A method for preparing the solid medicament for preventing and treating wood bees, wherein,
1. weighing organic solvent according to the components of the medicament, and placing the organic solvent in a container;
2. weighing a curing agent according to the components of the medicament, and adding the curing agent into the container;
3. heating the mixture of the organic solvent and the curing agent to 70-90 ℃, and electromagnetically stirring until the solid is melted to form homogeneous liquid;
4. the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing organophosphorus insecticide and pyrethroid insecticide which are active ingredients of the preparation according to the preparation ingredients, adding the organophosphorus insecticide and the pyrethroid insecticide into the container, stirring and dissolving uniformly, pouring the mixture into a mould for cooling and shaping, and obtaining the finished product of the preparation.

Then, continuously adding 10g of 58# solid paraffin, 15g of polyethylene glycol (20 000) and 6.5g of sodium stearate, heating to 65 ℃, stirring and dissolving uniformly, pouring into a mould, cooling and shaping to obtain the medicament 1.
The medicament 2 may be prepared according to a method comprising the steps of: respectively weighing and adding 20g of methyl oleate, 15g of propylene glycol and 32g of isopropanol, continuously adding 2% of microcrystalline wax, 5% of 58# solid paraffin, 20% of polyethylene glycol (20 000) and 5% of sodium stearate into a 500mL round bottom flask, heating to reflux, stirring and dissolving uniformly, then weighing 0.53g of 95% dichlorvos and 0.53g of 95% cypermethrin, completely dissolving the raw materials under electromagnetic stirring, pouring into a mould, and cooling and shaping to obtain the medicament 2.
The medicament 3 may be prepared according to a method comprising the steps of: 2.63g of 95% methyl pyrimidine phosphorus crude drug and 2.04g of 98% high-efficiency cyhalothrin crude drug are weighed, 25g of 200# solvent oil, 15g of n-butyl alcohol, 10g of DMSO and 29.8g of propylene glycol are respectively weighed and added into a 500mL beaker, and the crude drugs are completely dissolved under electromagnetic stirring. Then, continuously adding 15g of 58# solid paraffin, 15g of polyethylene glycol (20 000) and 0.5g of chitosan, heating to 65 ℃, stirring and dissolving uniformly, pouring into a mould, cooling and shaping to obtain the medicament 3.

98% lambda-cyhalothrin, 98% deltamethrin and 98% cypermethrin: jiangsu Yangnong chemical Co., ltd.
A preparation method of a solid pesticide for controlling wood bees comprises the following steps: heating and dissolving the curing agent in an organic solvent, adding the active ingredients, fully dissolving, uniformly mixing, pouring into a mould, cooling and shaping to obtain the finished product of the product.
The invention also provides a use method of the solid pesticide for controlling wood bees, which comprises the following steps:
taking about 2g of finished product, and plugging at the wood honeycomb cave entrance, wherein the solid medicament is softer before the organic solvent is completely volatilized, is easy to shape, and can well plug the wood honeycomb cave entrance. And killing all wood bees in the nest within 3-7 days.
In the invention, the harmful pests in the wood structure building are mainly different types of wood bees, such as Huang Xiongmu bees, trichogramma, longhorn bees and the like, and also can be longhorn beetles and larvae thereof. When the solid insecticide is used, the solid insecticide can be directly plugged into nest inlets of pests, and the pests in the whole nest can be killed through fumigation.
According to the characteristics of nest holes left when wood is damaged by wood bees, the medicament is manufactured into a medicament strip with the diameter of about 8-10mm, and the medicament is directly put into the entrance of the wood bees when in use, or directly seals the entrance of the nest, can be further firmly adhered by adhesive tapes, and can kill the whole nest wood bees through fumigation.
Biological Activity test
According to the method, the solid insecticide agent 1 is prepared, 100g of the solid insecticide agent 1 is prepared, about 3g of the solid insecticide agent 1 is taken in the evening of 29 days of 4 months of 2022, the solid insecticide agent 1 is directly plugged into the entrance of a wooden honeycomb hole, and after 5 days, the wooden honeycomb is planed to observe the survival state of the wooden honeycomb. 6 wood beehives are treated in total. Table 1 is statistics of survival status of wood bees after treatment.

From table 1 it can be seen that the solid insecticide is fast and effective in killing wood wasp adults in the hives, the adult mortality rate of 6 hives is 100%, and only the outermost one of the larvae is killed. Analyzing the reason, the wood bee larvae have intervals formed by wood chips, and as shown in figure 1, the gas medicament is difficult to quickly permeate, so that the medicament has low activity of killing the larvae in a short time; moreover, the nest inlet is blocked, the adult tries to fly out of the nest inlet and is necessarily contacted with the solid insecticide, and the contact killing and stomach poisoning effects of the insecticide can also accelerate death of the adult. The solid insecticide is used for preventing and controlling the timing of taking the medicine, the wooden bees just end hibernation and do not lay eggs in the beginning of 3 months in winter every year, the habit of the wooden bees for homing in the evening can be utilized, and the solid insecticide is used for killing the adult wooden bees in a concentrated time.
Claims (10)
1. A solid insecticide for controlling wood bees, which is characterized in that: the solid pesticide comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-5% of organophosphorus insecticide, 0.5-2% of pyrethroid insecticide, 30-60% of organic solvent and the balance of curing agent;
the active ingredients of the medicament are organophosphorus insecticide and pyrethroid insecticide, and the medicament has the combination of fumigation, contact killing and stomach poisoning effects when in use.
2. A solid insecticide according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of the following relatively soluble or less volatile substances: glycerol, propylene glycol, DMF, 150# solvent oil, n-butanol, methyl oleate, isopropanol, and ethanol.
3. A solid insecticide according to claim 1, wherein the solidifying agent is selected from the group consisting of the following higher melting or higher viscosity materials: 58# solid paraffin, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene glycol, carboxymethyl cellulose, stearic acid (sodium).
4. The solid insecticide for controlling wood bees according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass based on the total amount of the insecticide: 5-10% of 58# solid paraffin, 0.2-0.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 10-20% of polyethylene glycol (20 000) and 5-10% of sodium stearate.
5. The solid insecticide for controlling wood bees of claim 1, wherein said organophosphorus insecticide is selected from one of malathion, dichlorvos and methyl pyrifos, and said pyrethroid insecticide is selected from one of deltamethrin, cypermethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin.
6. A solid insecticide for controlling wood bees as claimed in claim 1, wherein the agent is selected from one of the following ingredients:
formulation 1: 5+/-1% of malathion, 2+/-1% of deltamethrin, 31.5+/-5% of a curing agent and the balance of an organic solvent, wherein the curing agent comprises 58# solid paraffin, polyethylene glycol (20 000) and sodium stearate, and the organic solvent comprises 150# solvent oil, n-butanol, glycerol and isopropanol;
formulation 2: 0.5+/-0.1% of dichlorvos, 0.5+/-0.1% of cypermethrin, 32+/-5% of curing agent and the balance of organic solvent, wherein the curing agent comprises microcrystalline wax, 58# solid paraffin, polyethylene glycol (20 000) and sodium stearate, and the organic solvent comprises methyl oleate, propylene glycol and isopropanol;
formulation 3: 2.5+/-0.5% of methyl pyrimidine phosphorus, 2+/-0.4% of lambda-cyhalothrin, 30+/-5% of curing agent and the balance of organic solvent, wherein the curing agent comprises carboxymethyl cellulose, 58# solid paraffin, polyethylene glycol (20 000) and sodium stearate, and the organic solvent comprises methyl oleate, DMF and ethanol.
7. A method for preparing the solid medicament for controlling wood bees according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
1. weighing organic solvent according to the components of the medicament, and placing the organic solvent in a container;
2. weighing a curing agent according to the components of the medicament, and adding the curing agent into the container;
3. heating the mixture of the organic solvent and the curing agent to 70-90 ℃, and electromagnetically stirring until the solid is melted to form homogeneous liquid;
4. the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing organophosphorus insecticide and pyrethroid insecticide which are active ingredients of the preparation according to the preparation ingredients, adding the organophosphorus insecticide and the pyrethroid insecticide into the container, stirring and dissolving uniformly, pouring the mixture into a mould for cooling and shaping, and obtaining the finished product of the preparation.
8. A method of using the solid medicament for controlling wood bees according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1. determining nest holes left when wood is damaged by the wood bees;
2. taking 2-4 g of solid medicament, and preparing the medicament into a medicament strip with the diameter of 8-10mm in a soft and plastic state which is easy to shape before the organic solvent is completely volatilized;
3. placing the medicinal strips into the inlets of the nest holes and/or blocking the inlets of the nest holes, and keeping for 3-7 days to kill all wood bees in the nest;
the method has the effects of fumigation, contact killing and stomach poisoning.
9. The method of using a solid medicament for controlling wood bees according to claim 8, wherein in the step 3, the medicinal strip is further adhered by an adhesive tape.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the agent is used for controlling Huang Xiongmu bees, trichogramma, longhornet, collar bees, longhornet and larvae thereof.
