Abstract
The invention discloses a device configuration management method based on an operation and maintenance system, and relates to the technical field of system operation and maintenance; acquiring equipment information of network terminal equipment by utilizing SNMP and generating an asset database; performing asset configuration management on an asset database, wherein the asset configuration management comprises configuration management, template configuration and setting timing configuration tasks; and step three, following the implementation result of asset configuration management, and judging whether the current network terminal equipment completes configuration deployment or not through execution of receipt text and receipt reception of the network terminal equipment. By uniformly classifying, defining and managing the network terminal equipment, the network terminal equipment autonomously generates corresponding configuration templates to finish configuration updating of network terminal equipment of different brands and different models, and carries out follow-up supervision on the progress and the result, thereby solving the problems of huge resource consumption, high cost and long time consumption in asset configuration management of the existing operation and maintenance system.

Background

template configuration, namely automatically extracting brands and specification models of network terminal equipment, producing a configuration option list matched with configuration options of the network terminal equipment and constructing an XML file;
setting a timing configuration task, and setting configuration deployment time in different configuration templates according to the working requirements of different network terminal equipment;
and step three, following the implementation result of asset configuration management, and judging whether the current network terminal equipment completes configuration deployment or not through execution of receipt text and receipt reception of the network terminal equipment.
The invention further technically improves that: the first step includes I P address, brand, specification, number of configuration version, and authorization for updateable configuration options.

The invention further technically improves that: a timer is arranged in the operation and maintenance server, when the operation and maintenance server is not a timing configuration task, the operation and maintenance server starts timing after the target network terminal equipment finishes downloading the configuration file, and if no receipt from the target network terminal equipment is received within a set time limit, the relevant configuration options are considered to be not completed for deployment;
when the configuration task is timed, the starting timing time of the corresponding timer is the set time of the configuration task, and likewise, when the timer reaches the set time limit, the operation and maintenance server does not receive the receipt of the standard network terminal equipment, and the relevant configuration options are considered to be not completed for deployment.
The invention further technically improves that: when the configuration task is not completed, the operation and maintenance server automatically sends a overtime deployment prompt to operation and maintenance technicians corresponding to the target asset, and notifies the operation and maintenance technicians to the site where the network terminal equipment is located to perform manual configuration and deployment.
The invention further technically improves that: after the corresponding target asset is replaced due to damage or other reasons, the local area network where the operation and maintenance server is located is accessed, the existing account number can be used for accessing the operation and maintenance server to carry out the overwriting and updating of the data of the database except for the asset name code number, new data items are not required to be added, and after the overwriting and updating are completed, the original equipment is automatically configured according to the final configuration version number of the original equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. integrating an SNMP agent program in an operation and maintenance server, and acquiring equipment information of network terminal equipment accessed to a local area network through the SNMP agent program, wherein the equipment information comprises I P addresses, brands, specification models, configuration version numbers and configuration options with updatable authorization, and the equipment information is added in a data entry of an asset name code of the network terminal equipment, so that asset data corresponding to the network terminal equipment is formed, and more, related information of the corresponding network terminal equipment including use duration, performance parameters and the like can be acquired through the inside of a unit; similarly, after equipment information of a large number of network terminal equipment is acquired, sorting and summarizing are carried out, so that an asset database is generated;
the SNMP is a simple network management protocol, and can perform network management based on I P based on the SNMP, including monitoring network status, modifying network device configuration, receiving network event warnings, and the like.
Step two: asset configuration management for asset database
The asset configuration management comprises configuration management, account management, template configuration and setting timing configuration tasks;
part1: configuration option management for different function types and brands in configuration management
Firstly, classifying network terminal equipment in an asset database, wherein the classification mainly carries out function division according to the function types of the network terminal equipment, and on the other hand, the classification is also carried out according to the use scenes or the use departments of the network terminal equipment; the aim of dividing the function types is to carry out partition management on different kinds of network terminal equipment, so that the method is more efficient and easy to manage, and can carry out configuration management on the network terminal equipment with the same function; the purpose of dividing the usage scenarios or the usage departments is to perform time-sharing configuration deployment according to the emergency degree and the priority of each usage scenario or each usage department;
after classification, screening the classified asset data from the asset database, extracting configuration options of network terminal equipment with the same function type and different brands, wherein most of the configuration options are the same, but description of the corresponding configuration options is not completely unified, in this case, we re-unify and define description of each configuration option (including personalized configuration options of each brand), and generate a configuration option definition form of the function type equipment.
After the configuration option definition forms are established, mapping functions of configuration options of different brands and the configuration option definition forms are constructed, so that the configuration option definition forms are automatically associated to carry out the overwriting of the configuration options in the asset database when corresponding network terminal equipment is added subsequently, and configuration templates can be unified when the corresponding network terminal equipment is configured and deployed subsequently, thereby avoiding the waste of network resources and storage resources and larger system operation pressure caused by the fact that a large number of configuration templates are required to be generated when the network equipment terminals of different brands are configured and deployed subsequently.
Part2: account management is conducted on network terminal equipment;
an account management template is established in the server, asset to be associated with network terminal name code as/-, account name, and sequentially creating information such as a user name, a password, an enabling switch on or off state selection, an enabling instruction, an enabling password, a connection protocol selection, a port and the like.
Part3: template configuration for network terminal equipment
When the template configuration is required to be carried out on the target asset, the data table corresponding to the target asset can be retrieved and called in the operation and maintenance server by constructing an XML file, the corresponding brand and specification model of the target asset can be automatically extracted, the configuration options matched with the target asset are obtained from the configuration option definition form and a configuration option list is generated under the action of a mapping function, and the matching is carried out by combining the current configuration task with each corresponding configuration option list, so that the matching can be directly carried out without any conversion process due to the fact that the configuration option description is unified, and the matching speed is greatly improved;
the method comprises the steps that configuration options existing for corresponding specification models of various brands are directly built into an XML file in a key value pair mode, wherein keys are configuration options, values are file addresses of the configuration file, and for a small number of network terminal equipment with personalized configuration options, whether the configuration options are built into the XML file is determined according to enabling states of the network terminal equipment when template construction is carried out;
after the XML file serving as a configuration template is constructed, packaging the file according to configuration options and file addresses recorded in the XML file, sending the configuration template to a corresponding target asset, writing an account login request command in the XML file, and after the target asset is logged in, transmitting the packaged file to the target asset through a local area network, so that the configuration of the target asset is completed;
part4: timing settings for configuration tasks
Because the working requirements for different network terminal equipment are different in different time periods, timing configuration setting is carried out in different configuration templates, the setting can be that the whole XML file is set in a timing mode, or that one or more configuration options in the XML file are set in a timing mode, and the basis of the operation is that each configuration option corresponds to an independent configuration text;
it should be noted that, when generating the configuration file, the configuration file is backed up at the same time.
Step three: follow-up asset configuration management implementation results
The receipt text is added in the configuration file, and after the configuration deployment of the target asset is completed, the text is executed, so that the server can receive the deployment receipt of the corresponding target asset, and further confirm that the target asset completes the configuration deployment, and the situation that the server is required to autonomously consume resources to inquire the configuration of the current asset is avoided;
specifically, for a configuration task without adding timing settings, executing receipt text after all configuration options are updated and deployed;
executing receipt text after each configuration option is deployed under the condition that one or more configuration options in the configuration task are set at fixed time;
after receiving the receipt, the server updates or records the configuration deployment time, the update version number and the maintenance responsible person of the current configuration options under the corresponding asset names of the asset database;
in general, the configuration and deployment of the target asset can be successfully completed, and for the occurrence of accidents, the deployment cannot be completed in real time or on time, a timer is set in the operation and maintenance server, and two situations are defined:
when the configuration task is not timed, starting timing after the target asset finishes downloading the configuration file, and considering that the relevant configuration options do not finish deployment if the operation and maintenance server does not receive the receipt from the target asset within the set time limit;
when the configuration task is timed, the timing moment of starting the corresponding timer is the set time of the configuration task, and likewise, when the timer reaches the set time limit, the operation and maintenance server does not receive the receipt of the target asset, and the relevant configuration options are considered to be not deployed;
in either case, the operation and maintenance server automatically sends a timeout deployment prompt to the operation and maintenance technician corresponding to the target asset, and notifies the operation and maintenance technician to the site where the network terminal equipment is located to perform manual configuration deployment, so that trouble and loss caused by untimely configuration deployment are avoided.
After the corresponding target asset is replaced due to damage or other reasons, the local area network where the server is located is accessed, the server can be accessed by using the existing account to carry out the overwriting update of the data of the database except the asset name code number, new data items do not need to be added, and after the overwriting update is completed, the corresponding target asset is automatically configured according to the final configuration version number of the original asset, and the configuration flow is as in the step two and the step three.
