Wherein, the appearance form of the first layer of crack glaze after spraying and completely adhering to the glass bottle body is as follows: the crack glaze does not flow on the glass bottle body, and after the second layer of crack glaze is sprayed, the first layer of crack glaze is not affected by the second layer of crack glaze, and the influence is mainly represented by the mixing phenomenon of the two layers of crack glaze.
S323, standing the two layers of glass bottle bodies after spraying in a dust-free environment for 24 hours, and then spraying a layer of glaze on the glass bottle bodies. After the glaze is sprayed, the internal two layers of crack glaze can generate a cracking phenomenon in the natural air drying process of the glaze.
Among them, the crack in this example 2 is distinguished from the linear crack in example 1 in that the crack appears as a tortoise shell-like crack and the linear crack appears as a disordered linear crack.
In addition, after the surface treatment, the surface of the glass bottle body is in a clean state, the adhesion of the primer is facilitated after the surface treatment is carried out, after the primer is dried, the crack glaze is sprayed, after one-time spraying, the surface is not dried, and then the surface is sprayed again, and the crack is formed by the circulation of a wet-on-wet mode.
In one specific embodiment, the shop layout state of the crack glaze is: painting workshop-dust-free workshop. Wherein, a plurality of spraying workshop continuous facilities, the spraying workshop is the space of a cuboid structure. In a paint shop, the glass bottles are rotated at a certain speed while they are moved on a conveyor belt at a certain speed.
In the spraying workshop, a plurality of spray heads are sequentially arranged along the trend of the conveying belt, and the arrangement modes of all spray heads are sequentially arranged from bottom to top or from top to bottom, so that glass bottles can be uniformly sprayed in the rotating process.
The foregoing examples merely illustrate specific embodiments of the invention, which are described in greater detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
