For example, a user may input an instruction to view various data information through an input device, or the like.
The medical information display system 100 of the embodiment of the present invention further includes an output device that can output various information (e.g., images or sounds) to the outside (e.g., a user), and can include one or more of the display device 102, a speaker, and the like.
In one example, the medical information display system 100 further includes one or more display devices 102, where the display devices 102 may be a touch display screen, a liquid crystal display screen, etc. built in the medical information display system 100, may be a separate display device such as a liquid crystal display, a television, etc. independent of the medical information display system 100, may be a display screen on an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.
The display device 102 is at least used for displaying vital sign information and ultrasonic information of one or more target objects, the display device 102 can display the vital sign information and the ultrasonic information acquired by the processor 101, the medical information display system 100 further comprises a user interface, and a user of the medical information display system can control the operation of the medical information display system through the user interface. The user interface may be provided by the display device 102, which may include a touch screen that allows a user to input operational instructions from the display device 102 to the medical information display system, and/or include one or more control panels, etc., through which the user may control the operation of the medical information display system.
In one example, the processor 101 is configured to execute the program stored in the memory 103, such that the processor 101 performs actions including: the vital sign information acquired by the monitoring device and the ultrasonic information generated by the ultrasonic device are acquired through the communication interface 104, and the control memory 103 stores the vital sign information and the ultrasonic information according to the time stamp; the control display device 102 provides a display viewing interface comprising a plurality of display areas, each display area displaying at least part of the vital sign information of one target object, for example, the display viewing interface 210 shown in fig. 2 provides 4 display areas, and the 4 display areas simultaneously display at least part of the vital sign information of the 4 target objects.
The processor 101 controls the memory 103 to store vital sign information and ultrasound information in accordance with the time stamps, for example to save the vital sign information and the ultrasound information in a database in accordance with the time stamps and identification information of the target object.
Optionally, the ultrasound information includes identification information of the target object and time information of the ultrasound examination, and the ultrasound information further includes at least one of the following information: ultrasound images, ultrasound examination reports, ultrasound image-based measurements. Alternatively, the ultrasound image may be an image of a single Zhang Shuchu, or may also be an ultrasound image of a continuous multi-frame ultrasound image, or the like, may be a real-time ultrasound image of the ultrasound device while the target object is being examined, or may also be a historical ultrasound image.
The vital sign information includes identification information of the target object, and the vital sign information further includes at least one of the following information: vital sign parameter information of the target object and alarm event information of the target object. Optionally, vital sign parameter information includes, but is not limited to, monitoring information of one or more of brain electrical, electrocardiographic, heart rate, blood pressure, central Venous Pressure (CVP), blood oxygen, body temperature, and respiratory rate, etc., and vital sign parameter information includes waveforms and/or values of vital sign parameters, trend graphs, etc.
Optionally, the identification information of the target object includes, but is not limited to, one or more of identification information of a hospital bed number of the target object, a name of the target object, an identification code (e.g., an identification card number (ID) or a medical insurance card number, etc.) of the target object, and the like. The identification information of the target object can be used for correlating the ultrasonic information and the vital sign information of the same target object so as to avoid the situation that the ultrasonic information and the vital sign information are not corresponding to each other and cause a doctor to judge the illness state of the patient by mistake.
It is worth mentioning that the information is stored according to a time stamp, that is, according to the time generated by various information, so that the user can call the information within the preset time when reviewing.
Further, the user may also open a detail interface of the corresponding object of interest by operating one of the display areas, for example, by a mouse or a touch screen, and the detail interface may be used to display real-time information and review information of the object of interest, etc. Specifically, the processor 101 is further configured to: when a selection instruction for one of the display areas is acquired (e.g., based on clicking on the corresponding display area via a mouse or touch screen), the display device 102 is controlled to display a detail interface of the object of interest corresponding to the selected display area, the detail interface being provided with a Review hotkey, for example, a "Review" hotkey on the detail interface 220 as shown in fig. 2. Optionally, the detail interface 220 is further provided with a real-time information viewing hotkey, such as a "View end" hotkey, optionally, the detail interface 220 may be located on one side of the display View interface 210, and does not cover multiple display areas displayed by the display View interface 210, so that the target object of interest can be viewed, and part of vital sign information of other target objects can be viewed at the same time.
The detail interface can be provided with corresponding hot keys for patient management besides the hot keys for viewing real-time information and the hot keys for reviewing, so that the interfaces for real-time, reviewing, patient management and the like can be switched through the hot keys. It should be noted that real-time and retrospective are two relative concepts. For example, in the example shown in fig. 2, the "View end" hotkey is used to provide a real-time interface, presenting real-time vital sign information of the target object; the Review hotkey and the Summary hotkey are used as Review hotkeys for providing Review information of different Review angles of a target object. Illustratively, the detail interface may be provided with a plurality of review hotkeys for presenting review information at different review angles, respectively.
In one example, the processor 101 is further configured to: when a view instruction for viewing the hotkey with respect to the real-time information is acquired, the display device 102 is controlled to display a real-time interface of the object of interest on the detail interface 210, where the real-time interface is used for displaying real-time information of the object of interest, such as real-time vital sign parameter information, etc., as shown in fig. 2.
Further, the processor 101 is configured to: when a review instruction for reviewing the hot key is acquired, controlling the display device 102 to display a review interface of the target object of interest on the detail interface 220, wherein the review interface is used for displaying review information of the target object of interest, and the review information comprises vital sign information and ultrasonic information; the ultrasonic information is displayed in a mode with a time stamp, or vital sign information and the ultrasonic information are displayed in a correlated mode based on the time stamp, so that a user can more conveniently check and analyze two kinds of data, check and analyze efficiency is improved, and a doctor can diagnose the current illness state of a patient according to the change trend of review information and the current patient state, so that a more reasonable treatment strategy is formulated.
Optionally, the review information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a table of vital sign parameter information in vital sign information, an ultrasound image review of ultrasound information, a list and detail review of alarm events, a parameter waveform review of vital sign parameters, and the like.
In one example, the processor 101 is further configured to: when a review instruction for reviewing information within a preset time period is acquired, the display device 102 is controlled to display the corresponding review information in a review interface according to the time sequence within the preset time period. Alternatively, the preset time period may be any suitable time, and the control (for example, window time in fig. 3) for setting the preset time period is provided on the review interface, and the processor 101 may be configured to control, when an operation instruction for the control is acquired, to set the preset time period to a time period corresponding to the operation instruction. The range of the preset time period can be set reasonably according to the needs of the user, and is not limited in detail herein.
Wherein the review interface displays time identifiers representing time sequences (e.g., located on time axes 310, 340 shown in fig. 3) with ultrasound examination indications 320 at time points of the time identifiers corresponding to examination times of respective ultrasound information, e.g., ultrasound examination indications of heart/lung/abdomen ultrasound reports, ultrasound examination indications of heart/cranium ultrasound reports as shown in fig. 3, which may be characterized graphically and/or literally. Optionally, each ultrasound examination indication may also indicate the type of site of the patient being examined by the corresponding ultrasound report, e.g., heart/lung/abdomen, heart/cranium, etc., so that the user may quickly select the ultrasound report that the user wants to specifically view based on the identification.
In one example, the review information further includes an alarm event for the target object, and the processor 101 is further configured to provide an alarm event indication at a point in time corresponding to the alarm event for the target object at the time identification with the ultrasound examination indication; the ultrasonic examination indication and the alarm event indication are differently displayed in different modes so as to facilitate the user to distinguish the events identified by the identifications, and the alarm event indication and the ultrasonic examination indication are displayed in a correlated manner, so that the user can conveniently acquire ultrasonic information when checking the reason generated by the alarm event, and the condition of the patient can be analyzed according to the two data.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the time stamp may include two time axes, and the ultrasonic detection indication and the alarm event indication may be marked on different time axes. For example, the ultrasonic inspection indication may include a graphic indication and a text indication, and when the indication of the ultrasonic inspection indication by the user is received, the processor may control to provide a straight line indication on the time axis, through which the user can intuitively obtain the time indicated by the ultrasonic inspection indication. For another example, the ultrasonic detection indication and the alarm event indication may be marked on the same time axis, and may be displayed differently in different colors and/or shapes, characters, or the like.
In one example, the processor 101 is further configured to: when a selection instruction for one ultrasonic inspection instruction is acquired, the display device 102 is controlled to display detailed information of ultrasonic information corresponding to the selected ultrasonic inspection instruction. For example, the selection instruction may be a cursor placed at the ultrasound examination indication, or a mouse click ultrasound examination indication. The display device 102 may display detailed information of ultrasound information corresponding to the selected ultrasound examination indication, an ultrasound image, etc. in one ultrasound window. Alternatively, the ultrasound window may be located at a corresponding ultrasound examination indication, or, as shown in fig. 3, the ultrasound examination indication may include a graphic indication and a text indication, and when a straight line indication indicating the time occurs, the ultrasound window 330 may be located at one side of the straight line indication. A close hotkey is provided within the ultrasound window 330 for displaying ultrasound information, and the processor 101 is further configured to control closing of the ultrasound window 330 in response to an operation instruction for closing the hotkey.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the review interface is further provided with a control for selecting a display style of the review information, for example, a control corresponding to "vital sign overview" as shown in fig. 3, in which a plurality of options are provided, and the processor 101 is configured to: when a selection instruction for one target option in a plurality of options in the control is acquired, the display of the review information in a preset mode corresponding to the target option is controlled to be displayed on a review interface, for example, when a 'vital sign overview' option is selected, vital sign overview information, ultrasonic examination indication, alarm event indication and the like in a preset time are displayed on the review interface.
In one example, as shown in fig. 4, the processor 101 is further configured to: when a review instruction for reviewing information in a preset time period is acquired, controlling the display device 102 to display thumbnail information of ultrasonic information in the preset time period in a list form in a review interface; the abbreviated information of the ultrasound information includes ultrasound examination indications and time information of the ultrasound examination. Wherein each ultrasound examination indication may indicate that only one ultrasound examination information exists, or may indicate the type of site of the patient being examined, e.g., heart/lung/abdomen, heart/cranium, etc., of the corresponding ultrasound report, thereby facilitating the user's quick selection of the ultrasound report that he wants to specifically view based on the identification. By displaying the thumbnail information of the ultrasonic information, a user can conveniently browse the thumbnail information of a plurality of ultrasonic reports at the same time, so that the ultrasonic report which wants to view details is conveniently determined according to the thumbnail information.
The processor 101 is further configured to: when an ultrasound detail display instruction (for example, an ultrasound detail display instruction is generated based on clicking one of the thumbnail information of the ultrasound information with a mouse or a touch screen) for one of the thumbnail information of the ultrasound information displayed in the review interface is acquired, the display device 102 is controlled to display the detail information of the selected ultrasound information in the review interface or the display device 102 is controlled to display an ultrasound window in the form of a floating window on the current interface of the detail interface, the detail information of the ultrasound information is displayed in the ultrasound window, the detail information of the ultrasound information includes at least an ultrasound image, for example, an ultrasound image as shown in fig. 4, or the detail information of the ultrasound information may further include an ultrasound inspection report, a measurement result based on the ultrasound image, or the like. In other examples, the ultrasound window may also be embedded within a detail interface, with the layout of the remaining elements within the interface being adjusted accordingly, thereby enabling simultaneous display.
The medical information display system, e.g. a central station, combines vital sign information and ultrasound information of the same patient, providing a review function in time sequence, e.g. the processor 101 is further adapted to: the control display device 102 displays the thumbnail information of the alarm event in a preset time period in a form of a list in the review interface, and the thumbnail information of the alarm event and the thumbnail information of the ultrasonic inspection are sequentially arranged in time sequence. For example, the review interface is further provided with a control for selecting a display style of the review information, such as a control corresponding to "Event" as shown in fig. 4, in which a plurality of options are provided, and the processor 101 is configured to: when a selection instruction for one target option in a plurality of options in the control is acquired, the display of the review information in a preset mode corresponding to the target option is controlled to be displayed on a review interface, for example, as shown in fig. 4, when an Event option is selected, the display device 102 is controlled to display the thumbnail information of ultrasonic information and the thumbnail information of an alarm Event in a preset time period in the review interface in a list mode, and therefore the display improves the efficiency of user viewing and analysis.
In one example, the processor 101 is further configured to: controlling the display device 102 to provide an ultrasound image on the detail interface of the object of interest, alternatively, the ultrasound image may be any graph or symbol or text capable of representing ultrasound, for example, a ring-shaped graph; when an input instruction for the ultrasound illustration is acquired, the display device 102 is controlled to display an ultrasound window in the form of a floating window on the current interface of the detail interface, and ultrasound information is displayed in the ultrasound window, wherein the ultrasound information at least comprises an ultrasound image, or can also comprise an ultrasound examination report, a measurement result based on the ultrasound image, and the like.
