In the conveying process of the chip, the chips sequentially pass through the plurality of elastic butt joint air nozzles 4 in the upper row and are cleaned and dedusted for a plurality of times, so that the effective cleaning of dust on the end face of the chip is ensured, and the chip adopts a vertical conveying mode, so that the problem that the end face of the chip cannot be comprehensively and integrally dedusted due to single-side coverage is avoided; when the chip is transported to the window 12 at the end of the transport, the chip can be removed for packaging.
The chip bin 3 is conveyed and moved to the lower horizontal conveying section of the conveying belt and is in an idle state, but a plurality of elastic butt joint air nozzles 4 arranged at the lower row are in butt joint one by one in sequence, the chip bin 3 can be cleaned by air flow discharged from the flexible contact 342, the port of the chip bin 3 in the self-cleaning state is in a downward state, the dust is emptied during self cleaning, the bottom supporting plate 32 is in an upward state, a good blocking effect is achieved on the chip bin 3, and the dust above the chip bin 3 can be prevented from entering the chip bin 3.
The invention provides a chip dustproof feeding device, which can carry out conveying dust removal treatment on independently packaged chips before packaging, is provided with an intermittent conveying belt conveyor 2, is assembled in a relatively closed dust removal bin 1 for closed conveying, forms better isolation with the external environment, can carry out independent conveying on the chips through a chip bin 3 assembled on the belt conveyor 2, and is matched with a plurality of rows of elastic butt joint air nozzles 4, when the chip bin 3 and the elastic butt joint air nozzles 4 are in a butt joint state, the chip bin 3 can enable the loaded chips to carry out comprehensive dust removal cleaning under a vertical state, and the chip bin 3 can carry out self-cleaning treatment under an empty state, so that the chips can finish dustproof conveying feeding before packaging, the situation that dust and other pollutants possibly exist before packaging the chips is avoided, and the quality of chip packaging is ensured.

when the elastic butt joint air tap (4) and the air chamber bin (31) are in an air passage communication state, a chip positioned in the air chamber bin (31) is flexibly supported between the two flexible side support plates (34).
