As shown in fig. 9 and 10, two sides of the upper pressing wheel 24 or the lower pressing wheel 25 are respectively provided with a first connecting piece 272 and a second connecting piece 273 (illustrated in the above pressing wheel 24 in the figure) corresponding to the elongated hole 232, and a second fixing bolt 274 and a third fixing bolt 275 are respectively arranged between the first connecting piece 272, the second connecting piece 273 and two ends of the connecting bracket 51.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, at the same time, the first connecting plate 272 is provided with a plugging slot 2721 (illustrated in the figure by the position of the upper pressing plate 24) for plugging in the second connecting plate 273 of the adjacent upper pressing plate 24 or lower pressing plate 25 and aligning the connecting holes of the first connecting plate 272 with the connecting holes of the second connecting plate 273, one end of the roller 23 near the second connecting end 234 is provided with a mounting slot 237 communicated with the elongated hole 232, the slot bottom of the mounting slot 237 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes 238 arranged in an aligned manner, when the upper pressing plate 24 or the lower pressing plate 25 is detached from the connecting bracket 51, the detached upper pressing plate 24 or lower pressing plate 25 is moved to one end of the roller 23 near the second connecting end 234, and the second fixing bolt 274 is threaded in the threaded hole 238 after passing through the first connecting plate 272 and the second connecting plate 273, or the second fixing bolt 274 is directly threaded in the threaded hole 238 after passing through the first connecting plate 272.
The implementation effect is as follows: because the second sliding block 34 is connected with the nuts of the ball screw 31, the first connecting end 233, the first sliding blocks 33 and the second sliding blocks 34 are linked through the first connecting rod 35, the second connecting rod 36 and the third connecting rod 37, when the driving device 4 drives one end of the ball screw 31 protruding out of the second connecting end 234 to rotate forward and backward, the second sliding blocks 34 drive the first sliding blocks 33 to move, in the process, the first sliding blocks 33 and the second sliding blocks 34 can keep the communicated intervals, the adjustment of the intervals between the two adjacent first sliding blocks 33 and the second sliding blocks 34 is realized, the adjustment of the intervals between the upper pressing wheels 24 and the lower pressing wheels 25 is realized, and the processing of the dust collector wall plates with different specifications is realized; when the adjusting device 3 is adopted, the device is provided with the function of adjusting the distance between the upper pressing wheels 24 or the lower pressing wheels 25 on the same roller 23, so that the operation efficiency during adjustment can be improved, the distance between the first sliding blocks 33 and the second sliding blocks 34 can be kept communicated in the adjustment process, and the accuracy of the operation of adjusting the distance can be improved.
