Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, a step flowchart of a behavior reporting method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the method is applied to a vehicle, and specifically may include the following steps:
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle has the function of collecting video data and/or radar data, and the function can be realized by a camera, a radar and other devices arranged on the vehicle. For example, video data is collected by a vehicle recorder and radar data is collected by a lidar.
In order to identify the driving violation during the running of the own vehicle, the data to be acquired may include only video data, or only radar data, or both video data and radar data. For example, during traveling of the host vehicle, video data and/or radar data are continuously collected, and the collected video data and/or radar data are transmitted to the vehicle system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target vehicle is any other vehicle except the own vehicle in the running process. In a scene where a vehicle travels, there are various kinds of offensive traveling behaviors, for example, running a red light, pressing a solid line, etc., which are reported to a traffic management department through a special monitoring camera installed at a road side. However, there are other types of illegal driving behaviors, that is, the problem that the target vehicle interferes with the illegal driving behavior of the vehicle, which is difficult to obtain evidence, difficult to judge, less in report and the like, cannot be solved effectively.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the offending driving behavior of the target vehicle interfering with the host vehicle includes a short-distance continuous rapid lane change behavior, a lane change behavior without turn signal, etc., or any other suitable driving behavior, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The short-distance continuous rapid lane change behavior and the lane change behavior without the turn signal lamp are usually malicious other vehicle behaviors or malicious plugging behaviors, can interfere the normal running of the vehicle, and belong to running behaviors violating traffic rules.
In the embodiment of the invention, the specific implementation manner of identifying that the target vehicle interferes with the illegal driving behavior of the vehicle according to the video data and/or the radar data can comprise various modes. For example, according to video data and/or radar data, determining a driving track of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle, comparing the driving track with a preset violation track to obtain track similarity, if the track similarity is higher than a preset threshold, determining that the target vehicle has a violation driving behavior, and if the track similarity is not higher than the preset threshold, determining that the target vehicle has no violation driving behavior. For example, the distance and angle of the target vehicle relative to the host vehicle are determined according to the video data and/or the radar data, the short-distance state of the target vehicle relative to the host vehicle is determined according to the distance and the angle, and the short-distance continuous and rapid lane change behavior of the target vehicle is determined if the angle change of the target vehicle relative to the host vehicle accords with a preset change rule. For another example, the distance and angle of the target vehicle relative to the host vehicle are determined based on the video data and/or the radar data, the lane change behavior of the target vehicle is determined based on the distance and angle, and the lane change behavior of the target vehicle without turning on the turn signal is determined based on the video data. And in particular may include any suitable implementation, to which embodiments of the invention are not limited.
Wherein, the image recognition technology can be utilized to automatically recognize one or more vehicles and the positions thereof in a plurality of video frames. Automatic detection of one or more larger targets and their location can be achieved using radar detection techniques. The combination of the two technologies can also obtain more accurate positions of the vehicles at different times. The information such as the running track, the distance and the angle of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle can be determined by utilizing the position of the target vehicle obtained by the image recognition technology and/or the radar detection technology.
And step 103, reporting the video data corresponding to the illegal driving behavior.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the target vehicle is identified to interfere with the illegal running behavior of the vehicle, the illegal running behavior is reported, and specifically, the video data corresponding to the illegal running behavior is reported. When the video data is reported, the corresponding server can be automatically reported, so that a driver of the vehicle does not need to be distracted, or the corresponding server can be reported after the driver of the vehicle confirms the driver of the vehicle. The server may be a cloud server of a platform providing a report service, or may be a police server, or any other suitable server, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the target vehicle is identified to interfere with the illegal running behavior of the vehicle according to the acquired video data and/or radar data, and the video data corresponding to the illegal running behavior is reported, so that the illegal running behavior of other vehicles interfering with the vehicle is automatically identified and reported according to the driving related data, the probability that the illegal running behavior interfering with other vehicles is pursued as judicial responsibility is improved, and the driver of the vehicle does not need to perform distraction operation, so that the timeliness and safety of processing are improved, the occurrence of the illegal running behavior interfering with other vehicles is reduced, and the consciousness of safe driving and civilized driving is improved.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, before step 101, the method may further include: receiving an identification request of an illegal driving behavior initiated by a user, wherein the identification request carries a starting time; in a specific implementation manner of step 101, the method may include: and starting from a time point of a preset duration before the starting time, acquiring corresponding video data and/or radar data.
Besides actively identifying and reporting the illegal running behavior, the user can initiate an identification request and then start the identification of the illegal running behavior. The identification request may be issued by a manual operation of the user or by voice. The identification request carries a start time. Since the user issues the identification request, which is generally the case when the offending behavior is occurring or has occurred, when the identification request is received, corresponding video data and/or radar data is acquired from a time point of a preset length before the start time. The preset time length can be set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to this.
The recognition of the illegal driving behavior is evoked by receiving the recognition request initiated by the user, so that the consumption of computing resources and energy sources caused by long-time invalid recognition of the vehicle under normal conditions can be avoided, the illegal driving behavior can be more accurately recognized due to the fact that the judgment of the user is increased, and the recognition accuracy is improved.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation of step 103 may include: when the target vehicle is determined to have the illegal driving behavior, the current positioning information of the vehicle is acquired, and the positioning information and the video data are reported together.
When the target vehicle is determined to have illegal driving behavior, the positioning information of the current vehicle is obtained, for example, the current longitude and latitude data are obtained through a positioning chip. And when video data is reported, the positioning information is reported together, so that when a case is reported, the place where the illegal driving behavior occurs is determined, and the follow-up treatment is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a behavior reporting method according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a vehicle, and may specifically include the following steps:
In the embodiments of the present invention, the specific implementation manner of this step may be referred to the description in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
And step 202, determining the position information of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle according to the video data and/or the radar data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the position information of the target vehicle relative to the host vehicle includes the track of the host vehicle, or the distance and angle of the target vehicle relative to the host vehicle, or any other applicable position information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the illegal driving behavior is identified according to the video data, one or more vehicles and the positions thereof in a plurality of video frames can be automatically identified by utilizing an image identification technology. And generating the position information of the track, the distance, the angle and the like relative to the vehicle according to the position of one vehicle in different video frames for each vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the illegal driving behavior is identified according to the radar data, one or more large targets and the positions thereof can be automatically detected by utilizing a radar detection technology. And generating the position information of the track, the distance, the angle and the like relative to the vehicle according to the position of a larger target at different times for each vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the illegal driving behavior is identified according to the video data and the radar data, one or more vehicles and the positions thereof in a plurality of video frames can be automatically identified by utilizing an image identification technology, and one or more larger targets and the positions thereof are automatically detected by utilizing a radar detection technology. And combining the results obtained by the two technologies for each vehicle to obtain more accurate position of one vehicle at different times, and generating the position information of the vehicle track or the distance, the angle and the like relative to the vehicle according to the position of one vehicle at different times.
And step 203, identifying that the target vehicle interferes with the illegal running behavior of the vehicle according to the position information in a period of time.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to identify the illegal driving behavior, the position information of the target vehicle relative to the own vehicle in a period of time is required. For example, during running, identification is performed every set time period, and position information of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle in the set time period is determined according to video data and/or radar data in the set time period. The set time length can be set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the set time length. For another example, during the driving process, identification is performed every first set time period, and each time the position information of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle in the time period of the second set time period is determined according to the video data and/or the radar data in the time period of the second set time period before the current time. Or any other suitable manner, embodiments of the invention are not limited in this regard.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the location information includes a track, and identifying, according to the location information over a period of time, a specific implementation manner in which the target vehicle interferes with the illegal driving behavior of the host vehicle may include: comparing the driving track with a preset violation track to obtain track similarity; and if the track similarity is higher than a preset threshold, determining that the target vehicle generates the illegal running behavior, and if the track similarity is not higher than the preset threshold, determining that the target vehicle does not generate the illegal running behavior.
And (3) putting the positions of the target vehicles at different times within a period of time together according to time sequence to obtain the track of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle.
The preset violation track is one or more preset violation tracks which interfere with the vehicle. For example, the multiple illegal paths corresponding to the short-distance continuous rapid lane change behavior, or the multiple illegal paths corresponding to other malicious vehicle behaviors or malicious plugging behaviors, or any other applicable illegal paths interfering with the vehicle are not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
And comparing the driving track with a preset violation track to obtain the similarity of the driving track and the preset violation track, and recording the similarity as the track similarity. And judging whether the illegal driving behavior occurs or not through a preset threshold value. If the track similarity is higher than a preset threshold, determining that the target vehicle has illegal running behaviors, and if the track similarity is not higher than the preset threshold, determining that the target vehicle has no illegal running behaviors. The preset threshold may be set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the offending behavior includes a short-distance continuous fast lane change behavior, the location information includes a distance and an angle, and a specific implementation manner of identifying, according to the location information over a period of time, that the target vehicle interferes with the offending behavior of the host vehicle may include: and according to the distance and the angle, if the target vehicle is in a close-range state relative to the vehicle and the angle change of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle accords with a preset change rule, determining that the target vehicle has a close-range continuous and rapid lane change behavior.
The short-distance continuous and rapid lane change behavior refers to a running behavior that the number of continuous lane changes is greater than a preset number of times when the distance between the vehicle and the lane change behavior is smaller than a preset distance, and the time used for lane change is shorter than the preset time.
And determining that the target vehicle is in a close-range state relative to the host vehicle if the distance between the target vehicle and the host vehicle is smaller than the set distance according to the distance between the target vehicle and the host vehicle.
The preset change rule is one or more preset angle change rules corresponding to continuous rapid lane change behaviors which interfere with the vehicle. For example, the angle change amplitude is greater than a preset angle, the number of times the angle change amplitude is greater than the preset angle is greater than a preset number of times, and the time taken for the angle change amplitude to be greater than the preset angle is shorter than a preset time, or any other suitable preset change rule, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the angle of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle, if the angle change of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle accords with a preset change rule within a period of time, determining that the target vehicle has a short-distance continuous and rapid lane change behavior, and belongs to an illegal driving behavior.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the offending behavior includes a lane change behavior without a turn signal, the location information includes a distance and an angle, and a specific implementation manner of identifying, according to the location information over a period of time, that the target vehicle interferes with the offending behavior of the host vehicle may include: and determining the lane change behavior of the target vehicle according to the distance and the angle, and determining the lane change behavior of the target vehicle without turning lights if the target vehicle does not turn on the turning lights according to the video data.
The lane change behavior without the turn signal means a running behavior in which the target vehicle makes a lane change without turning on the turn signal.
And determining the lane change behavior of the target vehicle according to the distance and the angle of the target vehicle relative to the vehicle in a period of time. For example, if the distance between the target vehicle and the host vehicle is smaller than the set distance and the angle is changed from one side of the host vehicle to the front of the host vehicle, the target vehicle becomes a lane change behavior.
According to the video data, the turn signal lamp of the target vehicle in the video can be identified by utilizing the image identification technology, and the turn signal lamp is in a bright or dark state. Under the condition that the target vehicle generates lane change behavior, if the target vehicle does not turn on a steering lamp, determining that the target vehicle generates lane change behavior without the steering lamp, and belonging to illegal driving behavior.
In the embodiment of the invention, the acquired video data and/or radar data carries a time stamp. When the target vehicle is determined to have the illegal driving behavior, acquiring the video data corresponding to the illegal driving behavior according to the corresponding video data and/or the time stamp carried by the radar data. For example, video data between two time stamps is acquired from the time stamp of the start time and the time stamp of the end time of the corresponding video data and/or radar data.
When the target vehicle is identified to interfere with the illegal driving behavior of the vehicle according to the radar data, the vehicle also collects video data. In this case, video data in a time period when the offending behavior occurs is acquired from the time stamp of the radar data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cloud server is used for carrying out next processing on the video data, including uploading the video data to the police server. For example, a cloud server is a server dedicated to assisting a user in reporting a case.
