The embodiment of the intelligent terminal remote monitoring method comprises the following steps:
the embodiment is realized based on the intelligent terminal remote monitoring system, wherein the client and the monitoring server are used for remotely monitoring the intelligent terminal through the computer program. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, step S1 is first executed, where the monitoring server sends a security policy and a behavior policy to the client. The security policies and behavior policies may be pre-configured and stored on the server or obtained from the social security card managing system. When the client is started up and self-started, the client sends a request for acquiring the security policy and the behavior policy to the monitoring server, and the monitoring server receives the request and then sends the security policy and the behavior policy to the client.
And continuing to execute the step S2, and executing the security policy and the behavior policy by the client. The security policy enables the client to use the function of the security policy license, and the behavior policy enables the client to execute the usage behavior licensed by the behavior policy.
And then executing step S3, the client acquires the running state information and the card making consumable information of each hardware functional module, and uploads the running state information and the card making state information to the monitoring server. When the client executes the security policy and the behavior policy, the client can perform corresponding social security service processing, and at this time, the client can periodically acquire the operation state information of each hardware functional module and the card making consumable information, wherein the operation state information is the state of the hardware functional module, for example, the operation state of a printer, and the card making consumable information is the remaining state of materials related to card making in card issuing equipment. Therefore, the monitoring server can timely know whether each hardware functional module of the card issuing equipment fails or not and whether the card issuing equipment lacks materials or not.
Then, step S4 is executed, where the client determines whether the current usage behavior violates the behavior policy. In this embodiment, the behavior policy is that each hardware function is allowed to be used only at a preset geographic location, where the preset geographic location may be a preset bank location, so that the card issuing device can only be used at the bank location, when the card making device is in use, the client side will determine the current geographic location, so as to compare the geographic location with the preset geographic location, if not, it is determined that the current behavior is in violation of the behavior policy, at this time, step S5 is continuously executed, otherwise step S7 is executed.
When determining that the current usage behavior violates the behavior policy, step S5 is executed, where the client limits the usage of the software function and each hardware function module, and uploads the behavior anomaly information to the monitoring server. The use of the software function and each hardware function module is limited, so that the card issuing equipment can be ensured to be used under a preset behavior strategy.
And then executing step S6, wherein the monitoring server side sends an evaluation questionnaire to a user who transacts the social security service when the current social security service is completed. The monitoring server can forward the service data between the card device and the social security card management system, so that an evaluation questionnaire can be sent to a user who transacts the social security service in a short message mode when the current social security service is completed, and the evaluation of the user on service transaction is obtained.
And then executing step S7, wherein the monitoring server generates an analysis report according to the running state information, the behavior abnormality information and the evaluation questionnaire, and sends the analysis report to the social security card management system. The analysis report records the running state of the card issuing equipment, the early warning information records, the user satisfaction records and other information within a certain period of time, and the early warning information records comprise records of violating the action policy. The analysis report may be displayed in a text, a chart, or the like, and the invention is not particularly limited. Therefore, the social security bureau can check the information such as the failure rate, the situation of the violation of the behavior policy, the user satisfaction and the like of the card issuing equipment of each bank through the social security card management system, realize the management and control of the card issuing equipment, and supervise the banks to solve the problems and improve the service quality.
In other embodiments, when the client obtains the running state information of each hardware module, the client determines whether each hardware module fails, so that when the hardware module fails, a connection customer service system request is sent to the monitoring server, and the monitoring server establishes communication between the card issuing equipment and the customer service system of the card issuing equipment provider according to the connection customer service system request, thereby providing equipment data for the card issuing equipment provider, requesting the card issuing equipment provider to remotely diagnose the card issuing equipment failure, and providing a solution. When the monitoring server receives the running state information, whether the hardware module of the card issuing equipment fails or not can be determined, so that a responsible person of the card issuing equipment is informed to process in time in a mode of short message notification and the like.
In other embodiments, when the monitoring server receives the card making consumable information, the card issuing equipment responsible person is informed to process in time in a mode of short message notification and the like when the number of the card making consumable information is reduced to a certain value, and the early warning information record comprises the card making consumable information.
In other embodiments, for example, in the process that the service personnel carries the portable client side and goes out to transact the social security service, if the service personnel has a problem on the social security service, a request of connecting the customer service system can be sent to the monitoring server side, and the monitoring server side establishes communication between the card issuing device and the social security service center of the bank according to the request of changing the connection customer service system, so that the social security service center of the bank can be requested to provide guidance on transacting the social security service.
In summary, the intelligent terminal remote monitoring method of the invention realizes the safety control of the card issuing equipment through the preset safety strategy and behavior strategy, namely, whether the card issuing equipment is allowed to use the corresponding software function or the hardware module function is set through the safety strategy, and whether the card issuing equipment is used illegally is monitored through the behavior strategy, so that the potential safety hazard that the card issuing equipment is abused is avoided. In addition, for the remote monitoring of equipment service condition, card making consumable and fault condition, measures can be taken in time to deal with the problem, the proceeding of business handling is ensured, and the service experience is improved.
