Optionally, the top plate 32 is provided with a avoidance hole 323 corresponding to the first fixing post 223, the second fixing post 224, and the second toggle post 42.
Specifically, the inner side wall of the shroud 22 has at least one limiting protrusion 225, the second rotation support shaft 40 is provided with a rotation groove 43 corresponding to the limiting protrusion 225, and a rotation gap is provided between the inner side wall of the rotation groove 43 and the limiting protrusion 225 in the rotation direction of the second rotation support shaft 40. By this arrangement, the rotational distance of the second rotation support shaft 40 can be restricted.
In one embodiment of the present application, the aperture shutter adjusting apparatus further includes two sets of first magnetizer assemblies 600 and two sets of second magnetizer assemblies 700, wherein the two sets of first magnetizer assemblies 600 are disposed on a side of the first rotary support shaft 30 opposite to the second rotary support shaft 40, and the two sets of second magnetizer assemblies 700 are disposed on a side of the second rotary support shaft 40 opposite to the first rotary support shaft 30, corresponding to the two driving magnets. By providing the first and second magnetizer assemblies 600 and 700, the first and second magnetizer assemblies 600 and 700 can be respectively matched with the driving magnet assembly 70 to respectively provide the first and second rotation support shafts 30 and 40 with the force absorbed toward the base 20, thereby ensuring the movement stability of the first and second rotation support shafts 30 and 40.
In the present application, the first electrical connector 21 has an extended end at the bottom of the base 20, so as to ensure that the first electrical connector 21 can be electrically connected with other structures outside the aperture shutter adjusting apparatus.
In the present application, the lengths of the V-shaped groove 331 and the U-shaped groove 332 of the first mounting plate 33 are slightly smaller than the length of the first mounting plate 33, so that it can be ensured that the V-shaped groove 331 and the U-shaped groove 332 can cover all the first mounting grooves 2221 in the corresponding limiting grooves 222. In addition, during actual use, at least a portion of the first ball 200 is located in the first mounting groove 2221, and at least another portion of the first ball 200 is located in the V-shaped groove 331 or the U-shaped groove 332, so that the first rotation support shaft 30 can rotate relative to the base 20 and friction between the first rotation support shaft 30 and the base 20 can be reduced. Meanwhile, the two first mounting plates 33 are provided with V-shaped grooves 331 and U-shaped grooves 332, respectively, in order to prevent the first balls 200 from getting stuck during the rotation of the first rotation support shaft 30. Also, in the present application, the V-shaped groove 331 means that its opening area gradually contracts in a direction approaching the groove bottom, and the U-shaped groove 332 is that its opening area does not change or changes little in a direction approaching the groove bottom. Of course, the opening width of the U-shaped groove 332 may be larger than the diameter of the first ball 200 in the present application. In the application, by arranging more than two adjacent V-shaped grooves for matching and supporting the first ball 200, the first rotation supporting shaft 30 can be limited, and the deflection and the inclination of the first rotation supporting shaft 30 can be reduced. The V-shaped groove 331 or the U-shaped groove 332 of the second rotation support shaft 40 is the same as the above principle, and thus will not be described again.
Preferably, each first mounting groove 2221 is provided with one first ball 200 at an inside thereof, respectively. Each second mounting groove 44 is internally provided with a second ball 300.
In the present application, the distance from the end of the second fixing post 224 connected to the body of the shroud 22 to the top of the casing 10 is greater than the distance from the end of the first fixing post 223 connected to the body of the shroud 22 to the top of the casing 10, and this arrangement ensures that the shutter blade group 50 is positioned above the aperture blade group 60 after the shutter blade group 50 is mounted to the first fixing post 223 and the aperture blade group 60 is mounted to the second fixing post 224.
In one embodiment of the present application, the shutter blade group 50 includes two shutter blades symmetrically disposed about the center of the first rotation support shaft 30, each shutter blade is connected to one first fixing post 223 and one first toggle post 321, and the opening area of the shutter blade corresponding to the first toggle post 321 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first toggle post 321, thereby ensuring that the first toggle post 321 can rotate the shutter blade with respect to the first fixing post 223 when the first rotation support shaft 30 rotates. In the present embodiment, the principle of the second toggle post 42 and the aperture blade set 60 are the same as the above principle, so that the description thereof is omitted.
