And third sealing rings 15 are respectively arranged between the inner side surfaces of the pistons 2 at the two ends of the liquid storage cavity 8 and the piston rod 1, so that circulating liquid can be prevented from leaking outwards from gaps between the pistons 2 and the piston rod 1.
Working principle:
During operation, in the reciprocating motion process of the piston 2, circulating liquid enters the circulating cavity 3 from the liquid inlet 19 and is discharged from the liquid outlet 20, and even if one sealing ring is damaged, the other sealing ring can still keep sealing effect, so that the sealing grade and sealing effect are improved; a small amount of circulating liquid leaking from the circulating cavity 3 to the space between the first sealing ring 4 and the second sealing ring 5 can be stored in the pressure relief groove 6, so that the instantaneous pressure of the circulating liquid between the first sealing ring 4 and the second sealing ring 5 during high-speed movement of the piston is reduced, the impact force of the circulating liquid on the sealing rings is reduced, and the first sealing ring 4 and the second sealing ring 5 are protected. When the circulation hydraulic pressure in the pressure release groove 6 is overlarge, the circulation liquid can enter the valve seat 11 through the radial channel 9 to squeeze the steel balls 13, the steel balls 13 squeeze the spring 12 to move inwards to generate gaps, and at the moment, the circulation liquid can enter the valve seat 11 and then enter the liquid storage cavity 8 through the axial channel 10 to be stored, so that the problem of overlarge pressure caused by full circulation liquid in the pressure release groove 6 is effectively solved. If the liquid storage cavity 8 is full due to overlarge leakage of the circulating liquid, the liquid level in the circulating liquid loop is obviously reduced, and a worker can stop and maintain in time.
