Abstract
The invention discloses a magnetic pulse cleaning device and a magnetic pole plate thereof, wherein the magnetic pole plate comprises a substrate and at least two permanent magnet arrays; at least two permanent magnet arrays are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the substrate and are sequentially connected end to end; each permanent magnet array is of a shape like a Chinese character 'ji' and is composed of a plurality of permanent magnets which are arranged at intervals; the permanent magnet is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the substrate. The magnetic plate can improve the acceleration and deceleration movement frequency of the workpiece in unit time in the movement process, and the cleaning effect is improved.

The workpiece in the cleaning field is generally rotated by the action of a rotating magnetic field, or the abrasive motion in the workpiece is controlled, so that the surface of the part is cleaned and finished through collision. For the magnetic pole eccentric arrangement structure of fig. 1 in the magnetic pulse cleaning scheme, although periodic acceleration and deceleration movements of precise parts can be realized relative to concentric circle arrangement, the speed change in unit period is not obvious, and the cleaning effect is required to be enhanced.

Meanwhile, the number of the magnetic pole edges is increased along with the increase of the number of the permanent magnet arrays, so that the acceleration frequency and the deceleration frequency in a unit period are increased, and particularly when a workpiece is formed by a plurality of parts, the parts are separated and combined more frequently, thereby being beneficial to flushing and cleaning through the turbulent flow of the cleaning liquid and further improving the cleaning effect.

The embodiment of the invention provides a magnetic pulse cleaning device, as shown in fig. 2, which comprises a driving device 2, a cleaning cylinder 3, a bracket 4 and the magnetic pole plate 1;
the driving device 2 is in transmission connection with the magnetic pole plate 1 and is used for driving the magnetic pole plate 1 to rotate around a vertical axis; the driving means 2 may be an electric motor; when the driving device 2 is a motor, an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the magnetic plate 1 through a coupler, and also can be in transmission connection through a speed reducer, so that the magnetic plate 1 is driven to rotate around an axial lead along the vertical direction through the driving device 2, and the magnetic plate 1 is arranged along the horizontal direction;
the top of the bracket 4 is supported with a cleaning cylinder 3; the bracket 4 is used for supporting the cleaning cylinder 3 on the top of the magnetic plate 1, and a gap is formed between the magnetic plate 1 and the cleaning cylinder 3 in the vertical direction;

the magnetic pole plate 1 is arranged opposite to the cleaning cylinder 3 and is positioned at the bottom of the cleaning cylinder 3 and used for driving a workpiece to move through magnetic pole change in the rotating process; as shown in fig. 2, the magnetic plate 1 and the cleaning cylinder 3 are arranged opposite to each other in the vertical direction, the cleaning cylinder 3 is supported on the top of the magnetic plate 1 by a bracket 4, and in order to avoid abrasion, gaps are formed between the magnetic plate 1 and the bracket 4 and between the magnetic plate 1 and the cleaning cylinder 3; the purpose of the magnetic plate 1 is to change the movement pattern and period of the workpiece.

the magnetic pole plate 1 comprises a base plate 11 and at least two arrays 12 of permanent magnets 13; the substrate 11 may be a circular plate; the array 12 of permanent magnets 13 is arranged on one side surface of the substrate 11; the number of the permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 is at least two, and in a preferred embodiment, the number of the permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 is 2-5; the magnetic pole plate 1 as shown in fig. 3 is provided with 2 permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 connected end to end on a base plate 11, and the 2 permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are connected to form an 8-shaped structure; in the magnetic pole plate 1 in fig. 4, 3 permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are arranged on a base plate 11 in a head-to-tail connection mode, and the 3 permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are connected to form a triangular star-shaped structure; by analogy, when the number of the permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 is 4, the 4 permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are sequentially connected to form a cross star structure, and the 5 permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are sequentially connected to form a pentagonal star structure; in the figures of the present embodiment only a magnetic plate 1 provided with 2 and 3 arrays 12 of permanent magnets 13 is illustrated, but 4, 5 or more arrays 12 of permanent magnets 13 may also be provided during actual use; whether the number of the permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 is 2, 3, 4, 5 or more, the permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are sequentially connected end to form a closed figure;
at least two permanent magnet 13 arrays 12 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the base plate 11 and are sequentially connected end to end; each permanent magnet 13 array 12 is of a 'several' -shaped structure and is composed of a plurality of permanent magnets 13 which are arranged at intervals, each permanent magnet 13 has an N pole and an S pole, and each permanent magnet 13 adopts the same magnetic pole arrangement mode, namely, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the N pole and the S pole are sequentially arranged along an arrangement path, and two adjacent N poles or S poles cannot occur at the same time;
the permanent magnet 13 is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the base plate 11, so that the position of the permanent magnet 13 relative to the magnetic pole plate 1 is fixed in the rotating process; the permanent magnet 13 may be attached to the substrate 11 by adhesion; grooves corresponding to the permanent magnets 13 one by one can be formed in the surface of the substrate 11, the permanent magnets 13 are embedded in the corresponding grooves, and the permanent magnets 13 are fixedly mounted on the substrate 11 through interference fit between the permanent magnets 13 and the grooves.

Meanwhile, the number of the magnetic pole edges is increased along with the increase of the number of the arrays 12 of the permanent magnets 13, so that the acceleration frequency and the deceleration frequency in a unit period are increased, and particularly when a workpiece is composed of a plurality of parts, the parts are separated and combined more frequently, thereby being beneficial to flushing and cleaning through the turbulent flow of the cleaning liquid 5 and further improving the cleaning effect.

4. The pole plate of claim 2 wherein said array of permanent magnets has 3 and 3 of said arrays of permanent magnets are connected to form a delta-star configuration.
5. The pole plate of claim 1 wherein said pole plate is an axisymmetric structure.
6. The pole plate of any of claims 1-5, wherein the permanent magnets are bonded to the base plate.
7. The pole plate of claim 6 wherein the surface of the base plate is provided with grooves in one-to-one correspondence with the permanent magnets, the permanent magnets being embedded in the corresponding grooves.
8. A magnetic pulse cleaning apparatus comprising a drive means, a cleaning cartridge, a support, a magnetic pole plate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7;
the driving device is in transmission connection with the magnetic pole plate and is used for driving the magnetic pole plate to rotate around a vertical axis;
the top of the bracket supports the cleaning cylinder;
