US 2015/0252310(Ecolab USA Inc.,2015)公开了一种硬表面清洁组合物,其包括阴离子表面活性剂盐、饱和C8至C10烷基酰胺溶剂、共溶剂和水,其至少与d-苎烯性能一样好。该文献进一步公开了组合物可去除高达20%蛋白质的红色食物污垢,并且用作沥青去除组合物。
US 5 281 354(Amway Corporation,1994)公开了一种用于硬表面清洁的液体清洁剂组合物。该组合物包含选自单萜和倍半萜及其混合物的萜烯、水混溶性溶剂、酰胺表面活性剂和研磨剂。
然而,消费者期望具有能够从表面清洁微生物以及油质污垢、灰尘和颗粒的改进的硬表面清洁组合物。
因此,需要用于提供抗微生物益处的改进的硬表面清洁组合物。
本发明的目的是提供用于清洁硬表面的组合物,特别是组合物除了清洁之外能够提供抗微生物益处。
令人惊讶地,本发明人已经发现包含烯酰胺和二醇醚的组合的硬表面清洁组合物提供了显著的抗微生物益处。
发明内容
因此,在第一方面,提供了一种水性硬表面清洁组合物,其包含:
a)0.01至20重量%烯酰胺;
b)0.01至20重量%的式(I)的二醇醚:
R1O(R2O)nR3;
其中,
-R1是具有1至8个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或苯基;
-R2是乙基或异丙基;
-n是1、2、3;
-R3是氢或具有1至10个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或苯基;
c)0.1至50重量%的表面活性剂;和
d)至少10重量%的水。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种用于清洁硬表面的水性清洁组合物。本文的“硬表面”包括在家庭中可用的餐具、食具、烹饪用具、桌面、陶瓷表面、玻璃表面等。该组合物包含0.01至20重量%的烯酰胺、0.01至20重量%的式(I)的二醇醚:
R1O(R2O)nR3;
其中,
-R1是具有1至8个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或苯基;
-R2是乙基或异丙基;
-n是1、2、3;
-R3是氢或具有1至10个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或苯基;

烯酰胺
组合物包含0.01至20重量%的烯酰胺。烯酰胺是有机溶剂,其用于组合物中以去除油质污垢和抗微生物益处。烯酰胺具有以下通式结构,

优选地,烯酰胺源自可再生来源。适用于本发明的烯酰胺的此类实例之一是可从美国Stephan Company商购的MET-10。
二醇醚
组合物包含0.01%至20重量%的式(I)的二醇醚

本文的二醇醚是指一类包含乙二醇或丙二醇的烷基醚衍生物的有机溶剂,并且其由上式(I)定义。据发现二醇醚和烯酰胺的组合提供了协同的抗微生物益处。
优选地,基于汉森溶解度参数(HSP)选择二醇醚。HSP是一种众所周知的用于预测材料在溶剂中的溶解度的计算方法。在该方法中,每种材料分子以三个参数描述,即:
δd:源自分子间的分散力,
δp:源自分子间的偶极分子间力,和
δh:源自分子间的氢键。
使用前述参数作为坐标,不同的分子表示为三维空间(称为汉森空间)上的点。此外,为每个溶质分子定义半径R0,称为相互作用半径(interactive radius)。
为了预测溶质(1)在溶剂(2)中的溶解度,使用下式计算两者之间的HSP距离(Ra),

并且相应的,相对能量差(RED)通过下式计算,
RED=Ra/R0,
对于溶质-溶剂系统,如果RED值小于1,其意味着溶质很可能可溶于溶剂,并且较低RED值是优选的。然而大于1的RED值意味着溶质可能不溶于溶剂。关于汉森溶解度参数的细节可在教科书中找到,例如,Charles Hansen博士的“汉森溶解度参数-用户手册”,CRC出版社,Boca Raton,1999,2007。有可商购的用于计算HSP参数的软件和工具。此处采用的这类软件和工具中一个是“HSPiP”第五版,版本5.3.04。
相对于作为溶质的烹饪油,适用于本发明的二醇醚具有大约0.1至0.5的RED值。
优选地,二醇醚的式(I)中的R1包含1至4个碳原子。优选地,二醇醚的式(I)中的R3包含1至4个碳原子。
适用于本发明的二醇醚的实例包括单正丁醚、乙二醇单甲醚、丙二醇单甲醚、丙二醇单正丁醚、乙二醇单己醚、二丙二醇单甲醚、二丙二醇单丙醚、二丙二醇单正丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇单苯醚和丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯。
优选地,组合物包含0.1至15重量%的二醇醚。更优选地,组合物包含0.5至10重量%,甚至更优选0.8至8重量%并且最优选1.0至5重量%的二醇醚。
优选的二醇醚是二丙二醇二甲醚或三丙二醇丁醚。
优选地,在组合物中,烯酰胺与二醇醚的重量比在5:1至1:5的范围内。更优选地,烯酰胺与二醇醚的重量比在3:1至1:3的范围内。烯酰胺与二醇醚的优选重量比为1:1。
表面活性剂
组合物包含0.1至50重量%的表面活性剂。表面活性剂在组合物中用于清洁益处。优选地,组合物包含0.5至40重量%,更优选1至30重量%,甚至更优选1.5至20重量%,并且最优选2至15重量%的表面活性剂。
优选地,表面活性剂选自包含阴离子、阳离子、非离子、两性表面活性剂及其组合的列表。更优选地,表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂及其组合。
阴离子表面活性剂
合适的阴离子表面活性剂是水溶性盐,特别是有机硫酸和磺酸的碱金属盐或者铵或烷基醇铵盐。优选地,烷基是支链或直链烷基或烷基芳基。优选地,该盐在烷基部分中包含8至22个碳原子,更优选6至20个碳原子。
优选地,阴离子表面活性剂选自高级烷基芳香族磺酸盐,例如,在烷基中含有6至20个碳原子的烷基苯磺酸盐。具体的实例是烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基甲苯、二甲苯或苯酚磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、二戊基萘磺酸盐和二壬基萘磺酸盐。
优选地,阴离子表面活性剂选自含有8至22个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐和每分子含有1至10个环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷,优选2至3个环氧乙烷单元的烷基醚硫酸盐。
最优选的阴离子表面活性剂是烷基苯磺酸钠盐、月桂基醚硫酸钠、伯烷基硫酸盐及其组合。
非离子表面活性剂
优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自烷氧基化链烷醇,其中链烷醇含有8至20个碳原子,并且环氧烷单元数为5至30。优选地,非离子表面活性剂选自烷氧基化直链醇,更优选乙氧基化直链醇。此类化合物的实例是每摩尔含有5至12个环氧乙烷基团的具有10至15个碳原子的链烷醇。优选的非离子表面活性剂之一是苄醇乙氧基化物。
合适的非离子表面活性剂包括与环氧乙烷缩合的月桂醇或肉豆蔻醇。此类表面活性剂的实例是月桂醇聚醚5、月桂醇聚醚7和月桂醇聚醚9。
另一组合适的非离子表面活性剂是烷基多糖苷(APG),其是脂肪醇的糖衍生物。此类表面活性剂的实例是癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、肉豆蔻基葡糖苷。
其它合适的非离子表面活性剂是与环氧乙烷缩合的含有10至20个碳原子的脱水山梨糖醇单链烷酸和三链烷酸。此类化合物的实例是聚氧乙烯(4)脱水山梨糖醇单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20)脱水山梨糖醇三油酸酯和聚氧乙烯(20)脱水山梨糖醇三硬脂酸酯。
合适的非离子表面活性剂的另一个实例是氢化蓖麻油的聚乙二醇衍生物。
两性表面活性剂
组合物可进一步包含两性表面活性剂。优选地两性表面活性剂选自含有8至18个碳原子的烷基和被阴离子水增溶性基团取代的脂肪族基团的脂肪族仲胺和脂肪族叔胺的衍生物,例如,3-十二烷基氨基丙酸钠,3-十二烷基氨基丙烷磺酸钠和N-2-羟基十二烷基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠。
适用于本发明的两性表面活性剂包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAPB)、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺(CAPAO)、椰油二乙醇酰胺(CDEA)和椰油单乙醇酰胺(CMEA)、氧化胺。
优选的两性表面活性剂是椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAPB)。
阳离子表面活性剂
组合物可进一步包含阳离子表面活性剂。合适的阳离子表面活性剂是季铵盐。铵盐具有通式:R1R2R3R4N+X-,其中R1是C12至C18烷基,R2、R3和R4各自独立地是C1至C3烷基,并且X是无机阴离子。R1优选是C14-C16直链烷基,更优选是C16。R2、R3和R4优选是甲基。无机阴离子(X-)优选选自卤离子、硫酸根、硫酸氢根或氢氧根。更优选地阴离子是卤离子,最优选地阴离子是硫酸根或氯离子。此类化合物的实例之一是十六烷基三甲基氯化铵。
适用于本发明的另一类型的季铵阳离子表面活性剂是苯扎卤铵种类,也称为烷基二甲基苄基卤化铵。此类化合物的实例之一是苯扎氯铵,也称为烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(ADBAC)。
组合物的pH:
根据本发明的组合物的pH在5至10的范围内。优选地组合物的pH在5.5至9.5,更优选5至9,最优选5.5-8.5的范围内。优选地,组合物包含用于调节pH的pH调节剂,例如,柠檬酸、氢氧化钠。
水
组合物是水性组合物,并且包含至少10重量%的水。优选地组合物包含10至95重量%的水。
组合物可进一步包含用于增强组合物的清洁功效的溶剂。此类溶剂的实例包括具有3至8个碳原子的直链或支链醇,具有1至4个碳原子的烷基酯等。
施用:
本发明的组合物可以是餐具洗涤组合物。餐具洗涤组合物通常用于清洁餐具和厨房用具。餐具洗涤包括餐具机洗和餐具手洗。在餐具机洗中,消费者将组合物放置在洗碗机中,并在洗涤循环期间形成洗涤液。在另一方面,在餐具手洗中,消费者取一等份的组合物,并使用施用器施用在表面上,随后用水冲洗。此外,餐具机洗组合物是低发泡的,而餐具手洗组合物是中等至高发泡的组合物,并且优选地相应地选择用于这些组合物的表面活性剂。
优选地,餐具洗涤组合物进一步包含助洗剂、螯合剂、香料、聚合物、着色剂、增稠剂、感官增强剂、润湿剂等。
餐具洗涤组合物可包含助洗剂或螯合剂。助洗剂或螯合剂有助于去除或螯合水中的钙和/或镁离子。优选地餐具洗涤组合物包含可溶性助洗剂,其可加入到液体组合物中。此类助洗剂的实例之一是柠檬酸钠。
水溶性有机助洗剂的实例包括聚羧酸盐聚合物,例如,聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物和丙烯酸膦酸盐、单体聚羧酸盐,例如,柠檬酸盐、葡糖酸盐、氧联二琥珀酸盐、甘油单-琥珀酸盐、二-琥珀酸盐和三-琥珀酸盐、羧甲基氧基-琥珀酸盐、羧甲基氧基-丙二酸盐、二吡啶甲酸盐和羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸盐。
餐具手洗组合物可含有润湿剂以提供感官益处。作为润湿剂的甘油可以以0至5重量%的量存在于餐具手洗组合物中。优选地组合物中存在少于3重量%,更优选少于1重量%的甘油。较高量的甘油可引起在例如餐具、食具等表面上打滑,其是不可取的。因此较低的甘油量是优选的。
旨在用于餐具机洗的餐具洗涤组合物可进一步包含消泡剂。合适的消泡剂的实例包括硅氧烷、脂肪酸。优选地,脂肪酸(如果存在)选自辛酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸及其混合物。脂肪酸可以组合物的0.1至4重量%,更优选0.3至3重量%,并且甚至更优选0.5至2重量%的浓度存在于餐具洗涤组合物中。
优选地,餐具洗涤组合物中水的量为组合物的10至95重量%,更优选20至90重量%,最优选30至80重量%的范围。
餐具洗涤组合物可以纯净形式或稀释形式使用。关于稀释形式,优选地组合物为浓缩形式,且消费者在水中稀释此类组合物,从而形成清洁溶液并使用它。浓缩的形式的特别益处是此种形式的组合物可以包装在显著小的包装中,并且消耗少得多的包装材料。优选地,浓缩形式的组合物或浓缩组合物包含8至20重量%,更优选10至20重量%,最优选12至20重量%的烯酰胺。优选地浓缩组合物包含8至20重量%,更优选10至20重量%,最优选12至20重量%的二醇醚。优选地浓缩组合物中表面活性剂的量为组合物的20至50重量%,更优选25至50重量%,最优选30至50重量%的范围。浓缩组合物可在水中稀释3至20倍,以形成清洁溶液并将其用于餐具洗涤。
优选地组合物以喷雾形式施用到硬表面上。优选地组合物填充在与喷雾头附接的容器中,其中喷雾头配备有喷雾触发器,其在压力触发时分配一等份组合物。优选地在使用中,组合物喷雾在表面上,并使用施用器施用。
在另一情况下,组合物以泡沫形式施用。优选地组合物填充在配备有泡沫触发器的容器中,其在触发时以泡沫形式分配组合物。优选地组合物以泡沫形式分配,并使用施用器施用到硬表面上。
方法和用途:
在另一方面,本发明提供了一种用于清洁硬表面的方法,其包括以下步骤:任选地润湿所述表面,使用施用器将根据本发明的组合物施用到所述表面上;并且用水冲洗表面。
本文的硬表面是指不同家庭物品的表面,特别是餐具和厨房用具等。通常,餐具和厨房用具的洗涤是家庭清洁的日常家务的一部分。该方法还可用于清洁家庭中的其它硬表面,例如,厨房平台、水槽、瓷砖、把手、橱柜外部、桌面,并且在这种情况下,表面可以在施用后用布擦拭,而不是用水冲洗。
用于清洁表面的组合物可以纯净地使用或者可在使用前稀释。如果将其稀释,优选地餐具洗涤组合物与水的重量比为1:3至1:20。优选地使用施用器施用组合物。施用器包括用于将组合物均匀地涂抹在表面上,并任选地擦洗它的装置。施用器装置包括布、海绵、擦拭物和擦洗器。
本发明提供了一种根据本发明的组合物用于清洁硬表面的用途。硬表面包括家庭物品的各种表面,特别是餐具和厨房用具。组合物用于清洁表面的用途除了从表面去除油质污垢和颗粒以外,还提供了抗微生物益处。
现在将通过以下非限制性实施例说明本发明。实施例仅用于说明,而不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例
用于评价抗微生物功效的方法:
按照欧洲悬浮测试(EST)或BS EN 1276:2009测试抗微生物功效。此外,下面描述了在以下实施例中遵循的前述测试方法下的具体测试条件。
对以下细菌进行测试:
铜绿假单胞菌ATCC 15442(革兰氏阴性)
大肠杆菌ATCC 10536(革兰氏阴性)
测试细菌在37℃下在胰蛋白胨大豆琼脂(TSA)平板上生长过夜。将生长的培养菌落再悬浮在0.9%盐水溶液中。基于620nm光密度(OD)校准图,调节细胞培养密度以获得108菌落形成单位/ml(CFU/ml)的最终计数。
将1ml测试培养物加入到1ml的0.3%(w/v)牛血清白蛋白(BSA)模拟低污垢负载,或加入到1ml的3.0%(w/v)BSA模拟高污垢负载。将该混合物加入到储存在容器中的8ml测试溶液中。
在规定的接触时间后,1ml上述混合物立即使用中和剂或Dey-engley中和肉汤在9ml Butterfield磷酸盐缓冲液中中和,并一式两份接种在胰蛋白酶大豆琼脂上。
在对照的情况下,将1ml测试培养物与1ml的0.3% BSA或3.0%BSA混合,并加入到8ml硬水中。将其连续稀释并接种在TSA上。
固化后,将平板在37℃下孵育48小时,计数残留菌落,并估计残留菌落形成单位(CFU)的对数值。
实施例1:餐具洗涤制剂中铜绿假单胞菌的抗微生物功效的评价:
根据表1制备制剂。

EO7:每个分子具有7个环氧乙烷单元的烷氧基化醇;
DGDE:二丙二醇二甲醚;
TGBE:三丙二醇丁醚;
EGHE:乙二醇己醚;
烯酰胺:N,N二甲基癸烯酰胺;
制剂A、B、C和D是对比例,且制剂1、2和3是根据本发明的组合物。所有制剂调节至pH 8至9。
使用上述方法对铜绿假单胞菌测试每种制剂的抗微生物功效。制剂的接触时间设定为5分钟,其类似于典型的餐具洗涤条件。
结果总结如下:

从表2可以明显看出,与制剂A、B、C和D相比,制剂1、2和3显示出显著更高的细菌生长减少。
实施例2:对大肠杆菌的抗微生物功效的评价
制剂根据表3制备。

根据表4,与制剂D、E、F、G、H和I相比,制剂4(其是根据本发明的制剂)显示出显著更高的细菌生长减少。
因此,从上述实施例中可以明显看出,包含烯酰胺和式(I)的二醇醚的组合的组合物提供了显著的抗微生物益处。
Claims (13)
1.一种水性餐具洗涤组合物,其包含:
a)0.01至20重量%烯酰胺,其中所述烯酰胺是烷基取代的N,N-叔酰胺并且包含8至15个碳原子;
b)0.01至20重量%的式(I)的二醇醚:
R1O(R2O)nR3;
其中,
-R1是具有1至8个碳原子的直链烷基;
-R2是乙基或异丙基;
-n是1、2、3;
-R3是氢或具有1至4个碳原子的直链烷基;
c)0.1至50重量%的表面活性剂;和
d)20至90重量%的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述烯酰胺包含8至12个碳原子。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含0.1至15重量%的烯酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述烯酰胺是N,N-二甲基癸烯酰胺。

9.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述烯酰胺与所述二醇醚的重量比在5:1至1:5的范围内。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂及其组合。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含0.5至40%重量的表面活性剂。
12.一种用于餐具洗涤的方法,其包括以下步骤:
-任选地润湿所述表面;
-使用施用器将根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的组合物施用到所述表面上;和
-用水冲洗所述表面。
13.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的组合物用于餐具洗涤的用途。
