When the die is used, although the opening size of the die can be adjusted according to the production condition, the die is required to be cleaned and maintained regularly due to the condition of particle blocking in the process of passing, so that the production quality and the stability of discharging are ensured, and the maintenance is time-consuming and labor-consuming by manpower, so that during the working process or the maintenance process, the scrap cleaning can be carried out through the scrap cleaning spraying mechanism 6, namely, the gear sleeve ring 64 is driven to synchronously rotate through the rotation action of the third gear head 63 at the output end of the third servo motor 62, so that the gear sleeve ring 64 can reciprocate 360 degrees around the outer surface of the outer die 57, and during the rotation process, the attached outer die 57 and the inner die 56 can be cleaned by the brush edges 611 connected with the cavity sleeve 610 on the upper side of the outer surface of the gear sleeve ring 64, the particle clamped at the opening of the inner cavity can be cleaned while the scraps are taken down, the smoothness of the whole discharging process is ensured, further, according to the production requirement of carbon black particles, the guide pipe 65 is driven to rotate around the outer mold 57 through the rotating gear sleeve ring 64 in the working process, so that the spray head 66 arranged on the surface of the inner cavity can completely cover the inner cavity, better mixing of the inner carbon black into particles is facilitated, the size of external water supply of the inner carbon black can be controlled, the inner cavity can be matched with the symmetrical side brush edge 611 to mechanically spray water for cleaning in the subsequent non-using process, the mixing degree of the carbon black particles can be controlled in the working process, the processed carbon black particles can be further controllable, and in the whole maintenance process, the disassembly of the assembling port 69 can be loosened after the inner cavity is unfolded, so that the cavity sleeve 610 can be disassembled and replaced.
The using method comprises the following steps: in the working process, the second servo motor 31 in the adjustable granulating mechanism 3 drives the conical round table 36 to push the granulating rod 313 outwards, the extending length of the granulating rod 313 can be changed, the outer die 57 which surrounds the outer side of the inner die 56 is matched, the outer die opening 59 can be controlled to be accurately adjusted by the comparison ruler opening 512, the size of the die opening is changed, in the process of mixing carbon black into particles, the gear collar 64 can be driven to rotate by the third gear head 63 at the output end of the third servo motor 62 of the chip removing spraying mechanism 6, a plurality of spraying heads 66 arranged on the guide tube 65 can cover the processing cavity of the chip removing spraying mechanism, the spraying amount of the spray head can be changed to adjust the water supply amount, so that the carbon black can be synthesized into particles with different sizes, and the whole can be matched according to the opening size of the adjustable granulating rod of the adjustable granulating mechanism 3, the spraying coverage of the adjustable die inside the die cover 5, and the material humidity, the die and the granulating end of the chip removing spraying mechanism 6.
