Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a subtitle editing method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is used in a terminal as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps.
In step S101, in response to a subtitle editing operation for a video to be edited, a subtitle to be translated that matches the subtitle editing operation is acquired, and at least one multilingual subtitle style is displayed in a video editing page.
The terminal may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smartphones, tablet computers, internet of things devices and portable wearable devices, while the video to be edited refers to a video that needs to be subjected to subtitle editing processing, and the subtitle editing operation is an operation triggered by a user to edit a subtitle in the video, where the operation may be triggered by the user on a video editing page used for editing the video, may be used for displaying a subtitle in the video to be edited in multiple languages, for example, may translate a subtitle displayed in a language 1 into a subtitle displayed in a language 2 different from the language 1, and simultaneously display the subtitles displayed in the languages 1 and 2 as multiple languages. The subtitle to be translated is a subtitle which needs to be displayed by multilingual subtitles, the multilingual subtitle patterns are used for representing the display patterns of the translated multilingual subtitles, the number of the multilingual subtitle patterns can be multiple, and the display patterns of different multilingual subtitles are represented respectively.
Specifically, when a user triggers a subtitle editing operation for displaying multilingual subtitles in a video to be edited through a video editing page, the terminal can determine the subtitle to be translated which needs multilingual subtitle displaying processing, and can display modes of a plurality of multilingual subtitles on the video editing page.
In step S102, in response to an operation of applying a target subtitle style among the multilingual subtitle styles to the subtitle to be translated, the subtitle to be translated is translated into a translated subtitle that matches the target subtitle style, and the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle are displayed in the video editing page according to the target subtitle style.
The target subtitle style refers to a display style of multilingual subtitles applied to the subtitle to be translated, the target subtitle style can be preset with translated languages, a user can also realize the display of the multilingual subtitles of the subtitle to be translated by triggering an operation of applying the target subtitle style to the subtitle to be translated to the terminal, at the moment, the terminal can respond to the operation, firstly translate the subtitle to be translated into the translated languages preset with the target subtitle style, after the translated subtitle is obtained, the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle obtained after the translation processing of the subtitle to be translated are displayed in the video editing page, so as to realize the display of the multilingual subtitles of the subtitle to be translated according to the display style represented by the target subtitle style.
For example, the multi-language caption styles may include caption style 1, caption style 2 and caption style 3, which correspond to the presentation style 1, the presentation style 2 and the presentation style 3 respectively, after the terminal obtains the caption a to be translated represented by the language 1, the user may trigger an operation of applying the caption style 3 in the multi-language caption styles to the caption to be translated, at this time, the terminal may respond to the operation, the caption style 3 may be used as a target caption style, and at the same time, the caption style 3 may be set to translate the language 1 into the language 2, and then the terminal may first translate the caption a to be translated into the translated caption b to be presented in the language 2, and will present the caption a to be translated and the translated caption b according to the presentation style 3.
In the subtitle editing method, the subtitle to be translated matched with the subtitle editing operation is obtained by responding to the subtitle editing operation aiming at the video to be edited, and at least one multilingual subtitle style is displayed in a video editing page; and translating the subtitle to be translated into a translated subtitle matched with the target subtitle style in response to the operation of applying the target subtitle style in each multilingual subtitle style to the subtitle to be translated, and displaying the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle in the video editing page according to the target subtitle style. According to the method and the device, when the subtitle editing operation is carried out on the video to be edited, the multilingual subtitle style can be displayed on the video editing page, and the user can translate the subtitle to be translated into the translated subtitle matched with the target subtitle style only by applying the target subtitle style in the multilingual subtitle style to be translated, and meanwhile, the subtitle can be displayed according to the target subtitle style, so that after the multilingual subtitle is generated through translation, the user does not need to manually set or modify the subtitle style, and therefore the complexity of the user operation can be reduced, and the efficiency of editing the multilingual subtitle can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, in a case where the video to be edited is not associated with a subtitle in advance, step S101 may further include:
in step S201, in response to a first subtitle editing operation for a video to be edited, a subtitle editing area is presented in a video editing page, and a subtitle style template corresponding to each multilingual subtitle style is presented in a style template presentation area in the subtitle editing area.
In this embodiment, the video to be edited may not be associated with a subtitle in advance, and the subtitle editing operation triggered by the user may be a first subtitle editing operation, where the first subtitle editing operation may be that the user manually adds an associated subtitle to the video to be edited, and then translates the added subtitle into a multi-language subtitle form for display in the video to be edited. The subtitle editing area refers to an area for editing subtitles by a user, and a style template display area for displaying a subtitle style template can be carried in the subtitle editing area. In the style template presentation area, a plurality of subtitle style templates may be carried, and the plurality of subtitle style templates correspond to different multilingual subtitle styles, respectively. In this embodiment, after a user triggers a first subtitle editing operation for a video to be edited, the terminal may respond to the operation, so that a subtitle editing region is added in a displayed video editing page, and at the same time, a subtitle style template corresponding to each multilingual subtitle style is displayed in a style template display region carried in the subtitle editing region.
In step S202, in response to a text input operation triggered in a text input area in a subtitle editing area, first text content input in the text input area is acquired;
in step S203, the first text content is used as a subtitle to be translated, and the subtitle to be translated is added to the video to be edited displayed in the video preview area of the video editing page.
The text input area is an area for inputting subtitle text, for example, may be a text input box carried in a subtitle editing area, the first text content refers to text content input by a user in the text input area, and the video preview area refers to an area for performing video preview on video to be edited in a video editing page. Specifically, the displayed subtitle editing area can also carry a text input area and a video preview area, the user can also input subtitle text in the text input area to trigger text input operation, the terminal can respond to the text input operation, so that first text content input by the user in the text input area is obtained and used as a subtitle to be translated, and simultaneously, the video to be translated, added with the subtitle to be translated input by the user, can be displayed in the video preview area of the video editing page.
As shown in fig. 3, after the user triggers the first subtitle editing operation, the video editing page may include a video preview area and a subtitle editing area, where the subtitle editing area further includes a text input area and a style template display area, where a plurality of subtitle style templates, namely, a style template 1, a style template 2 and a style template 3, may be displayed in the style template display area, so as to represent different multilingual subtitle styles, namely, a subtitle style 1, a subtitle style 2 and a subtitle style 3.
In this embodiment, when the video to be edited is not associated with a subtitle in advance, the user may further trigger the first subtitle editing operation to enable a subtitle editing area to be added in the video editing page, so that entry of a subtitle text may be implemented through a text input area provided in the subtitle editing area, and acquisition of the subtitle to be translated may be implemented, thereby improving diversity of acquisition modes of the subtitle to be translated.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, step S102 may further include:
in step S401, in response to a style template selection operation triggered in the style template display area, the selected subtitle style template is taken as a target subtitle style template, and a translation language currently set by the target subtitle style template is acquired.
The target subtitle style template refers to a subtitle style template selected by a user from a plurality of subtitle style templates displayed in a style template display area, after the plurality of subtitle style templates are displayed in the style template display area, the user can also trigger style template selection operation on one of the subtitle style templates, and the terminal can take the subtitle style template selected by the user as the target subtitle style template and can also determine the translation language currently set by the target subtitle style template.
In step S402, the subtitle to be translated is translated into a translated subtitle matching the currently set translation language;
in step S403, in the video preview area, the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle are displayed according to the target subtitle style corresponding to the target subtitle style template.
After the terminal determines the translation language currently set by the target subtitle style template, the subtitle to be translated can be translated into a translated subtitle corresponding to the currently set translation language, for example, the subtitle to be translated may be a Chinese subtitle, and the currently set translation language of the target subtitle style template may be an English language, so that the subtitle to be translated can be translated into the corresponding English subtitle as the translated subtitle, and meanwhile, the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle can be displayed in a video preview area according to the display style represented by the target subtitle style template, namely, the target subtitle style.
Taking fig. 3 as an example, a plurality of subtitle style templates, namely, a style template 1, a style template 2 and a style template 3, may be displayed in the style template display area, after the user selects the style template 2, the terminal may border the style template 2, represent the style template 2 as a target subtitle style template selected by the user, and if the translation language currently set by the style template 2 is english, the terminal may further input a text a, which may be a chinese text, in the text input area, by the user, translate the text a into a corresponding english text, namely, a text b, and use the text b as a post-translation subtitle, and may display the text a and the text b in the video preview area according to the display style 2 represented by the style template 2, namely, display the text a2 and the text b2 in the video preview area, which may be shown in fig. 5.
In this embodiment, the user may also select the subtitle style template, so that the selected subtitle style template is used as the target subtitle style template, and the translation processing is performed on the subtitle to be translated according to the translation language preset by the target subtitle style template, so that the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle can be displayed in the video preview area according to the target subtitle style, thereby implementing adding the subtitle style template to the multilingual subtitle, and further improving the efficiency of multilingual subtitle editing.
In an exemplary embodiment, after step S403, as shown in fig. 6, the method may further include:
in step S601, a text input area is presented in response to a subtitle content update operation triggered for a subtitle to be translated presented in a video preview area, and updated text content input in the text input area is acquired;
in step S602, the updated text content is used as the updated subtitle to be translated, and the updated subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle are displayed in the video preview area according to the target subtitle style.
The subtitle content updating operation is an operation for updating the subtitle content of the subtitle to be translated, the operation may be that a user performs double-click triggering on the subtitle to be translated displayed in the video preview area, the updated text content refers to updated text content, after the user performs the subtitle content updating operation on the subtitle to be translated displayed in the video preview area, the terminal may display the text input area again, at this time, the user may update the input text content in the text input area, and then the terminal may update the input text content of the user to serve as updated text content, and at the same time, may also use the updated text content input by the user as updated subtitle to be translated, so that in the video preview area, the updated subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle are displayed according to the target subtitle style.
Taking fig. 5 as an example, text a2 and text b2 are currently displayed in the video preview area, that is, text a and text b displayed in display style 2, where text a is chinese text, and text b is english text corresponding to text a, if a user needs to update the caption text displayed in the video preview area, the operation of updating caption content may be triggered by double clicking the text a2 and the text b2 displayed in the video preview area, at this time, the terminal may display the text input area again, the user may input updated text content, that is, input text c of chinese text, at this time, in the video preview area, updated captions to be translated and non-updated translated captions, that is, display text c2 and text b2 in the video preview area, and at the same time, the text input area may also carry a ∈control for confirming the updated text content, as shown in fig. 7.
In step S603, in response to the translation text updating operation for updating the text content, the updated subtitle to be translated is translated into an updated translated subtitle matching the currently set translation language, and in the video preview area, the updated subtitle to be translated and the updated translated subtitle are displayed according to the target subtitle style.
In step S602, since only the updated subtitle to be translated is displayed in the video preview area and the translated subtitle is the subtitle before the update, in order to achieve synchronous update of the subtitle, the user may trigger the update operation of the translated text after completing the input of the updated text content, and the terminal may translate the updated subtitle to be translated into the updated subtitle after the translation matching the currently set translation language again, thereby displaying the updated subtitle to be translated and the updated subtitle after the translation in the video preview area according to the target subtitle style.
For example, the text c2 and the text b2 are shown in the video preview area in fig. 7, at this time, the user may click on the ∈control for confirming the updated text content to indicate that the updated text content has been updated, at this time, the terminal may show a new window in the video editing page, as shown in fig. 8, where the window may include two confirm update controls, which are respectively an "update translate" control and an "no update" control. When the user clicks the "update translation" control, it is regarded as triggering the translation text update operation, and at this time, the text c may be translated into the corresponding english text, i.e. the text d, and the text c2 and the text d2 are displayed in the video preview area, which means that the text c and the text d displayed in the display style 2 may be shown in fig. 9. If the user clicks the "not update" control, the translation text update operation is not triggered, and the terminal keeps displaying the text c2 and the text b2, and does not translate the text b2 update into the text d2.
In this embodiment, the user may update the subtitle content of the subtitle to be translated through a subtitle content update operation, and may implement synchronous update displayed in the video preview area during the process of inputting the update text, and may also update the translated subtitle by triggering a translation text update operation after completing the input of the update text.
In an exemplary embodiment, step S401 may further include: responding to a translation language setting operation triggered by aiming at a target subtitle style template, and displaying a first translation language setting area carrying translation language controls representing different translation languages in a subtitle editing area; and responding to the selection operation of the translation language control triggered in the first translation language setting area, acquiring the selected translation language control, and taking the translation language represented by the selected translation language control as the translation language currently set by the target subtitle style template.
The translation language setting operation refers to an operation of setting a translation language, and a user can also set a translation language corresponding to a target subtitle style template, for example, the translation language represented by the target subtitle style template is an english language, but if the user wishes to translate a subtitle to be translated into a japanese text, the translation language setting operation can be triggered on the target subtitle style template to change the translation language, and the translation language setting operation can be that the user selects the target subtitle style template and clicks the target subtitle style template again to trigger. At this time, the terminal can respond to the triggering operation, and a setting area for setting the translation languages, namely a first translation language setting area, is displayed in the subtitle editing area, and can carry a plurality of translation language controls in the first translation language setting area to represent translation languages of different types.
For example, taking fig. 5 as an example, the target subtitle style template may be style template 2, the translation language set by the current style template 2 is english, if the user needs to reset the translation language of the style template 2, the style template 2 may be clicked again to set the translation language of the target subtitle style template, at this time, as shown in fig. 10, in the subtitle editing area, a new window is added to display a first translation language setting area, the area carries multiple translation language controls, which are respectively a language control 1, a language control 2 and a language control 3, where the language control 1 characterizes english, the language control 2 characterizes japanese, and the language control 3 characterizes japanese, because the translation language set by the current style template 2 is english, the current default language control 1 is default, and if the user needs to translate the subtitle to be translated to japanese, the translation language is realized by selecting the language control 2, and the translation language of the target style is translated to japanese is realized.
In this embodiment, the user may set the translation language of the target subtitle style template through the setting operation of the translation language, so that each subtitle style template may support multiple languages of translation, and the multilingual subtitle may not be limited to subtitle display between two languages, but may implement the translation of multilingual subtitles by setting multiple translation language controls, thereby further improving the intelligence of subtitle translation.
Further, after the selected translation language control is obtained, the method further comprises the following steps: and taking the translation language represented by the selected translation language control as the translation language currently set by each subtitle style template in the style template display area.
After the user selects the translation language control, i.e. the setting of the translation language aiming at the target subtitle style template is completed, the terminal can set the translation language represented by the translation language control as the translation language currently set by each subtitle style template in the style template display area, so as to realize the unified setting of the translation languages of all subtitle style templates. For example, the target subtitle style template selected by the user may be style template 2, and after the user sets the translation language of style template 2, the translation language of style template 2 may be set to japanese language, so for the rest style templates 1 and 3, the terminal may also set the translation languages of style templates 1 and 3 to japanese language, thereby implementing unified setting of style templates.
In this embodiment, when the user selects the translation language control, after setting the translation language for the target subtitle style template is completed, the set translation language may be applied to all subtitle style templates, so that unified setting of the translation language is achieved, and if the user needs to use other subtitle style templates, the user does not need to set the translation language of the subtitle style template again, so that the efficiency of editing the subtitle may be further improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, each subtitle style template carries default text content and default translated content after translation of the default text content according to the translation language currently set by the target subtitle style template; as shown in fig. 11, after step S201, it may further include:
in step S1101, in response to a style template selection operation triggered in the style template display area, the selected subtitle style template is used as a target subtitle style template, and default text content and default translation content are displayed in the video preview area according to a target subtitle style corresponding to the target subtitle style template.
In this embodiment, each subtitle style template carries default text content and default translated content after translation of the default text content according to a translation language currently set by the target subtitle style template, where the default text content and the default translated content are translation languages for illustrating the subtitle style template, and a multilingual subtitle display style of the subtitle style template. If the user triggers the style template selection operation on the caption style template instead of inputting the text content, the terminal can take the caption style template selected by the user as the target caption style template, and display the default text content and the default translation content carried by the target caption style template according to the display style corresponding to the target caption style template, namely, the target caption style.
For example, the style template 2 may be preset with default text content and default translation content, which are respectively text e and text f, and simultaneously, the style template 2 may display text e2 and text f2 to represent the default text content and the default translation content as text e and text f, respectively, and the subtitle style corresponding to the style template 2 is represented as display style 2, and the style templates 1 and 3 may also be similarly provided with default text content and default translation content, which are respectively default text content and default translation content, and display text e1 and text f1, and display text e3 and text f3, respectively. When the user triggers a selection operation for the style template 2 without inputting text content, the terminal may then display the text e2 and the text f2 in the video preview area, and the characterizing text e and the text f are displayed by the display styles 2 corresponding to the style template 2, as shown in fig. 12.
In step S1102, in response to a text input operation triggered in a text input area in the subtitle editing area, second text content input in the text input area is acquired;
in step S1103, the second text content is used as the subtitle to be translated, and in the video preview area, the subtitle to be translated and the default translated content are displayed according to the target subtitle style.
And then, the user can also input the caption text to be translated in the text input area, so that the terminal can respond to the operation to acquire the text content input by the user in the text input area in real time as the second text content, and can further update the default text content displayed in the video preview area by taking the second text content as the caption to be translated, thereby realizing the real-time updating display of the caption to be translated, namely displaying the caption to be translated and the default translated content according to the target caption style in the video preview area.
For example, the second text content input by the user in the text input area may be text a, and then the terminal may replace text e2 shown in the video preview area with the shown text a2, and the representation also shows style 2 to show text a, so as to implement real-time preview of real-time input of text a, while default translation content, i.e. text f2, remains unchanged.
In step S1104, in response to the translation text update operation for the second text content, the subtitle to be translated is translated into a translated subtitle matching the currently set translation language, and the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle are displayed in the video preview area according to the target subtitle style.
Finally, after the user finishes inputting the second text content, the user can trigger a translation text updating operation for the second text content to enable the subtitle to be translated displayed in the video preview area to be suitable for the translated subtitle, and the current subtitle to be translated characterizes the second text content input by the user, and the translated subtitle characterizes default translation content which is not the translation of the second text content but the translation of the default text content, so that the user can trigger the translation text updating operation for the second text content to realize the translation processing of the second text content serving as the subtitle to be translated, and obtain the translated subtitle, thereby realizing that the subtitle to be translated and the translated subtitle are displayed in the video preview area according to the target subtitle style.
For example, the caption text shown in the current video preview area is text a2 and text f2, and then the user can implement the text a2 to be translated into the corresponding text b2 by triggering the translation text update operation, and the caption text is shown in the video preview area.
In this embodiment, the subtitle style template may further carry default text content and corresponding default translation content, after the user selects the subtitle style template, if no subtitle text is input, the terminal may display the default text content and default translation content, and when the user inputs the second text content as the subtitle to be translated, the user may preview the subtitle to be translated in real time in the video preview area, so as to provide multiple implementation manners for multilingual subtitle editing.
In an exemplary embodiment, in case that the video to be edited is pre-associated with a subtitle, step S101 may further include: responding to a second subtitle editing operation triggered by aiming at a target subtitle carried in a video to be edited, taking the target subtitle as a subtitle to be translated, and displaying a subtitle editing area in a video editing page; and displaying a subtitle style template corresponding to each multilingual subtitle style in a style template display area in the subtitle editing area, and displaying the text content of the target subtitle in a text input area in the subtitle editing area.
If the video to be edited is pre-associated with a subtitle, that is, if the video to be edited is pre-added with a subtitle, if the user needs to edit the video to be edited with multilingual subtitles, the second subtitle editing operation for translating the target subtitle into multilingual subtitle form may be triggered by triggering the target subtitle in the subtitle pre-associated with the video to be edited, for example, the second subtitle editing operation may be double-click triggering the target subtitle. At this time, the terminal may use the target subtitle as a subtitle to be translated, where the subtitle is required to be translated in multiple languages, and display a subtitle editing area for editing the subtitle by the user in the video editing page, where the subtitle editing area may carry a style template display area for displaying a style template of the subtitle, and a text input area for displaying or modifying a text of the subtitle. In the style template display area, a plurality of caption style templates can be carried, and the caption style templates respectively correspond to different multilingual caption styles, and in the text input area, text content corresponding to the target caption can be displayed.
In this embodiment, after a second subtitle editing operation for a target subtitle is triggered by a user, the terminal may respond to the second subtitle editing operation, so that a subtitle editing region is added in a displayed video editing page, and at the same time, a subtitle style template corresponding to each multilingual subtitle style is displayed in a style template display region carried in the subtitle editing region, and text content corresponding to the target subtitle is displayed in a text input region carried in the subtitle editing region.
In this embodiment, if the video to be edited is pre-associated with a subtitle, the user may further perform a second subtitle editing operation on the target subtitle associated with the video to implement editing processing on the target subtitle, thereby implementing multilingual subtitle processing on the pre-associated subtitle, and further improving applicability of multilingual subtitle processing.
In addition, the subtitle editing method may further include: responding to a third subtitle editing operation triggered by aiming at the target subtitle, acquiring a current subtitle style displayed in a video to be edited by the target subtitle, and displaying a second translation language setting area carrying translation language controls representing different translation languages in a video editing page; responding to the selection operation for the translation language control triggered in the second translation language setting area, and acquiring the selected translation language control and the translation language represented by the selected translation language control; and translating the target subtitle into a translated subtitle according to the translation language represented by the translation language control, and displaying the translated subtitle on a corresponding display position of the target subtitle according to the current subtitle style.
The current subtitle style refers to a subtitle style currently applied to the target subtitle, and the second translated language setting area is an area for setting translated languages in the video editing page. When the user triggers the third subtitle editing operation on the subtitle to generate the multilingual subtitle corresponding to the target subtitle, the third subtitle editing operation may be triggered by a toolbar carried in the video editing page after the user selects the target subtitle.
Specifically, after the user triggers the third subtitle editing operation for the target subtitle, the terminal may obtain the subtitle style currently displayed by the target subtitle in the video to be edited, that is, the current subtitle style, and display the second translation language setting area carrying the translation language controls representing different translation languages in the video editing page. The user can also execute selection operation on one of the translation language controls in the second translation language setting area to select one of the translation language controls, at this time, the terminal can determine the translation language control selected by the user and the translation language represented by the selected translation language control, so that the target subtitle can be translated according to the translation language represented by the translation language control to obtain a translated subtitle, the translated subtitle can be displayed according to the current subtitle style of the target subtitle, the multilingual subtitle display of the target subtitle can be realized, and the translated subtitle can be ensured to have the same subtitle display style as the target subtitle.
As shown in fig. 13, a subtitle is pre-associated with a video to be edited, and the associated subtitle, that is, a text g1, may be displayed, where the text g1 is characterized as a text g to be used as a subtitle, and is displayed according to a display style 1, and a toolbar may be included in a video editing page, where a "bilingual subtitle" control is carried in the toolbar, and after the user selects the text g1, if the text g1 needs to be translated into a multilingual subtitle, a third subtitle editing operation may be triggered by clicking the "bilingual subtitle" control carried in the toolbar. At this time, as shown in fig. 14, the video editing page may display the translated language controls carrying the characters of different translated languages, which are the second translated language setting areas of the language control 1, the language control 2 and the language control 3, respectively, and the user may also perform a selection operation on one of the language controls, for example, select the language control 1, if the language control 1 represents that the translated language is english, the text g may be translated into a text h corresponding to the english language, and display the text h1 at the corresponding display position of the text g1, which indicates that the text h is displayed in the same current subtitle style as the text g, that is, display style 1.
In this embodiment, the user may further trigger the third subtitle editing operation to the target subtitle to implement multi-language subtitle display on the target subtitle, and may further enable the subtitle translated from the target subtitle to have the same subtitle display style as the target subtitle, thereby further improving the intelligence of multi-language subtitle display.
In an exemplary embodiment, the number of pre-associated subtitles of the video to be edited is at least two; the second translation language setting area carries a translation language application control; after the selected translation language control and the translation language represented by the selected translation language control are obtained, the method can further comprise: responding to triggering operation of application controls for translation languages, and displaying a subtitle list corresponding to the video to be edited; the subtitle list comprises subtitles which are pre-associated with the video to be edited; responding to the selection operation of the subtitles contained in the subtitle list, and acquiring the selected subtitles in the subtitle list as a plurality of subtitles to be translated; and respectively translating each subtitle to be translated according to the translation language represented by the translation language control to obtain translated subtitles respectively corresponding to each subtitle to be translated, and displaying the translated subtitles respectively corresponding to each subtitle to be translated on the corresponding display position of each subtitle to be translated according to the current subtitle style.
In this embodiment, the number of pre-associated subtitles of the video to be edited may be at least two, that is, the video to be edited carries a plurality of subtitles in advance, and at the same time, a translation language application control for applying the translation language to the plurality of subtitles in the second translation language setting area may be set in the second translation language setting area. The subtitle list contains the subtitles associated with the video to be edited in advance. The user can execute selection operation on the subtitles contained in the subtitle list, and the terminal can respectively serve the subtitles selected by the user in the subtitle list as a plurality of subtitles to be translated, so that the plurality of subtitles to be translated selected by the user are respectively translated according to the translation languages represented by the translation language control, and the corresponding translated subtitles are displayed according to the current subtitle style of each subtitle to be translated.
For example, as shown in fig. 14, in the second translation language setting area carrying the language control 1, the language control 2 and the language control 3, an "application subtitle selection" control may be further carried as a translation language application control, when the user clicks the "application subtitle selection" control to perform a triggering operation, the terminal may further display a subtitle list including subtitle a, subtitle b and subtitle c, and the user may further select one or more subtitles included in the subtitle list, or may select subtitle a and subtitle c, so that the terminal may then use the selected subtitle a and subtitle c as the subtitle to be translated, translate the subtitle a and the subtitle c into the english language form represented by the language control 1, and display the text according to the current styles corresponding to the subtitle a and the subtitle c in the corresponding positions of a and subtitle c. That is, if the subtitle a is shown in the showing style 1, the translated subtitle corresponding to the subtitle a is also shown in the showing style 1, and if the subtitle c is shown in the showing style 2, the translated subtitle corresponding to the subtitle c is also shown in the showing style 2.
In this embodiment, the displaying of the multilingual subtitles by one-key addition of the multiple subtitles pre-associated with the video to be edited can also be achieved through the translation language application control, so that the efficiency of the multilingual subtitles is further improved.
