Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of milk powder preparation, in particular to nutrition and intelligence-improving and digestible and absorbable nutrition milk powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Children aged 3-15 are in an important period of growth and development, and balanced nutrition intake in the period is beneficial to the growth of the height and weight of the children, and has an important effect on promoting the brain development. The market share of Chinese children milk powder and pregnant woman milk powder is about 60 hundred million yuan according to statistics. Therefore, in recent years, children milk powder with different brands is in a new competitive market in a dispute on the market. The milk powder is different from infant milk powder specified by strict standards, and the milk powder for children 3-15 years old belongs to the prepared milk powder, and the product execution standard is GB 19644-2010 national food safety standard milk powder.
In the existing milk powder classification, a small amount of milk powder is mainly used for infants, and a small amount of milk powder is taken for middle-aged and elderly people, but a small amount of special formula milk powder is used for children milk powder. Chinese patent No. CN102715239a discloses a small peptide high protein children milk powder, which is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 40-50% of skim milk, 10-14% of desalted whey powder, 6-10% of small peptide substances, 8-12% of carbohydrate, 8-12% of milk protein, 4-7% of vegetable oil, 3-6% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.5-1% of mineral premix, 0.5-1% of water-soluble vitamin premix, 0.5-1% of soybean phospholipid, 0.3-0.6% of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), 0.1-1% of arachidonic acid (ARA), less than 0.1% of taurine and 0.01-0.04% of fat-soluble vitamin premix, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%. It mainly contains small peptide substances which can be directly utilized by children, and has good health care effect on the skin of children. However, the small peptide high protein pediatric milk powder is not suitable for children to absorb. Moreover, food allergy is a food adverse reaction received by an immune mechanism, in which milk protein allergy is common to infants, and is an abnormal or excessively strong immune reaction caused by milk protein. In addition, most of the intelligent milk powder on the market has the effect of promoting the brain development of children by adding the components for promoting the growth and reproduction of neurons, but the absorption effect is not obvious, and the ideal effect of promoting the brain development of children cannot be achieved.
Therefore, how to provide a nutritional milk powder which is beneficial to intelligence and is easy to digest and absorb and suitable for children aged 3-15 is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
