Referring to fig. 3-4, the filter assembly 4 includes a filter casing 40 with one end communicated with the suction pipe 6, an exhaust port 41 is provided at the other end of the filter casing 40, a fan 42 and a symmetrically arranged filter screen 43 are provided in the filter casing 40, the air outlet direction of the fan 42 faces the filter screen 43 and the exhaust port 41, and a support column 44 is provided between the fan 42 and the filter screen 43.
The air current that fan 42 formed blows to gas vent 41 to guide paint mist to be filtered by filter screen 43 and follow gas vent 41 and discharge, support column 44 improves filtering shell 40 structural strength, avoids filtering shell 40 internal negative pressure to arouse deformation, simultaneously, after the air current that fan 42 produced contacted support column 44, by the reposition of redundant personnel to filtering shell 40 inner wall both sides, help paint mist granule in the air current to be slowed down and drop, avoid filter screen 43 to last by particulate matter jam, improve the filter effect.
The support column 44 is fixed with a slide bar 45, the slide bar 45 transversely extends towards the filter screen 43, the slide bar 45 is connected with a filter plate 46 in a sliding mode, one end of the filter screen 43 is connected with the filter shell 40 in a rotating mode, the rotating end of the adjacent filter screen 43 is close to one side of the exhaust port 41, and the filter plate 46 can be abutted between the filter screens 43 on a sliding path.
The filter screen 43 and the filter sheet 46 are each made of a wire having elastic deformability.
The air current carries paint mist to strike filter plate 46 and makes it slide on slide bar 45 to the filter plate 46 of butt both sides makes filter plate 46 rotate respectively and opens to both sides, increase the filtering surface to the air current, improve the deceleration effect to the air current, the air current speed is faster, the position of filter plate 46 on slide bar 45 is close to gas vent 41 more, thereby make filter screen 43 open degree bigger, the deceleration effect to the air current is stronger, realize the self-adaptation speed reduction and the filtration to different flow rate air currents, prevent too fast air current and carry paint mist and directly discharge from gas vent 41, also avoid the air current too slow to cause the jam, gliding filter plate 46 can strike off the particulate matter that is attached to filter screen 43, further improve the filter effect and prevent to block up, and help the granule to collect in filter shell 40 in a concentrated way, be convenient for follow-up cleaning treatment, when filter plate 46 slides on slide bar 45, can promote inside gas disturbance of filter shell 40, help paint mist granule to drop from fan blade and pivot of fan 42 card dead and lose the exhaust ability.
The opposite side walls of the filter shell 40 are respectively inserted with a plurality of spray heads 47, one end of the spray head 47 positioned in the filter shell 40 faces the filter screen 43, the spray heads 47 on the same side are communicated with the same shunt tube 48, the plurality of shunt tubes 48 are connected with the same liquid pump 49, and the liquid pump 49 can convey liquid to the shunt tube 48.
The liquid pump 49 sprays liquid from the spray head 47 through the shunt tubes 48, the air flow guided to the two sides by the support columns 44 and paint mist can effectively contact the liquid, so that the paint mist toxicity is degraded, subsequent collection and treatment and paint mist particles are facilitated, the spray head 47 sprays the liquid towards the filter screen 43, the filter screen 43 is facilitated to be cleaned, the filter plate 46 slides on the slide rod 45 to facilitate the mixing of the paint mist and the liquid, the paint mist is further degraded, and the environment is protected.
Referring to fig. 5-8, the collecting head 5 is a hollow shell, the collecting head 5 includes an inclined plane 50 formed on the inner edge of the outer end surface, collecting holes 51 are formed on the inclined plane 50 at intervals, the collecting head 5 is provided with a connecting seat 52 and rollers 53 on each side surface, the rollers 53 are transversely arranged and a compression spring 54 is arranged between the rollers 53 and the connecting seat 52, and the rollers 53 are slidably connected with the connecting seat 52 through the compression springs 54.
Paint mist diffusion is generated when paint is contacted with a hull outer plate, paint mist can be sucked into the collecting head 5 through the collecting holes 51 under the action of the fan 42 and is conveyed to the filtering component 4 for filtering, the arrangement of the collecting holes 51 on the inclined plane 50 is beneficial to paint mist adsorption at the nearest position where paint mist diffusion occurs, the possibility that paint mist overflows or excessively reaches the inside of the protective cover 1 is reduced, subsequent cleaning of the protective cover 1 is facilitated, the mechanical arm 3 drives the supporting table 2 to move at the side of a ship, the roller 53 can rotate in the connecting seat 52 and realize rolling contact with the hull, the abrasion probability of the collecting head 5 and the hull is reduced, the ship hull is protected, meanwhile, the roller 53 can adapt to the uneven surface at the side of the ship through deformation of the pressing spring 54, the collecting head 5 is prevented from jumping due to impact during movement, interference between the mechanical arm 3 and the supporting table 2 is avoided, and the safety and stability of movement of the supporting table 2 are improved.
The first cover body 10 is provided with a plurality of supporting rods 55 supporting the inner side of the first cover body, the tail end of the supporting rods 55 is positioned in the collecting head 5, an auxiliary filter plate 56 is arranged in the collecting head 5, the auxiliary filter plate 56 is provided with a plurality of hole bodies and is in sliding connection with the supporting rods 55, two sides of the auxiliary filter plate 56 are provided with reset springs 57 sleeved on the supporting rods 55, and the communicating end of the suction pipe 6 and the collecting head 5 is positioned on one side of the auxiliary filter plate 56 far away from the collecting hole 51.
The bracing piece 55 improves first cover body 10 structural strength, and the negative pressure when avoiding adsorbing the coating cloud arouses first cover body 10 collapse, gets into the coating cloud of collecting head 5 and can carry out primary filtration through supplementary filter 56, and when filter assembly 4 sucked the coating cloud, supplementary filter 56 receives the reset spring 57 of pneumatic action extrusion one side to slide on bracing piece 55, help arousing the flow of collecting hole 51 department air current, can improve coating cloud suction efficiency, also can accelerate spraying position paint drying, improve spraying efficiency and spraying uniformity degree.
The filter shell 40 is internally provided with an inclined guide wall at the position of the exhaust port 41, the tail end of the guide wall is converged and faces the exhaust port 41, the filter shell 40 is fixed at the bottom end of the supporting table 2, and the exhaust port 41 faces away from the collecting head 5.
The guide wall is favorable for guiding the air flow to the center of the air outlet 41, realizing concentrated discharge, reducing the possibility of diffusion of residual gas, and the filter shell 40 discharges the gas to the lower part of the supporting table 2 and away from the hull, thereby being favorable for reducing the phenomenon that the residual gas is attached to a surface of the paint which is not dried after being discharged and carrying dust, and leading to uneven paint thickness to cause paint dropping.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
