本发明涉及功能薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着包装材料的多样化以及包装用薄膜的普及,市场对包装薄膜性能的要求不断提高。具有消光、亮光、珠光、彩色等多种不同的外观效果的BOPP包装薄膜逐渐走进人们的视线。消光膜具有低光泽高雾度的特点,薄膜表面的光泽非常低,色泽自然。珠光膜具有珠光色泽和柔和的质感,具有优异的阻气性、阻水性和阻光性,对包装产品具有良好的避光保护作用。彩色膜具有美观、色彩多样的特点,能极大地提升和丰富薄膜的外观效果。目前,包装用BOPP薄膜的外观特性还相对较为单一,通常仅具有某一个或两个的特性。而且,由于BOPP薄膜的热封性能也至关重要,市场上已有的结合外观效果与热封性能的BOPP薄膜类型较少,仅有消光热封膜、珠光热封膜等。将薄膜的多种外观效果与热封性能相结合,有助于进一步提升BOPP薄膜的外观质量和应用推广范围,具有良好的市场应用潜力。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
所述第一消光层的原料为消光母料;
所述第二消光层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:消光母料90~95%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂5~10%;
所述芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料15~20%、抗静电剂1~3%、余量为聚丙烯;所述珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙65~75%、抗氧剂1~2%、润滑剂0.5~1%、余量为聚丙烯;
所述彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:色母料0.5~10%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂5~10%、余量为聚丙烯;
所述热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:热封母料97~98%、抗粘连剂2~3%。
优选地,所述氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:将氨基硅烷偶联剂喷洒在重质碳酸钙表面,于90~120℃下混合50~90min,即得;所述重质碳酸钙与氨基硅烷偶联剂的质量比为100:(4~10);所述氨基硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-602、KH-792中的至少一种。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168或其组合;所述润滑剂为硬质酸钠、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙中的至少一种。

S1、分别将第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层的原料熔融挤出,得到第一消光层熔体、第二消光层熔体、芯层熔体、彩色层熔体、热封层熔体,经过五层结构模头共挤出,用激冷辊冷却固化形成厚片;
S2、将所述厚片依次经过纵向拉伸、横向拉伸,然后冷却、收卷,得到消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜。
优选地,S1中,激冷辊冷却的温度为30~35℃。
优选地,S2中,所述纵向拉伸的预热温度为110~120℃,拉伸温度为90~100℃,拉伸倍率为4.8~5.0,定型温度为100~110℃。
优选地,S2中,所述横向拉伸的预热温度为160~170℃,拉伸温度为145~155℃,拉伸倍率为8~9,定型温度为155~165℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过依次设置第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层(珠光层)、彩色层和热封层,赋予BOPP膜优良的热封性能和消光、珠光、彩色多重效果兼备的外观特点,并通过在第二消光层、彩色层中添加适量酸酐改性LLDPE树脂作为粘合剂,以及对芯层(珠光层)中的珠光有效成分重质碳酸钙进行氨基硅烷偶联剂表面改性,使得在熔融挤出、拉伸成膜过程中芯层(珠光层)中的重质碳酸钙在芯层中分散均匀,且可以通过氨基与第二消光层、彩色层中的酸酐改性LLDPE树脂发生反应,从而增强芯层(珠光层)与第二消光层、彩色层之间的结合力,缓解了多种不同组分和功效的功能层复合,由于各功能层之间结合力低而导致的功能层间容易发生剥离,降低薄膜热封性能的问题,从而在赋予BOPP薄膜独特外观效果的同时,很好地保证了BOPP薄膜优良的热封性能。本发明的BOPP膜不仅色彩逼真、色泽柔和、具有细腻的珠光效果,外观效果独特,而且具备良好的热封性,热封强度高,加工方法简单,具有良好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
第一消光层的原料为德冠D6612消光母料;
第二消光层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:德冠D6612消光母料92%、Bynel41E710酸酐改性LLDPE树脂8%;
芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料16%、单甘脂2%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙70%、抗氧剂10101.5%、硬质酸钠0.8%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料的制备方法为:将氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙、抗氧剂1010、硬质酸钠、聚丙烯混合后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,于190~230℃下挤出造粒,即得;氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂KH-550喷洒在重质碳酸钙表面,于100℃下混合60min,即得,其中重质碳酸钙与硅烷偶联剂KH-550的质量比为100:6;
彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:绿色色母料3%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂7%、余量为聚丙烯;
热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:COSMOPLENE FS5612热封母料97.5%、二氧化硅抗粘连剂2.5%。
其中,BOPP膜的总厚度为50μm,第一消光层的厚度为2.3μm,第二消光层的厚度为1μm,彩色层的厚度为2μm,热封层的厚度为1.5μm。
上述消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、分别将第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层的原料熔融挤出,得到第一消光层熔体、第二消光层熔体、芯层熔体、彩色层熔体、热封层熔体,经过五层结构模头共挤出,用激冷辊于30~35℃下冷却固化形成厚片;
S2、将所述厚片依次经过纵向拉伸、横向拉伸,然后冷却、收卷,得到消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其中纵向拉伸的预热温度为110~120℃,拉伸温度为90~100℃,拉伸倍率为4.8~5.0,定型温度为100~110℃;横向拉伸的预热温度为160~170℃,拉伸温度为145~155℃,拉伸倍率为8~9,定型温度为155~165℃。
实施例2
一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
第一消光层的原料为德冠D6612消光母料;
第二消光层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:德冠D6612消光母料90%、Bynel41E710酸酐改性LLDPE树脂10%;
芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料15%、单甘脂1%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙65%、抗氧剂10101%、硬质酸钠0.5%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料的制备方法为:将氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙、抗氧剂1010、硬质酸钠、聚丙烯混合后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,于190~230℃下挤出造粒,即得;氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂KH-550喷洒在重质碳酸钙表面,于90℃下混合50min,即得,其中重质碳酸钙与硅烷偶联剂KH-550的质量比为100:4;
彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:绿色色母料0.5%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂5%、余量为聚丙烯;
热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:COSMOPLENE FS5612热封母料97%、二氧化硅抗粘连剂3%。
其中,BOPP膜的总厚度为50μm,第一消光层的厚度为2.3μm,第二消光层的厚度为1μm,彩色层的厚度为2μm,热封层的厚度为1.5μm。
上述消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
第一消光层的原料为德冠D6612消光母料;
第二消光层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:德冠D6612消光母料95%、Bynel41E710酸酐改性LLDPE树脂5%;
芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料20%、单甘脂3%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙75%、抗氧剂10102%、硬质酸钠1%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料的制备方法为:将氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙、抗氧剂1010、硬质酸钠、聚丙烯混合后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,于190~230℃下挤出造粒,即得;氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂KH-550喷洒在重质碳酸钙表面,于120℃下混合50min,即得,其中重质碳酸钙与硅烷偶联剂KH-550的质量比为100:10;
彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:绿色色母料5%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂10%、余量为聚丙烯;
热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:COSMOPLENE FS5612热封母料98%、二氧化硅抗粘连剂2%。
其中,BOPP膜的总厚度为50μm,第一消光层的厚度为2.3μm,第二消光层的厚度为1μm,彩色层的厚度为2μm,热封层的厚度为1.5μm。
上述消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1
一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
第一消光层的原料为德冠D6612消光母料;
第二消光层的原料为德冠D6612消光母料;
芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料16%、单甘脂2%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙70%、抗氧剂10101.5%、硬质酸钠0.8%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料的制备方法为:将氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙、抗氧剂1010、硬质酸钠、聚丙烯混合后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,于190~230℃下挤出造粒,即得;氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:将硅烷偶联剂KH-550喷洒在重质碳酸钙表面,于100℃下混合60min,即得,其中重质碳酸钙与硅烷偶联剂KH-550的质量比为100:6;
彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:绿色色母料3%、余量为聚丙烯;
热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:COSMOPLENE FS5612热封母料97.5%、二氧化硅抗粘连剂2.5%。
其中,BOPP膜的总厚度为50μm,第一消光层的厚度为2.3μm,第二消光层的厚度为1μm,彩色层的厚度为2μm,热封层的厚度为1.5μm。
上述消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例2
一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
第一消光层的原料为德冠D6612消光母料;
第二消光层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:德冠D6612消光母料92%、Bynel41E710酸酐改性LLDPE树脂8%;
芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料16%、单甘脂2%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:重质碳酸钙70%、抗氧剂10101.5%、硬质酸钠0.8%、余量为聚丙烯;珠光母料的制备方法为:将重质碳酸钙、抗氧剂1010、硬质酸钠、聚丙烯混合后,加入双螺杆挤出机中,于190~230℃下挤出造粒,即得;
彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:绿色色母料3%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂7%、余量为聚丙烯;
热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:COSMOPLENE FS5612热封母料97.5%、二氧化硅抗粘连剂2.5%。
其中,BOPP膜的总厚度为50μm,第一消光层的厚度为2.3μm,第二消光层的厚度为1μm,彩色层的厚度为2μm,热封层的厚度为1.5μm。
上述消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法同实施例1。
试验例
参照GB/T 10003-2008,对实施例1和对比例1-2的热封强度进行测试,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1中可见,对比文件1未在第二消光层和彩色层中加入酸酐改性LLDPE树脂,其层间粘合力不足,容易发生层间剥离,成为热封强度不够的主要限制因素;对比文件2未对珠光层中的重质碳酸钙进行氨基硅烷偶联剂表面改性,由于珠光层中的重质碳酸钙含量高,其表面极性强,容易发生团聚,损失了表面活性基团,且表面不含氨基,无法通过与第二消光层和彩色层中酸酐改性LLDPE树脂的酸酐基团的结合力来显著提升层间粘合力,其热封强度仍然存在不足。而本申请的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜热封强度>2.5N/15mm,能够符合BOPP膜对于热封强度的标准。

Claims (8)
1.一种消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其特征在于,依次包括第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层;
所述第一消光层的原料为消光母料;
所述第二消光层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:消光母料90~95%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂5~10%;
所述芯层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:珠光母料15~20%、抗静电剂1~3%、余量为聚丙烯;所述珠光母料由下述质量百分比的原料制成:氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙65~75%、抗氧剂1~2%、润滑剂0.5~1%、余量为聚丙烯;
所述彩色层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:色母料0.5~10%、酸酐改性LLDPE树脂5~10%、余量为聚丙烯;
所述热封层由下述质量百分比的原料制成:热封母料97~98%、抗粘连剂2~3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述氨基硅烷偶联剂改性重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:将氨基硅烷偶联剂喷洒在重质碳酸钙表面,于90~120℃下混合50~90min,即得;所述重质碳酸钙与氨基硅烷偶联剂的质量比为100:(4~10);所述氨基硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-602、KH-792中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168或其组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硬质酸钠、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为单甘脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述抗粘连剂为二氧化硅、玻璃微珠或其组合。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
S1、分别将第一消光层、第二消光层、芯层、彩色层、热封层的原料熔融挤出,得到第一消光层熔体、第二消光层熔体、芯层熔体、彩色层熔体、热封层熔体,经过五层结构模头共挤出,用激冷辊冷却固化形成厚片;
S2、将所述厚片依次经过纵向拉伸、横向拉伸,然后冷却、收卷,得到消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的消光型珠光彩色热封BOPP膜的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,激冷辊冷却的温度为30~35℃;
S2中,所述纵向拉伸的预热温度为110~120℃,拉伸温度为90~100℃,拉伸倍率为4.8~5.0,定型温度为100~110℃;
S2中,所述横向拉伸的预热温度为160~170℃,拉伸温度为145~155℃,拉伸倍率为8~9,定型温度为155~165℃。
