformed connecting part 42 can play a certain anti-loosening role.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, one slot is disposed at the middle position of one side locking lug 3 for inserting the wedge-shaped insertion part, and the other slot is disposed at the end position of the other side locking lug 3 for being disposed towards the outside opening, so that the pretension positioning member 4 can be conveniently taken out when the pretension positioning member is detached.

Embodiment two: on the basis of the first embodiment, the bracket 43 can extend into the expansion joint 12 on the damper mounting portion 1 when not pre-tightening, the width of the bracket 43 is larger than the width of the expansion joint 12 after pre-tightening of the damper mounting portion 1, that is, when the second inserting portion 45 is gradually inserted, the width of the expansion joint 12 gradually decreases, and when the second inserting portion 45 is inserted to the maximum depth, as shown in fig. 5, the positioning plate 44 moves below the mounting hole 11 at this time, the bracket 43 is located below the expansion joint 12, and because the damper mounting portion 1 has a tendency of loosening, the inserting portion is likely to be extruded, and because the width of the bracket 43 is larger than the width of the expansion joint 12 after pre-tightening of the damper mounting portion 1, the pre-tightening positioning member 4 has a self-locking effect, thereby ensuring the pre-tightening effect and avoiding pre-tightening failure.
Embodiment III: on the basis of the first or second embodiment, the through hole in the insertion part is arranged as a bolt hole, and can be matched with the bolt 5 through threads, alternatively, threaded holes can be arranged in the first insertion part 41 and the second insertion part 45, or only the first insertion part 41 is provided with the threaded holes, so that the threaded matching area with the bolt 5 is increased, threads in a locking lug are not needed, and the anti-loosening effect is improved. After the mode is adopted, the nut can be selectively arranged or is not required to be arranged, the assembly efficiency is further improved when the nut is not required to be arranged, and only the bolt is required to be rotated when the assembly and disassembly are carried out, one side is not required to be fixed and one side is not required to be rotated in the prior art, and the size of the assembly manipulator can be reduced on an automatic assembly line due to the fact that the fixing mechanism is omitted.
Optionally, when the first insertion portion 41 and the second insertion portion 45 are both provided with threaded holes, the bolt 5 is a concentric reducing bolt, and when the bolt 5 is screwed in, the tail thread is first engaged with the threaded hole in the first insertion portion, as shown in fig. 3, the diameter of the threaded hole in the first insertion portion 41 is smaller than that of the threaded hole in the second insertion portion 45, and after the concentric reducing bolt is inserted, the bolt can be directly inserted into the threaded hole in the first insertion portion 41 without screwing in the second insertion portion 45 and the first insertion portion 41 at a time.
