7. The retractable and freely rotatable oral spray as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer wall of the moving ring (603) and the inner wall of the annular cavity (601) are mutually attached.
8. The retractable and freely rotatable oral spray of claim 1, wherein: the outer wall of the movable disc (614) is attached to the inner wall of the bottle body (1).
9. The retractable and freely rotatable oral spray as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom end of the spray pipe (4) penetrates through the top surface of the moving disc (614).
