The invention discloses a magnetic pulse cleaning device and a magnetic pole plate thereof, wherein the magnetic pole plate comprises a substrate and at least two permanent magnet arrays; at least two permanent magnet arrays are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the substrate and are sequentially connected end to end; each permanent magnet array is of a shape like a Chinese character 'ji' and is composed of a plurality of permanent magnets which are arranged at intervals; the permanent magnet is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the substrate. The magnetic plate can improve the acceleration and deceleration movement frequency of the workpiece in unit time in the movement process, and the cleaning effect is improved.

During working, the rotating magnetic field is generally utilized to assist demagnetization or control fine abrasive motion in the cleaning field to collide with the surface of the part, and then the machining and cleaning of the precise part are comprehensively realized by combining other cleaning technologies.
In the existing magnetic cleaning technology, the influence of the arrangement of magnetic poles on the generated magnetic field parameters is considered, and the effect of cleaning operation can be influenced by different magnetic pole arrangement modes. The workpiece in the cleaning field is generally rotated by the action of a rotating magnetic field, or the abrasive motion in the workpiece is controlled, so that the surface of the part is cleaned and finished through collision. For the magnetic pole eccentric arrangement structure of fig. 1 in the magnetic pulse cleaning scheme, although periodic acceleration and deceleration movements of precise parts can be realized relative to concentric circle arrangement, the speed change in unit period is not obvious, and the cleaning effect is required to be enhanced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a magnetic pulse cleaning device and a magnetic plate thereof, which can improve the acceleration and deceleration movement frequency of a workpiece in unit time in the movement process and improve the cleaning effect.

Meanwhile, the number of the magnetic pole edges is increased along with the increase of the number of the permanent magnet arrays, so that the acceleration frequency and the deceleration frequency in a unit period are increased, and particularly when a workpiece is formed by a plurality of parts, the parts are separated and combined more frequently, thereby being beneficial to flushing and cleaning through the turbulent flow of the cleaning liquid and further improving the cleaning effect.
