The added bisaminosilane oligomer has the characteristics of high polarity and easy migration, can effectively improve the surface polarity of the material and the paint adhesion strength, is also used as an effective powder dispersing agent, prevents aggregation of filling powder, and further improves the mechanical property of the material; the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer added by the invention can be effectively compatible with the copolymer and the toughening agent, has small influence on the overall mechanical property of the material, and does not influence the application range of the material.

The polypropylene has good mechanical properties, and can be directly manufactured or modified to manufacture parts of various mechanical equipment, such as industrial pipelines, agricultural water pipes, motor fans, foundation templates and the like. The modified polypropylene can be molded into bumpers, rubbing strips, automobile steering wheels, instrument panels and interior trim parts, and can be used for manufacturing insulating shells of household appliances and inner containers of washing machines, and is widely used as insulating materials of wires, cables and other appliances.
The appearance and decoration requirements of polypropylene materials are continuously improved while polypropylene is widely used. However, polypropylene is a nonpolar crystalline material, and has extremely low surface energy, poor surface wettability and excessively different polarity from the coating component, so that the polypropylene material product is difficult to carry out surface coating operation. Additional treatments of the polypropylene surface are therefore required to increase the polarity of the surface of the article. Common treatment processes include: flame treatment, chemical oxidation treatment, corona discharge treatment, plasma treatment, surface coating treatment, and the like. The method has high cost, and the stability and operability cannot be ensured at the same time.

The toughening agent is an ethylene-octene copolymer, the melt flow rate of the toughening agent is 4-6g/10min under the condition of 190 ℃/2.16kg, the density is less than or equal to 0.88g/cm 3, and the toughening agent is brand 8200 and is purchased from the Dow chemical;
An antioxidant which is formed by mixing at least three of pentaerythritol tetra [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate (namely an antioxidant 1010), n-stearyl beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate (namely an antioxidant 1076), tri- (2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite (namely an antioxidant 168) and dioctadecyl thiodipropionate (namely an antioxidant DSTDP) and is purchased from basf;
The lubricant is a mixture of ethylene bis stearamide, white oil and calcium stearate with the mass ratio of 2:2:1, and is a commercial product.

Example 2
70 Parts of copolymerized polypropylene, 8 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 7 parts of toughening agent, 0.7 part of bisaminosilane oligomer, 15 parts of talcum powder, 0.5 part of antioxidant and 0.5 part of lubricant are added into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 5-15min; then adding the uniformly mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, mixing, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain easy-to-spray polypropylene composite material granules 2; wherein the extrusion temperature of each extrusion zone in the twin-screw extruder was 180 ℃, 185 ℃, 195 ℃, 205 ℃ and 225 ℃.
Example 3

Comparative example 1
70 Parts of copolymerized polypropylene, 7 parts of toughening agent, 0.7 part of bisaminosilane oligomer, 15 parts of talcum powder, 0.5 part of antioxidant and 0.5 part of lubricant are added into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 5-15min; then adding the uniformly mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, mixing, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain easy-to-spray polypropylene composite material granules 4; wherein the extrusion temperature of each extrusion zone in the twin-screw extruder was 180 ℃, 185 ℃, 195 ℃, 205 ℃ and 225 ℃.
Comparative example 2

Comparative example 3
70 Parts of copolymerized polypropylene, 8 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 7 parts of toughening agent, 0.7 part of epoxy silane oligomer, 15 parts of talcum powder, 0.5 part of antioxidant and 0.5 part of lubricant are added into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 5-15min; then adding the uniformly mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, mixing, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain easily-sprayed polypropylene composite material granules 6; wherein the extrusion temperature of each extrusion zone in the twin-screw extruder was 180 ℃, 185 ℃, 195 ℃, 205 ℃ and 225 ℃.
The obtained easy-to-spray polypropylene composite pellets 1-6 were tested, and the following table 1 is used as test items and standards:

tensile strength test: 1A type molding sample strip, the stretching speed is 50mm/min;
Flexural strength and flexural modulus: sample dimensions 100mm x 10mm x 4mm, experimental speed: 2mm/min;
Notched Izod impact strength: the A-type die is provided with a die-forming notch, sample dimensions 100mm x 10mm x 4mm;
The value of dyne: leveling an injection molding sample without surface defects, marking for 30mm, and taking the condition that no dyne liquid shrinkage bead points appear in 3 seconds as the reference;
hundred grid test: the sample is flat and has no surface defect, the size is 150mm and 100mm, and the sample is only cleaned and dried before spraying, so that no other pretreatment procedure exists. The thickness of the paint film is 61-120 mu m, and the paint surface at least comprises a primer and a colored paint.
The test results obtained by testing the easy-to-spray polypropylene composite pellets 1-6 are shown in Table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the dyne value and the hundred-cell test value of the polypropylene composite materials in examples 1 to 3 are both superior to those of comparative examples 1 to 3, which shows that the binding force between the polypropylene surface and the coating layer can be improved by simultaneously adding ethylene-vinyl acetate and a bisaminosilane oligomer, and a polypropylene composite material more suitable for spraying is obtained. It can be seen from the combination of example 2 and comparative example 1 that the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contributes to the easy spraying performance of the polypropylene composite material, and the bisaminosilane oligomer not only improves the dyne value and the hundred lattice test of the material, but also improves the mechanical property of the material as can be seen from example 2, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3.
