the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the security controller of the Internet of things;
the driving spiral column is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft and is connected with the pull rope in a winding manner; and
the metering gear is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the metering gear is also connected with the measurer.
