Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the various raw materials, reagents, instruments, equipment and the like used in the present application are commercially available or may be prepared by existing methods.
In a first aspect, the application provides a natural environment-friendly antibacterial liquid laundry detergent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5 to 12 parts of cordyceps sobolifera extract, 10 to 40 parts of alkyl glycoside, 1 to 5 parts of N-alkyl propylamino glycine, 0.5 to 5 parts of complexing agent, 0.1 to 4 parts of thickener and 100 parts of water.
The natural environment-friendly antibacterial laundry detergent provided by the embodiment of the application has the following main components:
cordyceps cicadae extract: is rich in active ingredients such as Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide, and has antibacterial and insecticidal effects; meanwhile, the water-rich extracellular gelatinous matrix can be formed together with the polysaccharide component and fibrous protein in the skin, so that the water can be provided for the skin, and the skin is free from any irritation to the human skin.
Alkyl glycoside (abbreviated APG): the novel nonionic surfactant with comprehensive performance has the characteristics of common nonionic and anionic surfactants, has high surface activity, good ecological safety and compatibility, and is an internationally recognized first-choice green functional surfactant.
N-alkyl propylaminoacetic acid: the amphoteric amino acid type surfactant is the only amphoteric surfactant registered in European Union, does not contain aldehydes or active chlorine components, is mild, is easy to degrade, is environment-friendly and safe, and has strong cleaning promotion and solubilization effects.
Therefore, the applicant firstly takes the cordyceps sobolifera extract as a main sterilizing and antibacterial component of the liquid laundry detergent, takes the alkyl glycoside as a main washing and decontaminating component, takes the N-alkyl propylamine glycine as an antibacterial and decontaminating enhancing component, and the three components are mutually cooperated to jointly act to obtain the natural environment-friendly antibacterial liquid laundry detergent with the characteristics of environmental protection, safety, mildness, strong decontaminating capability and the like, so that the safety, environment friendliness and decontaminating capability of the traditional antibacterial liquid laundry detergent are further improved.
As an implementation mode of the embodiment of the application, the weight ratio of the cordyceps sobolifera extract, the alkyl glycoside and the N-alkyl propylaminoacetic acid is 17:45:5.
The inventor discovers through research that the weight ratio of the cordyceps sobolifera extract, the alkyl glycoside and the N-alkyl propylaminoacetic acid is controlled to be 17:45:5. When the cicada fungus extract, the alkyl glycoside and the N-alkyl propylamine glycine have better synergistic effect, and the antibacterial effect and the detergency of the laundry detergent can be obviously improved.
Preferably, the natural environment-friendly antibacterial laundry detergent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
8.5 parts of cordyceps sobolifera extract, 22.5 parts of alkyl glycoside, 2.5 parts of N-alkyl propylamino glycine, 0.5-3 parts of complexing agent, 0.1-4 parts of thickener and 100 parts of water.
As an implementation mode of the embodiment of the application, the cordyceps sobolifera extract is cordyceps sobolifera fruiting body extract.
The cordyceps sobolifera fruiting body extract is selected as a main disinfection and bacteriostasis component of the laundry detergent, and the bacteriostasis effect is good. In some embodiments, the polysaccharide content of the Cordyceps cicadae extract is 50wt%, such as commercially available Cordyceps cicadae extract (manufacturer: hibiscus North Biotechnology Co., ltd., product model SNT 1106)
As an implementation mode of the embodiment of the application, the complexing agent is at least one of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and L-560 organic complexing agent.
The application selects the tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and the L-560 organic complexing agent, which is favorable for the stability of the whole system, has good compatibility with the cicada fungus extract and is favorable for the storage of products.
As an embodiment of the present embodiment, the thickener is at least one of polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate, sodium chloride and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide.
The application selects polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate, sodium chloride and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide to improve the viscosity of the system.
As an implementation of the embodiment of the present application, the alkyl glycoside is at least one of APG0810, APG0814 and APG 1214.
The application selects the commercial APG0810, APG0814 and APG1214 as the disinfection and bacteriostasis components of the liquid laundry detergent for the first time, replaces the existing silver ions, hydrogen peroxide, trichlorohydroxy dipropyl ether, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and the like, effectively avoids the influence of the existing bacteriostasis liquid laundry detergent on aquatic organisms such as algae and the like, and provides a new thought for preparing the bacteriostasis liquid laundry detergent.
In a second aspect, based on a general inventive concept, the present application provides a method for preparing the natural environment-friendly antibacterial laundry detergent according to any one of the first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprising:
