The description of the first and second is for the purpose of distinguishing between technical features only and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated or implicitly indicating the precedence of the technical features indicated.
In the description of the present invention, unless explicitly defined otherwise, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection, etc. should be construed broadly and the specific meaning of the terms in the present invention can be reasonably determined by a person skilled in the art in combination with the specific contents of the technical scheme.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a span-graded-segment sound barrier structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an upright sound barrier and a totally enclosed sound barrier, wherein the totally enclosed sound barrier is disposed in a region where the width of a road junction segment is graded. The totally enclosed sound barrier distributes along the road direction has many trusses, and every truss all is equipped with side support 300, locates the top support 500 between the side support 300 of both sides, connects the arc support 400 between top support 500 and side support 300, and between two adjacent trusses, the height of side support 300 is the same, the arc radius of arc support 400 is the same, the overall height of truss is the same. The vertical sound barriers can be combined according to actual needs, such as one side or two sides of the road after the intersection and one side or two sides of the road before the intersection. It can be appreciated that, the span gradual change section sound barrier structure that adopts the above-mentioned structure to set up, in width gradual change highway section, because the side support 300 of every truss highly is the same, the arc radius that arc supported 400 is the same, therefore the length that only arc supported 400, the length that top supported 500 of change, make things convenient for the mill to carry out prefabricated processing, and then be favorable to improving processingquality to promote the effect in that the structural stability after the smooth propulsion of actual installation process, installation play fine.
Considering that road width variation is liable to increase traffic accidents at this road section, in order to avoid sound barrier damage, in some embodiments of the present invention, the side supports 300 include a concrete base 100 provided at a roadbed and steel columns 200 provided at the concrete base 100, the steel columns 200 being provided outside an upper end of the concrete base 100 with a space from the concrete base 100. With the structural arrangement of this embodiment, the steel upright post 200 of the side support 300 is located outside, which increases the distance between vehicles passing on the road, and when a vehicle collides with the concrete base 100, the sound barrier of the side is not easily damaged, thereby being beneficial to protecting the sound barrier. Meanwhile, a larger air circulation area is kept between the side sound barrier and the concrete base 100 in the embodiment, so that the noise amplification effect caused by air passing in the automobile passing process or other noise caused by closed air circulation can be relieved.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, a base 201 is provided at a lower end of the steel upright 200, one side of the base 201 is connected to an angle steel 203 through a plurality of ribs 202, and the angle steel 203 abuts against the concrete foundation 100 and is fixedly connected to an embedded bolt embedded in the concrete foundation 100. The angle iron 203 and the base 201 are kept connected by the rib 202, and a corresponding air circulation area is formed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper end of the concrete base 100 is further provided with a plurality of warning posts 204, and the surface of the warning posts 204 is provided with a warning coating, so as to remind the driver to slow down and avoid traffic accidents. The warning post 204 may be welded to the upper end of the angle 203. The coating layer can be flexibly set according to practical conditions, and is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, top support 500 includes a first diagonal beam 501, a second diagonal beam 502, and an intermediate beam 503 connected therebetween. Specifically, one end of the first oblique beam 501 is connected to the arc-shaped support 400, and the other end extends obliquely upward toward the direction approaching the side support 300 on the other side; one end of the second inclined beam 502 is connected with the arc-shaped support 400 on the other side, the other end of the second inclined beam 502 extends upwards in an inclined manner in a direction which is close to the first inclined beam 501, and the upper end of the second inclined beam 502 is lower than the upper end of the first inclined beam 501, so that a channel is formed between the upper end and the first inclined beam 501; intermediate beam 503 is connected between the upper ends of first diagonal beam 501 and second diagonal beam 502. By adopting the structural arrangement of the embodiment, the channels at the upper ends of the first inclined beam 501 and the second inclined beam 502 can be matched with the air circulation area formed by the side support 300 to realize air circulation, thereby achieving the noise reduction effect when the air passes through the totally-enclosed sound barrier. Wherein the height of the channel is controlled between 0.3m and 0.5m.
To enhance the barrier effect, the span-graded acoustic barrier structure is provided with grating plates 504 within the channels.
In order to increase the overall structural strength of the truss, the truss is provided with diagonal braces on the inner side of the arc supports 400, which are connected between the side supports 300 and the top supports 500.
In addition, in the span gradual change section sound barrier structure, a side screen body is arranged between the side supports 300 of two adjacent trusses, a top screen body is arranged between the top supports 500, and the edge positions of the top screen bodies are overlapped and pressed and fixed through galvanized plates. The side screen bodies are spliced and fixed through a male-female structure. The two trusses are connected and fixed through the steel purlines, so that the strength reinforcement and the maintenance of the whole steel frame structure are realized, and the support of the screen body is ensured. Obviously, the screen body needs to be paved on the top support 500 and the corresponding steel purlines, so that the galvanized plate is arranged corresponding to the top support 500 and the steel purlines.
When the sound barrier height of the side is high, or the wind power resources of the installation site are sufficient to cause the wind power to be large, the side support 300 is provided with at least two horizontally staggered screen mounting positions along the vertical direction, so that after the screen of the sound barrier is mounted, a complete sound barrier is formed in the vertical direction, and at least one wind power passing area is formed in the horizontal direction.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
