Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fiber preparation, in particular to a viscose large biological fiber containing active ingredients of albizia julibrissin, olive, peppermint and lavender and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Albizia, also known as cotton rose, lantana, deciduous tree, summer flowering, head inflorescence, valve corolla, stamen, light red, pod streak, flat, no crack, 4-15 m high, crown development; the small branches have edges, the twigs, inflorescences and leaf shafts are fluffed or short and soft, and the supporting leaves are in a linear needle shape; the head inflorescences are arranged on the top of the branch to form cone inflorescences; pollen red; calyx tube shape, and flowering period of 6-month; the fruit period is 8-10 months.
Olives belong to the family of olivaceae arbor plants and are cultivated in north to middle of vietnam, north to middle, japan (kawasaki, towline) and malaysia. Olive has wide application, wood is a good building material, pulp is edible or pharmaceutical, and the fruit pits can be used for carving and oil extraction. Olive oil is a pale yellow transparent liquid extracted from olive fruits, called "liquid gold", and is rich in vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and vitamin F, which are all fat-soluble vitamins easily absorbed by skin. Especially vitamin E, is high.
Peppermint is the aerial part of perennial root herbaceous plants of Labiatae, and is a fragrant crop with special economic value. The menthol can accelerate in vivo circulation, remove greasiness, relieve abdominal distention, decompose body fat, and reduce weight. Essential oils extracted from herba Menthae can be used for aromatherapy, and for preparing perfume and cosmetics for protecting skin. The peppermint contains volatile oil, peppermint essence, tannin and other substances, helps to smooth down negative moods such as anger, depression and the like, and is a heart-nourishing medicine for eliminating fatigue, relieving pressure and calming heart and calming qi.
Lavender plants of Lavender genus of Labiatae are known as "calm perfume plant", "perfume king", "after aromatic herb".
The Viscose fiber (Viscose) is a full name of Viscose fiber, takes 'wood' as a raw material, extracts and remoldes fiber molecules from natural wood cellulose to obtain the cellulose fiber, and is prepared through the steps of alkalizing plant cellulose to form alkali cellulose, then reacting with carbon disulfide to generate cellulose xanthate, dissolving the cellulose xanthate in dilute alkali solution to obtain a Viscose, and obtaining the Viscose fiber after wet spinning and a series of treatment procedures, wherein the hygroscopicity of the Viscose fiber meets the physiological requirements of human skin, and the Viscose fiber has the characteristics of smoothness, ventilation, static resistance, ultraviolet resistance, gorgeous color, better dyeing fastness and the like, has the nature of cotton, the quality of silk, is a genuine plant fiber, is derived from nature and is superior to nature, and is widely applied to various fields such as underwear, textile, clothing, non-woven fabric and the like at present.
In the practical application process, most of the air permeability and the abrasion resistance of the viscose large biological fiber are good, but in the wearing process, the problem is found that firstly, the antibacterial effect is reduced along with the washing effect, and secondly, the skin cannot be protected in the washing process, grease generated by the skin is very easy to generate skin bacteria, and the viscose large biological fiber is very easy to fade, so that the attractiveness is reduced.
