at this time, the medical staff can pump air into the air charging pipe 18 on the outer side surface of the air cylinder II 17 through the micro air pump, at this time, the piston telescopic rod of the air cylinder II 17 is in an extension state, and the extension piston telescopic rod can push up (or lift) the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1, so that the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1 incline upwards relative to the guide rail 5 to enable the sensor body 1 to be flush with the heart zero point of a patient, and at the same time, the air is not filled into the air cylinder I15, so that the piston telescopic rod of the air cylinder I15 is in a contraction state, and further, the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1 can be easily inclined upwards relative to the guide rail 5;
when the sensor body 1 is inclined downward relative to the guide rail 5, the sensor body 1 can be flush with the heart zero point of the patient, and the operation method is similar to that described above, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
The working principle is as follows:
the medical staff realizes the completion of the pipeline connection operation of the sensor body 1 (the specific connection mode is not repeated), then the medical staff clamps the two groups of static clamping pieces 127 and the sliding clamping pieces 121 of the two clamping assemblies 12 on the periphery of the infusion rod or the sickbed stop lever, then manually rotates the turntables 122 at one end of the two screw rods 128 to drive the two sliding clamping pieces 121 to be close to the two static clamping pieces 127, so that the infusion rod or the sickbed stop lever is wrapped in the static clamping pieces 127 and the inner side surfaces of the sliding clamping pieces 121 and a group of arc-shaped grooves 126, and finally the longitudinal or transverse fixation of the sensor body 1 on the infusion rod or the sickbed stop lever is completed;
when medical staff uses the fixing mechanism to fix the sensor body 1 on the infusion rod or the sickbed stop rod longitudinally or transversely, the staff can control the driving motor 7 to rotate forward or reversely through the control switch 9 so as to drive the screw rod II 13 to rotate forward or reversely, the screw rod II 13 rotating forward or reversely synchronously drives the sliding seat 14, the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1 to slide left and right or up and down on the guide rail 5, and when the sensor body 1 slides to the heart area of a patient, the medical staff can control the driving motor 7 to stop rotating through the control switch 9, and at the moment, the sliding seat 14, the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1 finish the sliding position on the guide rail 5 to stay (fix);
when the medical staff needs to adjust the rotation angle of the sensor body 1, the medical staff can use both hands to pull the shifting block 25 at one end of the limiting bayonet lock 21 up and down, so that the limiting bayonet lock 21 rotates through the rotary rod 23, at this time, the inserting blocks 22 at one end of the two limiting bayonet locks 21 are far away from the saw teeth of the two gears 20 (the torsion springs 24 at the periphery of the two rotary rods 23 are in a stressed state, and the limiting action of the two inserting blocks 22 on the two gears 20 is cancelled), and finally, the medical staff can easily rotate the sensor body 1 at the left end of the connecting rod 16 to finish the rotation angle adjustment of the sensor body 1; when the rotation angle of the sensor body 1 is adjusted, the torsion spring 24 drives the rotary rod 23 and the limiting bayonet 21 to rotate under the action of self torsion so as to drive the insert block 22 of the limiting bayonet 21 to be inserted into the saw teeth of the gear 20, thereby limiting the rotation of the gear 20, the rotary rod 11 and the connecting rod 16, and realizing the rotation (steering) angle limitation of the sensor body 1;
and when medical personnel need adjust the inclination of sensor body 1, if need adjust sensor body 1 for guide rail 5 tilt up, can make sensor body 1 flush with patient's heart zero: at this time, the medical staff can pump air into the air charging tube 18 on the outer side surface of the air cylinder II 17 through the micro air pump, and then the piston telescopic rod of the air cylinder II 17 is in an extension state, and the extension piston telescopic rod can push up (or lift) the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1, so that the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1 incline upwards relative to the guide rail 5 to enable the sensor body 1 to be flush with the heart zero point of a patient, and at the same time, air is not filled into the air cylinder I15, so that the piston telescopic rod of the air cylinder I15 is in a contraction state, and further, the connecting rod 16 and the sensor body 1 can be easily inclined upwards relative to the guide rail 5.
