Abstract
本发明涉及一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂。其是由以下质量百分比的组分所制成15%‑25%表面活性剂、1%‑3%抗污渍再沉积剂、0.1%‑1%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.5%‑2%粘度调节剂、0.3%‑0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%‑0.5%除臭活化剂、0.1%‑0.3%香精,余量由次氯酸消毒液(其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm)补足,其中所述次氯酸减缓分解剂是由甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二苯酮‑4按照3:10:5:2的质量比例复配而成。本发明解决了次氯酸消毒产品稳定性的技术桎梏,实现了次氯酸衍生产品消毒洗涤剂,还科学的赋予其除味等功能,可以满足人们对日常消毒、清洁、除臭的多种需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
次氯酸自身具有不稳定性,所以在储存期间,需要常温避光的情况下储存,且需要保证密封性。次氯酸通常都是现用现制,随着放置时间的延长,产品的pH和有效氯含量降低,性能下降导致其杀菌效力降低乃至逐渐消失,不能满足国家含氯消毒剂标准。由于次氯酸稳定性差导致其除了作为消毒产品单一产品存在外,很难衍生出其他产品。
目前行业中有些所谓的次氯酸稳定剂基本都是制取时在次氯酸溶液中加入次氯酸减稳定剂,其效果较单一就是使次氯酸溶液的存放时间延长了,但是其没有解决次氯酸存放时需要避光、密封等较为严苛的存放条件的问题,更没有解决由于次氯酸稳定性差导致的很难衍生出其他产品的问题。
经查询检索相关现有技术我们检索到一篇技术上有相似之处的专利文献:申请号:CN 202210861173.7、名称:《一种次氯酸消毒剂及其制备方法》,该文献公开了一种次氯酸消毒剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量百分比的原料:次氯酸溶液70%-80%、表面活性剂2%-3%、洗涤助剂3%-5%、氯化钠2%-5%、以及乙醇15-20%、柠檬提取物2%-3%以及无机酸0.01-0.03%。
经过分析我们认为其存在以下不足:1、最重要的点是该技术方案中的产品仍旧是一种次氯消毒剂,其仍然存在次氯酸稳定性差的问题,所以其还是有存放时需要避光、密封和保质期短等问题。2、该产品中所加的表面活性剂、洗涤助剂、乙醇等辅助剂是因为物品上的油污会形成的水-油复合物,而细菌会利用水-油复合物在自身表面形成水-油保护膜,而该技术方案是通过表面活性剂、洗涤助剂、乙醇等辅助剂可以破坏这层水-油保护膜,从而使消毒剂直接接触到细菌从而提高消毒效果。所以该产品展现的洗涤性和洗涤能力很单一也很一般,故其并不是洗涤产品还是一种消毒剂。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的就在于提供一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂及其制备方法,本发明首先解决了次氯酸消毒产品稳定性的技术桎梏,可以使结合有次氯酸的洗涤剂既可以很好地利用次氯酸的高效消毒性能,产品还具有更耐光照、无需密封保存、次氯酸的有效期限大为延长、以及可接触带金属离子的物品等优点,且科学的赋予产品除味等功能,而产品的洗涤能力又非常好符合洗涤产品对洗涤性能的要求,可以同时满足人们对日常消毒、清洁、除臭的多种需求。
实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案如下:
本发明一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其是由以下质量百分比的组分所制成:15%-25%表面活性剂、1%-3%抗污渍再沉积剂、0.1%-1%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.5%-2%粘度调节剂、0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%-0.5%除臭活化剂、0.1%-0.3%香精,余量由次氯酸消毒液(其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm)补足,其中所述次氯酸减缓分解剂是由甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二苯酮-4按照3:10:5:2的质量比例复配而成。
进一步,本发明所述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,在上述配方中可加入0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯和0.2%-0.5%除臭活化剂,仍然余量由次氯酸消毒液(其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm)补足。
进一步,本发明所述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂其优化的配方组成是:15%-17%表面活性剂、1%-2%抗污渍再沉积剂、0.5%-1%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.5%-2%粘度调节剂、0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%-0.5%除臭活化剂、0.1%-0.3%香精,余量由次氯酸消毒液(其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm)补足。
进一步,本发明所述的表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂两种。
进一步,本发明所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠和异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚两种;所述抗污渍再沉积剂为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物(PAA/MA)、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠(HPMC)、羟丁基甲基纤维素(HBMC)、醇溶性朊(一种蛋白质)、聚乙烯噁唑烷酮、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚天冬氨酸(PASP)中的任意一种; 所述除臭活化剂为甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、谷氨酸二乙酸钠盐中的一种; 所述粘度调节剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、氯化钠中的一种或两种; 所述香精可采用常规的日化香精。

本发明上述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(一).称量配料:取各组分按配比称量,分别置于各自专用容器内,待用;
(二).除味剂预制:将蓖麻油酸锌酯、除臭活化剂二者预混合,并搅拌均匀待用;
(三).搅拌混料:先向釜内加入一半用量的次氯酸消毒液,同时开启搅拌,加入足量表面活性剂,待完全溶解后,加入柠檬酸,调整体系pH在6-7范围内,补足剩余次氯酸消毒液、预制的除味剂、抗污渍再沉积剂、次氯酸减缓分解剂、香精、粘度调节剂,最终得到无色至黄色透明的粘稠液体;
(四).静置沉降:料液制备完成后,开始静置沉降,完成后即可分装。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明中创造性的使用次氯酸消毒液代替去离子水,次氯酸作为一种高效消毒剂,其对各类细菌、病毒的杀灭效果要远优于以季铵盐类低效杀菌剂为代表的消毒产品。由于次氯酸产品自身化学稳定性不好,导致其除了作为消毒产品单一产品存在外,很难衍生出其他产品。
本发明除保留了次氯酸消毒产品高效的杀菌效果,解决了次氯酸消毒产品稳定性的技术桎梏,还创新的赋予其清洁、除味的功能,满足了人们对日常消毒、清洁、除臭的多种需求。
本发明的清洁去污能力优秀,表面活性剂、洗涤助剂经科学的配方设计,对日常粉尘污渍、油污污渍等均有优秀的去除效果,通过试验测试,得到以下数据:

结论:上述试验结果表明本发明对标准污布的清洗效果已超过标准洗衣液,完全满足人们对日常洗衣的需求。
本发明另外一个突出的特点是,加入蓖麻油酸锌酯这一来源于蓖麻油的天然成分,经过活化剂活化后,就具有了对多种异味分子的捕捉能力,而其他同类产品,仅依靠香精类物质对异味进行遮掩,无法根除异味本源。本发明对于香烟中的胺类物质、人体汗液中含硫物质清除效果尤为明显,仅需要常规清洗操作就可以从根源上清除异味源,并且持久抑制异味的再次出现,效果非常好。
而本发明最主要的发明点是:解决了次氯酸稳定性差的技术桎梏,大大提高了次氯酸类产品的使用期限,改善了本类产品对包装条件的严苛依赖。
对混合复配有次氯酸溶液的洗涤剂产品中次氯酸的稳定性影响因素,我们经过长期的分析研究,发现光照强度、温度、pH、金属离子等因素对于次氯酸的稳定性影响程度最大。针对光照、pH、以及金属离子等三个影响因素,我们通过研究分析和筛选试验,最终确定出一个最优方案也即本发明所述次氯酸减缓分解剂,其同时对上述三个影响因素均有很好的帮助,本方案旨在减弱光照对产品的影响,同时也可以稳定产品的pH值,还有,对产品在使用过程中引入的金属离子也有很好的包裹作用。
我们研究了次氯酸产品在应用本方案与否的实验室的模拟条件下,对各样品有效氯含量变化情况的测试结果:

注:1、1#样品为空白次氯酸样品,2#样品为应用本方案的次氯酸样品;
2、实验条件为:D65标准光源,模拟日光照射条件,恒温54℃±2℃,250ppm硬水。
由上述实验数据可以得出如下结论:在本实验室老化条件下,经过21天实验,1#样品有效氯含量下降率10.08%,2#样品有效氯含量下降率5.15%,且在光照与硬水环境下,本方案可以明显提高次氯酸的稳定性,换而言之,提高了产品的使用期限,和耐光性能,改善了本类产品对包装条件的严苛要求。同时,也极大的适应了消费者的使用习惯,不再会因为产品的特性,而去改变消费者日常中对洗涤类产品的使用习惯,减小了产品的使用过程中的约束条件,提高了产品的使用便利性。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其是由以下质量百分比的组分制成:10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6%异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、1%聚丙烯酸(PAA)与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物(PAA/MA)也即抗污渍再沉积剂、0.5%次氯酸减缓分解剂为、0.3%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠也即除臭活化剂、0.1%香精可采用日用香料和辅料,比如薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、丙二醇等,余量由次氯酸消毒液补足,其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm。
本发明上述实施例所述次氯酸型洗涤消毒液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(一).称量配料:各组分按配比称量,分别置于各自专用容器内,待用;
(二).除味剂预制:将蓖麻油酸锌酯、除臭活化剂二者预混合,并搅拌均匀待用;
(三)搅拌混料:先向釜内加入一半用量的次氯酸消毒液,同时开启搅拌,依次加入配方中所述阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,待溶解后,加入有机酸,控制体系pH在6-7范围内,再依次补足剩余次氯酸消毒液、预制的除味剂、抗污渍再沉积剂、次氯酸减缓分解剂、香精、粘度调,最终得到无色至黄色透明的粘稠液体;
(四).静置沉降:料液制备完成后,开始静置沉降,完成后即可分装。
实施例2:
一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其是由以下质量百分比的组分制成:13%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8%异构醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、2%聚丙烯酸(PAA)与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物(PAA/MA)(也即抗污渍再沉积剂)、1%氯化钠(也即粘度调节剂)、0.7%次氯酸减缓分解剂是由甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二苯酮-4按照3:10:5:2的质量比例复配而成、0.4%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.3%甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠(也即除臭活化剂)、0.2%香精可采用常规的日用香料和辅料,比如薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、丙二醇等,余量由次氯酸消毒液(其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm)补足。
本发明实施例2所述次氯酸型洗涤消毒液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(一).称量配料:各组分按配比称量,分别置于各自专用容器内,待用;

(四).静置沉降:料液制备完成后,开始静置沉降,完成后即可分装。
实施例3:
一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其是由以下质量百分比的组分制成: 15%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、10%异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3%聚丙烯酸(PAA)与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物(PAA/MA)(也即抗污渍再沉积剂)、2%柠檬酸钠、2%氯化钠(也即粘度调节剂)、1%次氯酸减缓分解剂其是由甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二苯酮-4按照3:10:5:2的质量比例复配而成、0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.5%甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠(也即除臭活化剂)、0.3%香精可采用常规的日用香料和辅料,比如薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、丙二醇等,余量由次氯酸消毒液(其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm)补足。

本发明所述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其通用的配方主要包括:表面活性剂、抗污渍再沉积剂、次氯酸减缓分解剂、粘度调节剂、蓖麻油酸锌酯、除臭活化剂、香精,和补足余量的次氯酸消毒液,其中所述次氯酸减缓分解剂是由甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二苯酮-4按照3:10:5:2的质量比例复配而成。所述的表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂两种。
在实际应用时本发明上述表面活性剂除了采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠和异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚外,还可采用其他种类的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,基本上作用相似、效果也相似。
在实际应用时本发明上述抗污渍再沉积剂除了采用聚丙烯酸(PAA)与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物(PAA/MA)外,还可以采用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物(PAA/MA)、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠(HPMC)、羟丁基甲基纤维素(HBMC)、醇溶性朊(一种蛋白质)、聚乙烯噁唑烷酮、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚天冬氨酸(PASP)中的任意一种,基本上作用相似、效果也相似。
在实际应用时本发明上述除臭活化剂除了采用甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠外,还可采用谷氨酸二乙酸钠盐等,基本作用相似、效果也相似。
在实际应用时本发明上述粘度调节剂除了可采用氯化钠外,还可采用羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素中的一种或两种,基本作用相似、效果也相似。
在实际应用时本发明上述香精采用行业常规的即可。

Claims (8)
1.一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:该次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂是由以下质量百分比的组分所制成:15%-25%表面活性剂、1%-3%抗污渍再沉积剂、0.1%-1%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.5%-2%粘度调节剂、0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%-0.5%除臭活化剂、0.1%-0.3%香精,余量由次氯酸消毒液补足,其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm;其中所述次氯酸减缓分解剂是由甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二苯酮-4按照3:10:5:2的质量比例复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,在上述配方中加入0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯和0.2%-0.5%除臭活化剂,同样余量由次氯酸消毒液补足,次氯酸消毒液的有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂是由以下质量百分比的组分所制成:15%-17%表面活性剂、1%-2%抗污渍再沉积剂、0.5%-1%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.5%-2%粘度调节剂、0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%-0.5%除臭活化剂、0.1%-0.3%香精,余量由次氯酸消毒液补足,其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠和异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚两种;所述抗污渍再沉积剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠、羟丁基甲基纤维素、醇溶性朊、聚乙烯噁唑烷酮、聚乙二醇、聚天冬氨酸中的任意一种;所述除臭活化剂为甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠、谷氨酸二乙酸钠盐中的一种;所述粘度调节剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、氯化钠中的一种或两种;所述香精采用常规的日化香精。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,是由以下质量百分比的组分所制成:10-15%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%-10%异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1%-3%聚丙烯酸与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物也即抗污渍再沉积剂、0.5%-2%柠檬酸钠、0.5%-2%氯化钠也即粘度调节剂、0.1%-1%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.3%-0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.2%-0.5%甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠也即除臭活化剂、0.1%-0.3%香精可采用为常规的日用香料和辅料,余量由次氯酸消毒液补足,其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂的优化配方是:8%-12%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、4%-7%异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5%-1.0%聚丙烯酸与丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物即抗污渍再沉积剂、0.5%-1%柠檬酸钠、0.8%-1.5%氯化钠也即粘度调节剂、0.5%-1.0%次氯酸减缓分解剂、0.5%蓖麻油酸锌酯、0.5%甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠也即除臭活化剂、0.2%日用香料和辅料,余量由次氯酸消毒液补足,其有效氯含量为200ppm±30ppm。
8.权利要求1所述的一种次氯酸型消毒洗涤剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(一).称量配料:取各组分按配比称量,分别置于各自专用容器内,待用;
(二).除味剂预制:将蓖麻油酸锌酯、除臭活化剂二者预混合,并搅拌均匀待用;
(三).搅拌混料:先向釜内加入一半用量的次氯酸消毒液,同时开启搅拌,加入足量表面活性剂,待完全溶解后,加入柠檬酸,调整体系pH在6-7范围内,补足剩余次氯酸消毒液、预制的除味剂、抗污渍再沉积剂、次氯酸减缓分解剂、香精、粘度调节剂,最终得到无色至黄色透明的粘稠液体;
(四).静置沉降:料液制备完成后,开始静置沉降,完成后即可分装。
