The solid line of the conveying track in fig. 1 shows that the conveying track comprises a first group of conveying tracks which are sequentially communicated with a material preparation area a, a pressurizing area B, a cooling area C and a discharging area D, and a second group of conveying tracks which are arranged in the material preparation area a, and the bottom end of the material preparation area a in fig. 1 can be conveyed to the top end of the material preparation area a to perform pouring of the next round of molten metal through the lower half type 21 of cooling, discharging, cleaning and coating by arranging the second group of conveying tracks in the material preparation area a, and then the next round of molten metal pressurizing and forming work is performed, so that the forming line forms a closed loop to facilitate the dispatching and management of the conveying platform 11.
In fig. 1, the conveying rail is an endless rail which communicates with the stock area a, the pressurizing area B, the cooling area C, and the discharging area D in this order, as indicated by a broken line of the conveying rail.
The conveying platform 11 can circularly move among the material preparation area A, the pressurizing area B, the cooling area C and the unloading area D through the annular track, and the forming line forms a closed loop, so that the dispatching and the management of the conveying platform 11 are facilitated.
In a further embodiment of the discharge zone D, the ferrous metal liquid critical press forming line as shown in fig. 6 further comprises: a discharge press 4 arranged in the discharge area D, and a lower core print 23 arranged in the lower half 21.

When the lower half-mould 21 is placed between the lower unloading machine table 41 and the unloading ejection cylinder 44 of the unloading press 4, the unloading ejection cylinder 44 is pressed down to enable the ejection rod to prop against the lower core head 23 in the unloading hole, and the unloading ejection cylinder 44 drives the lower core head 23 to move towards the mould cavity direction of the lower half-mould 21, so that a product is separated from the lower half-mould 21.
After the lower half 21 is turned over to a position where the product is located below the lower half 21 as shown in fig. 6, the end of the lower half 21 provided with the die cavity is abutted against the conveying device 1, then the unloading ejection cylinder 44 is abutted against the end of the lower core print 23 away from the die cavity, and then the unloading ejection cylinder 44 drives the lower core print 23 to move in the direction of the die cavity of the lower half 21, so that the product is separated from the lower half 21.
In this embodiment, at least two conveying apparatuses 1 may be provided, wherein the conveying apparatus 1 moving between the cooling area C and the discharge area D is a discharge conveying apparatus including a discharge conveying platform, which may be a closed flat-plate-shaped platform, and a discharge conveying roller provided below the discharge conveying platform, the conveying apparatus moving between the pressurizing area B and the cooling area C is a pressurizing conveying apparatus including a pressurizing conveying platform, and a pressurizing conveying roller provided below the discharge conveying platform, which requires the lower half-form 21 to be taken out from the pressurizing apparatus 3, so that the pressurizing conveying platform is a concave-shaped platform, wherein positioning blocks may be selectively provided or not provided on the discharge conveying platform and the pressurizing conveying platform according to positioning requirements.
The automatic unloading can be realized through the unloading press 4, the labor cost is reduced, the manual participation rate is reduced, the safety coefficient is improved, the work damage rate is reduced, the lower core head 23 only needs to ensure sealing before cooling, the product is separated from the lower half type 21 by pressurizing the lower core head 23 during unloading, the high-precision matching precision of the sealing effect is not required while the lower core head 23 is displaced in the lower half type 21, and the problem of high production and maintenance cost of a forming line caused by high matching precision of the lower core head 23 in the lower half type 21 in the prior art is solved.
In another embodiment, the unloading lower machine 41 may not be provided, only the lower core print 23 provided in the lower half 21 may be added, after the lower half 21 is cooled, the lower half 21 may be turned over to a position where the product is located below the lower half 21, and then the lower core print 23 may be moved in the direction of the cavity of the lower half 21 by applying pressure to the lower core print 23 by means of manual knocking, so as to separate the product from the lower half 21.
The production and use costs of the formed wire can be reduced by manual unloading.
In a further embodiment shown in fig. 1, the ferrous metal liquid critical press forming line further comprises: and the manipulators 5 are arranged in the material preparation area A and/or the pressurizing area B and/or the cooling area C and/or the unloading area D, the manipulators 5 are matched with the lower half-mould 21, and the manipulators 5 are used for moving the position or angle of the lower half-mould 21.
The automatic cleaning, coating, moving and overturning of the die 2 can be realized by controlling the action cooperation of the manipulator 5 through control equipment such as a PLC, so that the manpower is reduced, and the accident rate is reduced.
In the second aspect
A critical press forming process of a ferrous metal liquid critical press forming line based on the first aspect includes:
S1, mounting the lower half-mould 21 on the conveying equipment 1 in the material preparation area A, and pouring molten metal into a mould cavity of the lower half-mould 21.
S2, the conveying equipment 1 conveys the lower half-mould 21 poured with the molten metal to the pressurizing area B.
And S3, when the mold 2 moves to a preset position of the pressurizing area B, the pressurizing device 3 is pressed down into the mold cavity to pressurize the molten metal in the mold cavity.
S4, after the pressurizing work is completed, the upper half mold 22 is separated from the lower half mold 21, and the conveying equipment 1 conveys the lower half mold 21 to the cooling area C for cooling.
S5, after the cooling work is completed, the lower half mold 21 is separated from the product, so that the product and the lower half mold 21 can be cooled together, the utilization rate of the pressurizing equipment 3 is improved, and the production efficiency of the formed wire is improved.
The product and the die 2 can be cooled together, the utilization rate of the pressurizing equipment 3 is improved, and the production efficiency of the forming line is improved.
By moving the product and the lower mold half 21 to the cooling area C for cooling, since the mold 2 is a wearing part, the longer the line service time is, the more the processing cost of the cooling runner is lost, and therefore, compared with the technical scheme of processing the cooling runner in the mold 2, the processing cost of the cooling runner can be saved, the cooling efficiency can be improved, and the production efficiency of the mold 2 can also be improved.
In a further embodiment of the critical press forming process, the critical press forming process further comprises: s3.1, in S3, when the molten metal in the die cavity is in the critical range of solid-liquid intersection, the pressurizing device 3 pressurizes the die cavity again.
By pressurizing the mold cavity by the pressurizing device 3 when the molten metal in the mold cavity is in the critical range of solid-liquid intersection, compared with the prior art when the pressurizing device directly pressurizes the liquid metal, the matching precision of the upper half mold 22 and the lower half mold 21 can be reduced, the molten metal can be prevented from flowing out of the matching position of the upper half mold 22 and the lower half mold 21 when the matching precision is low, the difficulty of entering the mold cavity by the upper half mold 22 is low, the production and maintenance cost of a forming line is reduced, the temperature of the molten metal and the mold 2 when the pressurizing device 3 pressurizes the mold 2 is further reduced, the damage rate of the mold 2 is reduced, and the maintenance frequency is further reduced.
In addition, the upper half 22 is in contact with the molten metal in the critical range of the solid-liquid intersection, so that the adhesion rate between the molten metal and the upper half 22 can be reduced, and after the pressurizing operation is completed, the upper half 22 can be pressurized to the next lower half 21 by only cleaning or not cleaning the upper half 22, so that the preparation time of the upper half 22 is reduced.
In a further embodiment of the second aspect, the critical press forming process further comprises: s5.1, in the process of separating the lower half-mould 21 from the product, the lower half-mould 21 is turned over to enable the product in the mould cavity to face the ground direction, and then the lower half-mould 21 is separated from the product.
The overturning process can be that two electric hoist are connected in an exchanging way to the lifting lug 24, one group of electric hoist is firstly used for lifting one end of the lower half-mould 21 by the upper chain, then the other group of electric hoist is used for lifting the other end of the lower half-mould 21 by the lower chain to realize the overturning of the lower half-mould 21, and then the lower half-mould 21 is lifted and then placed on the conveying platform 11 of the conveying equipment.
The product in the die cavity can be used for assisting in demolding of the product by utilizing the gravity of the product towards the ground, and the lower half 21 and the product are cooled together in the cooling area, so that the product is high in cooling speed and high in strength, the probability of impact damage is low, and the technical scheme of quickly separating the lower half 21 from the product by enabling the lower half 21 to be overturned to enable the product in the die cavity to face the ground can be realized.
Examples

The lower half 21 in the molten metal preparation area A can be turned or moved by a manual or mechanical arm or an electric hoist.
