The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the oil suction pipe 3 and the oil return pipe 4 are positioned in the frying furnace 1, when oil in the frying furnace 1 needs to be filtered, the switch 202 is turned on, the pump box 209 pumps oil containing chips and floaters through the oil suction pipe 3 and pumps the oil into the oil filtering groove 203 for filtering, and the filtered oil is pumped by the pump box 209 again and then pumped into the oil return pipe 4 until the oil is returned into the frying furnace 1.
Under the driving of the pumping motor 2091, the two connecting rods 2094 move, and in the rotation process, when the piston in the oil cylinder a pumps oil in the oil pumping pipe 3 through the sleeve 6, the piston in the oil cylinder b presses the filtered oil into the pumping pipe 210, and when the piston in the oil cylinder a pumps oil into the oil inlet pipe 2031 through the pump suction pipe 211, the piston in the oil cylinder b pumps the oil in the oil outlet pipe 2041 through the oil delivery pipe 208. By continued rotation of crankshaft 2092, oil is extracted from fryer 1 and pumped into fryer 1 simultaneously.
The oil inlet pipe 2031 sends oil to the space below the filter screen, impurities in the oil are intercepted by the filter screen, the oil passes through the baffle plate and enters the oil filtering groove 203, the driving motor 2036 adjusts the position of the rotating shaft 307 through the driving wheel 2035 and the incomplete gear 2034, and when the filter screen intercepts and filters the impurities in the oil, the oil residue plate 2038 is kept in a horizontal state under the driving of the rotating shaft 307. The filtered oil enters the oil storage tank 205, passes through the oil filtering plate 204 and then enters the oil outlet pipe 2041, and the pump tank 209 pumps the oil in the oil outlet pipe 2041 into the oil return pipe 4 so as to realize oil return.
The filter medium 2043 is connected with the oil filtering plate 204 through the base 2042 and the chassis 2044, so that the filtered oil can be effectively prevented from directly entering the oil outlet pipe 2041, the oil can only pass through the oil filtering plate 204 and the filter medium 2043 to enter the oil outlet pipe 2041, the filter medium 2043 filters the oil again, the purpose of secondary filtration is achieved, and the filtering effect is improved.
When the oil is no longer filtered, the oil residues below the filter screen fall on the oil residue plate 2038, and the rotating shaft 307 is driven by the driving motor 2036 to rotate, so that the oil residue plate 2038 is changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and the oil residues on the oil residue plate 2038 naturally slide down to the bottom of the oil filtering groove 203. Through the movement of oil from bottom to top, after the oil stops filtering, impurities can naturally slide off the filter screen, and self-cleaning of the filter screen is realized.
After oil filtration is stopped, the driving motor 2036 drives the driving shaft to rotate through the universal shaft, so that the driving wheel 2035 is rotated, the incomplete gear 2034 rotates along with the driving wheel 2035 until the gear teeth are propped against the clamping plate, when the gear teeth of the incomplete gear 2034 are propped against the clamping plate, the oil residue plate 2038 is in a vertical state, and when the oil residue plate 2038 is in a vertical state, one end of the oil residue plate 2038 is propped against the lower end face of the filter screen. After that, the driving wheel 2035 continues to rotate, because the position of the incomplete gear 2034 is fixed, the driving wheel 2035 moves upwards under the interaction between the gear teeth and gradually breaks away from the incomplete gear 2034, and after the driving wheel 2035 rotates by one gear tooth distance, the driving wheel 2035 is meshed with the incomplete gear 2034 again under the support of a spring, and at the same time, impact is generated, so that the rotating shaft 2037 vibrates, and the oil residue plate 2038 vibrates. By the vibration, the impurity is accelerated to slip off from the oil residue plate 2038. And through the vibration of oil residue board 2038, drive the filter screen and also produce resonance for the residual impurity on the filter screen drops, makes the cleaning performance of filter screen promote.
Impurities sliding on the slag plate 2038 slide to the position of the spiral plate 2039 through the slope 2033, the motor drives the spiral plate 2039 to rotate, and the spiral plate 2039 is conveyed to the outside of the discharge cylinder 2032 by the impurities, so that the impurities are automatically discharged.
