Claims (10)

1. The recycling method of the filter stick for the waste cigarettes is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
A. pretreatment of
Selecting a filter stick for waste cigarettes with complete appearance, removing impurities, and then removing forming paper wrapping the filter stick for cigarettes to obtain a pretreated filter stick for waste cigarettes;
B. filter stick softening
C, coating a plasticizer on the surface of the pretreated waste cigarette filter stick obtained in the step A, uniformly mixing, and standing for 2-4 hours at room temperature to obtain a softened waste cigarette filter stick;
C. filter stick shaping
And C, adding the softened filter sticks for the waste cigarettes obtained in the step B to cast aluminum heating plates with different shapes, heating and shaping, and solidifying to obtain the filter sticks with corresponding different shapes.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step B, the plasticizer is triacetin, triethylene glycol diacetate, or a mixture thereof.
3. The method for recycling filter rods according to claim 2, wherein in the step B, the mixture of the filter rods is prepared from triacetin and triethylene glycol diacetate according to a weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 10.0 percent of the mixture.
4. A filter rod recycling method according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that in step B, the plasticizer is added in an amount of 5-15% by weight of the pretreated waste cigarette filter rod.
5. The method of recycling filter rods according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the heat setting temperature of the softened waste cigarette filter rods on the cast aluminum heating plates having different shapes is 80 to 120 ℃.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein in step C, the shape of the cast aluminum heating plate is duckbill, pentagram, cross or delta star.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein in step C, the cast aluminum heating plate is shaped such that one half thereof is cylindrical and the other half thereof is duckbill, five-star, cross or delta-star in the longitudinal direction of the cast aluminum heating plate.
8. The method for recycling filter rods according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the heat-set waste cigarette filter rods are cured at room temperature for 22-26 hours.
9. Filter rods having different shapes obtained by the method for recycling filter rods according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of a filter rod according to claim 9 having a different shape as a stand-alone filter rod or its use in a composite filter rod with other material filter rods.
