the lifting component 5 comprises a threaded rotating rod 11, the threaded rotating rod 11 is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor 4, the top of the threaded rotating rod 11 penetrates through the base 1 and extends to the upper side of the base 1, and the lifting component 5 is arranged above the base 1;
the device comprises fixing parts 6, wherein the number of the fixing parts 6 is three, the fixing parts 6 are arranged at one end, close to a lifting part 5, of a light-reflecting warning board 3, after a motor 4 is electrified, a threaded rotating rod 11 drives the lifting part 5 to move through rotation of the motor 4, the light-reflecting warning board 3 is adjusted in height through the lifting part 5, the light-reflecting warning board 3 is connected with the lifting part 5 through the fixing parts 6, so that an adjusting part 7 can adjust the angle of the light-reflecting warning board 3 through the fixing parts 6, a vibration part 8 is arranged at the lower end of the light-reflecting warning board 3, and when the angle of the light-reflecting warning board 3 is adjusted through the adjusting part 7, the vibration part 8 can vibrate through friction, and impurities on the surface of the light-reflecting warning board 3 are cleaned;
