The inner wall of the paint spray booth 12, the bin inlet 14, the middle door 15, the mouth of the air suction pipe 4 and the inner wall are all connected with negative potential.
As shown in fig. 5, the bin inlet 14 and the middle gate 15 are connected with a negative potential V5, the nozzle 3 is connected with a negative potential V1, the air suction pipe 4 is connected with a negative potential V4, and the positions of the inner wall of the paint bin 12, the bin inlet 14, the middle gate 15, the pipe orifice of the air suction pipe 4 and the inner wall are not expected to be reached by paint drops because the surplus paint drops are negatively charged, so that the positions can carry negative charges to repel the paint drops from reaching by connecting the negative potential.
The paint spraying device also comprises an indexing driving bar 6, the indexing driving bar 6 is arranged close to one side of the guide rail 2 in the paint spraying bin 12, teeth are arranged on the outer surface of the indexing driving bar 6, the hanging assembly 5 also comprises a rotating wheel 57,
the traction block 511 is cylindrical, a rotating wheel 57 is arranged in the middle of the hanging shaft 52, the rotating wheel 57 is provided with external teeth, and when the hanging assembly 5 moves to be close to the indexing driving bar 6, the rotating wheel 57 is meshed with the external teeth of the indexing driving bar 6.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the turning wheel 57 is engaged with the indexing drive bar 6 to roll, and the whole hanging assembly 5 and the workpiece 9 are rotated while advancing, so that the workpiece 9 faces the nozzle 3 sufficiently.
The indexing driving strip 6 moves circularly, the rotating speed of the workpiece 9 in the paint spray booth 12 can be adjusted by the circular movement of the indexing driving strip 6, and the workpiece 9 only needs to finish one or two times of autorotation movements in the paint spray booth 12 without too much rotation.
The paint spray booth 12 is circular, and the drying room 13 is connected with the paint spray booth 12 at the outer edge tangent point of the paint spray booth 12.
The air leaking from the drying chamber 13 to the paint spraying chamber 12 advances along the inner wall of the paint spraying chamber 12, further preventing paint drops from reaching the inner wall of the paint spraying chamber 12, and increasing the amount of paint drops to the air suction pipe 4.

Multi-angle paint spraying apparatus for metal support with stoving mechanism, its characterized in that: the paint spraying device comprises a partition wall (11), a hanging rail (2), a nozzle (3) and a hanging assembly (5), wherein the partition wall (11) encloses two adjacent semi-closed cabins, the two cabins are respectively a paint spraying cabin (12) and a drying cabin (13), a cabin inlet (14) and a middle door (15) are arranged on the horizontal direction of the paint spraying cabin (12) and serve as external openings, one end of the drying cabin (13) is connected with the middle door (15), the other side of the horizontal direction of the drying cabin (13) is provided with a cabin outlet (16), the hanging rail (2) is continuously arranged at the tops of the paint spraying cabin (12) and the drying cabin (13), the hanging rail (2) is also provided with a part positioned outside the paint spraying cabin (12) and the drying cabin (13), the hanging rail (2) is annular, the hanging assembly (5) is connected with the hanging assembly (5) in a sliding mode, the workpiece (9) to be sprayed is hoisted on the inner wall of the paint spraying cabin (12), and the nozzle (3) is respectively arranged on the inner wall of the paint spraying cabin (12), and the spraying direction of the nozzle (3) faces the center of the paint spraying cabin (12).

A multi-angle paint spraying apparatus for a metal bracket having a drying mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the two conducting wires (56) are electrically connected with the workpiece (9), positive potentials of power supplies connected with two power connection positions on the workpiece (9) are unequal and periodically exchanged, a horizontal magnetic field is arranged in the paint spraying bin (12), and the two power connection positions on the workpiece (9) are the most distant diagonal positions on the workpiece (9).
