step 3: preparing a surface modification layer: uniformly mixing the expanded vermiculite, the PVC resin and the dispersing agent at 50-60 ℃ to obtain surface modification layer slurry; and (2) when the resin layer in the step (2) is in a semi-dry state, coating the surface modification layer slurry on the resin layer, and drying to obtain the functional leather.
