if the file storage management conditions are not matched, the file storage management conditions are issued to the intelligent cabinet terminal, and the intelligent cabinet terminal is prompted to correct files of collateral file data to be reported.
After verifying the interface type of the terminal and the adaptation nanotube condition of the terminal equipment type, the current terminal equipment preliminarily accords with the nanotube requirement of the background server, so that the terminal equipment can be accessed to the server background server.
However, in order to enable the terminal to report correct archive data, archive storage management conditions are deployed on the background server, and archive attribute information in access request information reported by the terminal is verified.
When the terminal initiates an access request, the request also contains file attribute information of collateral file data of the background server of the service to be reported. By adopting the scheme, firstly, the terminal interface type and the terminal equipment type are verified and managed, secondly, the archive attribute information reported by the terminal is verified under the archive storage management condition, when the two verifications are passed, the background verification is performed through an access request initiated by the terminal, the interface ID of the current terminal is registered and written into an interface ID registration table configured on the background terminal management system, after the writing of the interface IDs of the terminals is completed, the interface ID registration table is stored in a background database.
The background terminal management system prepares a data list format in advance, and correspondingly generates an interface ID registration table according to the data list format, and the interface ID registration table can be used for reading and writing the interface IDs of registered and registered terminal devices. The background terminal management system can perform unified management and maintenance on the interface IDs of all terminals, and can also call the corresponding interface ID to perform instruction issuing and data interactive docking of the corresponding terminal after receiving the instruction of the background server. For example, if the function parameter configuration needs to be performed on the terminal through the background server, the interface ID of the target terminal needs to be called and checked, and a configuration instruction is issued to the terminal corresponding to the interface ID.

meanwhile, the preprocessed collateral file data are sent to a background manager for auditing;
and if the verification is passed, storing the collateral archival data into a background database and binding the collateral archival data under the interface ID.
As shown in fig. 4, a background management function is schematically shown. After receiving collateral file data reported by a terminal, a background server needs to preprocess the collateral file data, and judges whether file record data meeting the file preprocessing rules exists in the reported collateral file data according to the file preprocessing rules configured on the background server.
The collateral archives data comprise a plurality of archives access data, each archives access data can be obtained after the analysis of the data packet, each archives access data is judged and verified based on the archives forecast rule, and the archives pretreatment rule is specifically configured by a background administrator.
If a certain piece of archive data is matched with the archive preprocessing rule, it is indicated that archive data meeting the archive preprocessing rule exists in the current archive access data, and then the archive access data meeting the preprocessing rule needs to be marked or deleted in the background, and processing is specifically performed according to the corresponding preprocessing rule. And feeding back the archive data to be preprocessed to the corresponding terminal, and informing and prompting the corresponding terminal to process the feedback data. The terminal receives file access data meeting the preprocessing rules fed back by the background to check, judges which file information problems exist, for example, the source name of the file is problematic, and can be reported again after modification.
And deleting the file data meeting the preprocessing conditions from the preprocessed file. And transmitting the preprocessed archive data after preprocessing to a background manager for re-auditing, wherein the manager carries out final auditing on the archive data after preprocessing of each terminal, and the archive data is stored in a background database and bound below the interface ID after auditing is passed, so that the archive data reported by each terminal can be managed and maintained according to the interface ID of the nano tube.
All accessed data of the intelligent cabinet terminal can be checked through the background server, and data display after the intelligent cabinet terminal is accessed is provided, wherein the data display comprises intelligent cabinet identification, name, type, access time and a series of functional parameter configuration information.
All the data of the intelligent cabinet terminal are displayed in the form of a data list, and necessary data retrieval keywords (such as fuzzy retrieval according to names) are provided. At the same time, the capability of data paging display is provided to cope with the display requirement of a large amount of data (data records are over millions and above), and the capability of paging data can be customized, printed, copied, exported and refreshed.
The function of data deletion is supported, some unnecessary or expired intelligent cabinet terminals can be removed to access data, and meanwhile, a secondary reminding function before deletion needs to be provided so as to avoid users from deleting some effective data by mistake.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, when determining whether there is file access data satisfying a file preprocessing rule in the collateral file data, further includes:
if the collateral file data does not contain file access data meeting file preprocessing rules, the reported collateral file data are sent to a background manager for auditing;
And if the verification is passed, storing the collateral archival data into a background database and binding the collateral archival data under the interface ID.
If the reported collateral archival data meets the requirements, the archive data which needs to be preprocessed does not exist, and the archive data directly enters a background manager for auditing.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further comprises the steps of:
determining target equipment to be subjected to function parameter configuration, wherein the target equipment comprises a plurality of intelligent cabinet terminals;
finding an interface ID of the target equipment in an interface ID registration form on the background terminal management system, and establishing a data channel between the background server of the collateral file safekeeping cabinet and the intelligent cabinet terminal corresponding to the interface ID;
and based on the data channel, issuing corresponding functional parameters to the target equipment, and configuring the functional parameters on the target equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, after each terminal passes the verification and registers the interface ID on the background server, after the background server establishes a communication connection with each terminal, the background server can actively configure the working function parameters of each terminal in addition to actively reporting collateral file data to the background server by the terminal, so as to change the working mode of each terminal.
Firstly, a certain terminal needing to be configured with functional parameters needs to be found on the background, and the terminal to be configured serves as target equipment. The background needs to confirm and mark the target device on the background terminal management system, find the interface ID of the target device from the interface ID registry, and establish communication with the corresponding target terminal through the interface ID. Issuing function configuration parameters to any accessed terminal equipment;
through the platform, the user-defined configuration of the functional parameters can be carried out on any intelligent cabinet terminal, and the configurable parameters comprise (can be not limited to): numbering, name, interface address, cabinet opening verification, cabinet closing verification, voice broadcasting, face identity authentication related parameters and intelligent cabinet physical address.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further comprises the steps of:
setting a black-and-white list of the terminal and configuring the black-and-white list on the background terminal management system;
writing the interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal passing the verification into a white list of a black-and-white list of the terminal;
And writing the interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal which is not verified into a black list of the black-and-white list of the terminal.
The platform supports access use of third party terminals in addition to the access provided by the owned intelligent cabinet terminal. Meanwhile, the platform also provides a management function of a black-and-white list, and any intelligent cabinet terminal after access can be effectively managed and controlled.
The background terminal management system can be configured with a black-and-white list of the terminal, can record the authenticated terminal interface ID, synchronously record the unverified terminal interface ID, write the authenticated interface ID into a white list in the black-and-white list, and write the unverified interface ID into the black-and-white list, thereby realizing trust management on each terminal through the black-and-white list. In the subsequent archival information data management work, connection can be directly established with the background for the terminal interface ID in the white list, and verification registration is not needed. Authentication registration is required again for the blacklist.
The user can flexibly set each configured management rule such as a nano tube rule, a preprocessing rule and the like according to the actual application scene, so long as the technical function of the application can be realized according to the technology.

The modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general-purpose computing system, they may be centralized in a single computing system, or distributed across a network of computing systems, where they may alternatively be implemented in program code executable by a computing system, where they may be stored in a memory system and executed by a computing system, where they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or where multiple modules or steps within them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

the intelligent cabinet terminal initiates an access request to the collateral file custody cabinet background server, wherein the access request comprises an interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal and file attribute information, and the file attribute information comprises attribute information of a source, an identifier, a name and time of a current collateral;
The collateral file safekeeping cabinet background server receives and verifies the access request of the intelligent cabinet terminal, and the intelligent cabinet terminal passes the verification, saves the interface ID and establishes a communication link with the intelligent cabinet terminal;
the intelligent cabinet terminal reports collateral file data to the collateral file storage cabinet background server according to a preset message mechanism;
and the collateral file storage cabinet background server receives and audits the collateral file data, and stores the collateral file data to a background database and binds the collateral file data under the interface ID after the audit is passed.
2. A collateral archive vault-based interface management method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the collateral archive vault backend server receives and validates access requests of the intelligent cabinet terminals, and the validation passes, saves the interface IDs and establishes communication links with the intelligent cabinet terminals, comprising:
the collateral file safekeeping cabinet background server receives and analyzes the access request initiated by the intelligent cabinet terminal to obtain an interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal contained in the access request;
based on the interface ID, verifying whether the interface and the terminal type of the intelligent cabinet terminal are matched with the nano-tube condition of the collateral file safekeeping cabinet background server at present:
If the intelligent cabinet terminal is matched with the intelligent cabinet terminal, the interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal is sent to a background terminal management system, and the background terminal management system registers the current intelligent cabinet terminal;
if the access request is not matched with the access request, rejecting the current access request of the intelligent cabinet terminal, synchronously issuing the nanotube condition to the intelligent cabinet terminal, and prompting the intelligent cabinet terminal to log in again.

The collateral file cabinet-based interface management method of claim 2, wherein the collateral file cabinet backend server receives and validates the access request of the intelligent cabinet terminal, and the validation passes, saves the interface ID and establishes a communication link with the intelligent cabinet terminal, further comprising:
the collateral file safekeeping cabinet background server receives and analyzes the access request initiated by the intelligent cabinet terminal to obtain file attribute information of collateral file data to be reported by the intelligent cabinet terminal at the present time, wherein the file attribute information is contained in the access request;
based on the file attribute information, verifying whether the file attribute of the collateral file data to be reported by the intelligent cabinet terminal is matched with the file storage management condition configured on the background server of the collateral file safekeeping cabinet or not at present:
If so, registering and storing the registered interface ID of the current intelligent cabinet terminal in the background terminal management system; based on a preset communication protocol, establishing a communication link between the background server of the collateral file safekeeping cabinet and the current intelligent cabinet terminal;
if the file storage management conditions are not matched, the file storage management conditions are issued to the intelligent cabinet terminal, and the intelligent cabinet terminal is prompted to correct files of collateral file data to be reported.
4. A collateral archive keeping cabinet-based interface management method according to claim 3, further comprising, when registering and saving the registered interface ID of the current intelligent cabinet terminal in the background terminal management system:
generating an interface ID registry according to a preset data list format, and configuring the interface ID registry on the background terminal management system;
and when the access request initiated by the intelligent cabinet terminal meets the following verification conditions:
based on the interface ID, verifying that the interface and the terminal type of the intelligent cabinet terminal are matched with the nano-tube condition of the collateral file storage cabinet background server at present;
Based on the file attribute information, verifying that the file attribute of the collateral file data to be reported by the intelligent cabinet terminal at present is matched with file management conditions configured on a background server of the collateral file safekeeping cabinet;
registering and writing the interface ID of the current intelligent cabinet terminal into the interface ID registration table, and storing the interface ID registration table into a background database.
5. A collateral file cabinet-based interface management method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the collateral file cabinet backend server receives and reviews the collateral file data, comprising:
the collateral file storage cabinet background server receives the collateral file data reported by the intelligent cabinet terminal at present;
based on the file preprocessing rules configured on the collateral file safekeeping cabinet background server, file auditing is carried out on the collateral file data reported by the intelligent cabinet terminal at present, and whether file access data meeting the file preprocessing rules exist in the collateral file data is judged.
If so, marking or deleting the archive access data meeting the archive preprocessing rule in the collateral archive data, and issuing the marked or deleted archive access data to the corresponding intelligent cabinet terminal through the interface ID of the current intelligent cabinet terminal;
Meanwhile, the preprocessed collateral file data are sent to a background manager for auditing;
and if the verification is passed, storing the collateral archival data into a background database and binding the collateral archival data under the interface ID.
6. The collateral file cabinet-based interface management method of claim 5, further comprising, upon determining whether file access data satisfying file preprocessing rules exists in the collateral file data:
if the collateral file data does not contain file access data meeting file preprocessing rules, the reported collateral file data are sent to a background manager for auditing;
and if the verification is passed, storing the collateral archival data into a background database and binding the collateral archival data under the interface ID.
7. The collateral file cabinet-based interface management method of claim 4, further comprising the steps of:
determining target equipment to be subjected to function parameter configuration, wherein the target equipment comprises a plurality of intelligent cabinet terminals;
finding an interface ID of the target equipment in an interface ID registration form on the background terminal management system, and establishing a data channel between the background server of the collateral file safekeeping cabinet and the intelligent cabinet terminal corresponding to the interface ID;
And based on the data channel, issuing corresponding functional parameters to the target equipment, and configuring the functional parameters on the target equipment.
8. The collateral file cabinet-based interface management method of claim 7, further comprising the steps of:
setting a black-and-white list of the terminal and configuring the black-and-white list on the background terminal management system;
writing the interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal passing the verification into a white list of a black-and-white list of the terminal;
and writing the interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal which is not verified into a black list of the black-and-white list of the terminal.
9. A system for implementing the collateral file cabinet-based interface management method of any of claims 1-8, comprising:
the intelligent cabinet terminal is used for initiating an access request to the collateral file custody cabinet background server, wherein the access request comprises an interface ID of the intelligent cabinet terminal and file attribute information, and the file attribute information comprises attribute information of a source, an identifier, a name and time of the current collateral; reporting collateral file data to a background server of the collateral file storage cabinet according to a preset message mechanism;
