A bluetooth based hand-portable data transmission system according to claim 3, wherein: the server also comprises a hand-tour signal processing module and a storage operation module, wherein the hand-tour signal processing module is used for receiving hand-tour personal basic information and hand-tour operation information sent by the slave device, the storage operation module is used for downloading, storing and operating hand-tour, adjusting the hand-tour personal basic information according to the information received by the hand-tour signal processing module and hand-tour environment information stored in the hand-tour, and sending the adjusted hand-tour personal basic information to the slave device connected with the signal transmission module.
