In order to be able to load the method and system described above to function properly, the system may include more or less components than those described above, or may combine some components, or different components, in addition to the various modules described above, for example, may include input and output devices, network access devices, buses, processors, memories, and the like.

It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments of the present invention are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in various embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor do the order in which the sub-steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps or other steps.

detecting the position of a loading part, and acquiring first identity information of a first property transactor when the position of the loading part is detected to meet the set transaction area;
when the first identity information meets the affiliated property relation with the fixed asset, generating a transaction request according to the attribute information of a first fixed asset product in the loading part, wherein the fixed asset product comprises the first fixed asset product;
transmitting a transaction request to an accessed acquisition transaction end to acquire bargained information fed back by the acquisition transaction end;
transmitting the bargained information to a property end, generating first pricing about a first fixed resource product, wherein the property end is bound with second identity information, and the second identity information and the first fixed resource product meet a direct property relation;
detecting the accompanying moving track of the first fixed resource product and the first property transactor;
When the first fixed asset is detected to be in the transfer transaction protection position, the first property transactor is in the transfer transaction isolation position deviating from the transfer transaction protection position, the final transaction price related to the first pricing is obtained, related payment is carried out on the corresponding transaction account of the second identity information according to the final transaction price and the first payment instruction of the purchasing transaction end, and transfer transaction protection release of the first fixed asset is executed.
2. The title relationship-based risk service method of claim 1, wherein prior to detecting the location of the load, the method further comprises:
identifying closure information of a loading zone of the loading piece, wherein the loading zone at least comprises a non-vacant loading zone;
and when the closed information shows that the non-vacant loading section is in a loading closed state, receiving a movement request of the loading piece, and releasing movement limitation of the loading piece.
3. The title relationship-based risk service method of claim 1, wherein before sending the transaction request to the accessed acquisition transaction end, the method further comprises:
acquiring login information of an accessed terminal, and performing user identity verification based on the login information;
When the user identity verification passes, verifying the transaction qualification information of the corresponding user of the terminal;
and when the transaction qualification information is qualified, marking the corresponding terminal as a purchasing transaction terminal.
4. The title relationship-based risk service method of claim 1, wherein the detecting the accompanying movement trajectories of the first fixed asset and the first title transactor comprises:
generating a first planning route according to the route between the set alignment distribution position of the first fixed resource product and the transfer transaction protection position, and taking the first planning route as a basic track;

7. The title relationship-based risk service method according to claim 1 or 6, wherein after acquiring the final transaction price for the first pricing, the method further comprises:
sending a prompt for paying according to the final transaction price and preparing for fetching, and placing the first fixed resource product in a hosting state;
and generating information to be paid according to the final transaction price and the second identity information, and sending the information to be paid to the purchasing transaction terminal.
8. The title relationship-based risk service method of claim 7, further comprising:
and when the first payment instruction is detected not to be generated within the set time period from the generation of the information to be paid, changing the hosting state into the disposal state of the first property transactor.
9. The title relationship-based risk service method of claim 8, wherein after changing the escrow status to the disposition status of the first title transactor, the method further comprises:
a transaction takeover request of a title transaction partner is received and payment information about a final transaction price is initially detected, from which it is determined whether and to perform a transfer transaction defence release of a first fixed asset, the title transaction partner comprising the first title transaction partner.
