Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing and caring products, in particular to application of batyl alcohol in a washing and caring product and the washing and caring product containing batyl alcohol.
Background
The hair washing and caring products are a kind of nursing products for cleaning or protecting scalp and hair health, and can clean grease, sweat scale, external dust, microorganism and the like secreted by human bodies attached to the scalp and the hair, or provide good nourishment for the hair. In addition to the need for shampoo products for adults, there is in fact a need for use of shampoos which are smooth and condition hair for children over the age of 3, especially girls. However, the shampoo is more suitable for the requirements of adult shampoos, conditioning components often adopt cationic polyquaternium components with strong irritation, the conditioning components have strong irritation to eyes, and the formed shampoo is not suitable for children. According to national regulations, the test result of the eye irritation of the shampoo for children under 12 years old is not stimulated, so that the conventional common shampoo is not suitable for children and contradicts related regulations and product safety. Although some shampoo products for children do not contain shampoo components with good washing effect, the shampoo products are suitable for children, but the hair washing effect is weakened to some extent correspondingly. Therefore, it is very important to provide a substance, a scheme and the like which can eliminate the eye irritation of the shampoo to children and is beneficial to improving the hair washing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art, and provides the application of the batyl alcohol in the hair washing and caring product and the hair washing and caring product containing the batyl alcohol.
It is an object of the present invention to provide the use of batyl alcohol in the preparation of a children's hair care product with low eye irritation, improved hair smoothness and/or prevention of hair drying and knotting after shampooing. In one or more embodiments of the present invention, it is found that the addition of batyl alcohol can effectively reduce the irritation of the hair washing and caring product to eyes, and after hair washing, the hair washing and caring product with batyl alcohol can make hair more flexible and easier to comb, and effectively reduce the dry and knotted condition of hair in wet or dry state.
Further, ocular sub-irritancy includes sub-irritancy to the cornea, iris, and/or conjunctiva. In one or more embodiments of the present invention, it was demonstrated by animal experiments that batyl alcohol has the effect of reducing eye irritation of components of hair wash and care products, and is embodied by the cornea, iris and conjunctiva in the process. Batyl alcohol was shown to be effective at reducing the irritation of wash and hair care products on the cornea, iris and conjunctiva of the eye at least.
Further, the children's hair washing and caring product contains the following components: quaternary ammonium salts and/or quaternary ammonium salt polymers. In more than one embodiment of the invention, for the shampoo containing the quaternary ammonium salt component, the adding of the batyl alcohol can effectively reduce the eye irritation of the corresponding shampoo, improve the softening function and reduce the drying and knotting after washing. The invention provides the application of batyl alcohol in reducing eye irritation in shampoo containing quaternary ammonium salt components, and is expected to solve the defect that the shampoo containing quaternary ammonium salt and polymer thereof in the prior art has good effect but cannot be suitable for children.
Further, the children's hair washing and caring product contains the following components: water, laureth ammonium sulfate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, cocamidopropyl betaine, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, dimethiconol, ethylene glycol distearate, decyl glucoside, phenoxyethanol, PEG-150 distearate, sodium chloride, cetearyl alcohol, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, disodium EDTA, perfume, and polyquaternium-10. In more than one embodiment of the invention, the batyl alcohol is added into the hair washing and caring product containing the components, so that the hair washing and caring effects of the corresponding hair washing and caring product are obviously improved, including mildness, softening function and nourishing effect.
The invention also aims to provide the application of batyl alcohol in preparing products for reducing eye irritation of the hair washing and caring products, improving the softening function of the hair washing and caring products and/or reducing hair drying and knotting after the hair washing and caring products are washed. In addition to the presence of batyl alcohol itself as a component of a hair care product, it is also possible to prepare separate products based on batyl alcohol for use in combination with an agent for enhancing the cleansing and protecting effects of hair or for relieving eye irritation of a hair care product. Further, hair washing and caring products include children's shampoo.
Further, the hair washing and caring product contains the following components: quaternary ammonium salts and/or quaternary ammonium salt polymers. Further, the quaternary ammonium salt polymer is polyquaternium-10. Further, the hair washing and caring product contains the following components: water, laureth ammonium sulfate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, cocamidopropyl betaine, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, dimethiconol, ethylene glycol distearate, decyl glucoside, phenoxyethanol, PEG-150 distearate, sodium chloride, cetearyl alcohol, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, disodium EDTA, perfume, and polyquaternium-10.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for reducing eye irritation, improving the softening function and/or reducing dryness and knot of hair after washing hair by adding batyl alcohol to a hair washing and caring product.
The invention further aims to provide children shampoo which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
according to the children shampoo, the ammonium laureth sulfate is an anionic surfactant with excellent performances, and has excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming performances, and the addition of the ammonium laureth sulfate is beneficial to improving the foaming effect of the shampoo and enhancing the cleaning effect. The cocoyl amphodiacetate disodium can further play roles in foaming and increasing foam, enables hair to be soft and easy to comb after the cocoyl amphodiacetate disodium is used, has antistatic property, is low in irritation to eyes, and is suitable for children.
Meanwhile, the coconut oil amido propyl betaine and the PEG-80 sorbitan laurate are also added into the shampoo, the coconut oil amido propyl betaine has sterilization and antibacterial effects to a certain extent, the performance is mild, and the softness, conditioning and low-temperature stability of the hair washing and caring product can be improved; the PEG-80 sorbitan laurate can improve the overall performance of the hair washing and caring product and improve the foamability, and the component also belongs to a mild component, has low irritation to eyes, and is safe and reliable when used on children shampoo; more importantly, the PEG-80 sorbitan laurate is matched with the cocamidopropyl betaine, so that the generation of bubbles can be obviously promoted, and the foam is converted into finer foam from a loose structure, so that the foam is fine and rich. And the two components can play a certain thickening role in coordination.
The sodium cocoyl amphohydroxypropyl sulfonate has good foaming power, can generate rich, fine and cream-like foam, enhances the foaming capability of a formula system, enables the skin to be soft and moist after cleaning, and prevents the skin and hair from being excessively degreased. The dimethiconol is added into a hair washing and caring product, can increase the smoothness of the washed hair, improves the luster, and has no greasy feeling. The ethylene glycol distearate has effects of moistening and conditioning hair, and enhancing hair nourishing and protecting effects. Decyl glucoside, a mild cleansing ingredient, has the ability to reduce surface tension, and does not cause discomfort to the scalp while removing scalp and hair follicle oil; and the decyl glucoside hydrophobic chain contains ten carbon atoms, the length of the carbon chain is just matched with that of most of anionic surfactants, and the decyl glucoside hydrophobic chain is easily inserted into a mixed micelle formed by the anionic surfactants and the zwitterionic surfactants, so that the efficiency of the anionic surfactants for reducing the surface tension is greatly improved, and the surface activity cleaning capability of the anions and the zwitterionic surfactants is more effectively exerted. The phenoxyethanol at least has the effect of a preservative, and is bacteriostatic and quality-guaranteeing. The PEG-150 distearate has the functions of conditioning and softening hair, and the addition of the component can effectively prevent hair from drying up and reduce the electrostatic effect between hair filaments. The sodium chloride can improve the ionization degree of the shampoo and the washing effect of the hair washing and caring product. The cetearyl alcohol is a surfactant, has foaming and defoaming effects, and can dissolve oil and fat which are difficult to clean in hair by solubilization; meanwhile, cetearyl alcohol can also relieve the condition of dry hair; due to hair dryness, the sebum gland oil secretion of scalp is insufficient, the scalp environment is too dry, and factors such as frequent high-temperature perm, medicament hair dyeing, reverse combing and the like cause damage to hair cuticular layer hair scales, and the cetostearyl alcohol can help smooth the raised edges of the hair cuticular layer hair scales, so that the hair color becomes gradually smooth and the hair texture is soft; in addition, cetearyl alcohol is used as an emulsifier, so that the adhesiveness and deposition of the hair conditioner on hair can be improved, the hair conditioner can be better released and expanded under a wet condition, and the hair conditioner has the effects of moisturizing the hair.
The acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer can provide a shampoo water-locking function and is beneficial to nourishing hair. The EDTA disodium is used as a chelating agent, so that the stability of a shampoo formula system can be promoted, and the overall shampoo effect can be improved. The polyquaternary ammonium salt has strong affinity to hair, can repair hair split, can form a transparent and continuous film when deposited on the hair, and enables the hair to be smooth and soft. The essence can provide a certain degree of fragrance of the shampoo, and the use experience is improved.
The batyl alcohol is used as a high-molecular auxiliary emulsified surfactant, can quickly form a layer of isolation at the cornea of eyes in the hair washing process, prevents small molecular substances in the shampoo from entering the internal tissues of the eyes, further prevents the shampoo from stimulating the eyes, and can effectively prevent hair from drying and knotting after being added into the shampoo, thereby remarkably improving the hair washing and protecting effects of the shampoo.

Example 3
Evaluation of Dry and Wet combing after washing by consumers for protocols 1-3 and control samples prepared in example 1
30 female hair samples of 20-30cm length were prepared, shampooed, and evaluated for wet hair and combing after drying with a hair dryer.
Testing an instrument: hair combing tester, HM-01
The testing principle is as follows: the clips holding the hair tresses were mounted on a stainless steel stand on a Mettler-Torlitdo XS603S precision balance. The motor on the carding machine drives the screw rod to rotate, the rotating speed of the motor is 2800r/min, the guide metal plates are arranged on two sides of the screw rod, the comb is fixed on the screw rod, the comb is driven to slide up and down when the screw rod rotates, the comb can pass 20 cm in one second, and the speed of combing the hair is almost the same as that of a person at ordinary times, so that the real hair combing process can be simulated. In order to ensure that the starting position and the ending position of each test are the same to achieve the accuracy of the test, the starting position and the ending position are marked on the metal guide plate from the upper end to the bottom of the carding machine.
Pre-treatment of hair tresses: the selected hair bundle is real hair without chemical treatment such as blanching, dyeing and bleaching, each hair weighs about 10g, and the length is controlled to be about 35 cm. The 4-piece hair is clamped together by an iron clip, and the two sides are screwed tightly by screws to fix the hair for standby.
A hair washing step: in order to prevent the hair from being polluted by oil stain on the hands, a person who has been washed hair wears gloves during the whole process of washing hair; the specific steps of hair washing are as follows:
(1) The hair is first moistened with warm water of about 40 deg.C and then washed with 10% K12 solution, and the front and back sides are kneaded for half a minute to prevent the hair from being disordered. Then warm water is used for washing the front and back sides of the hair for half a minute respectively to remove foams;
(2) And (3) sucking 2mL of prepared shampoo by using a needle tube, washing hair according to the step (1), namely replacing K12 in the step (1) with the shampoo, and filtering water along the hair bundle direction by using two fingers after washing, wherein the water is to be measured.
Testing of combing property of shampoo: because the humidity of the air has certain influence on the hair combing property, in order to reduce the error of the experiment as much as possible, the experiment is carried out in a constant-temperature constant-humidity air-conditioning room.
TABLE 4 evaluation index and score for wet hair
TABLE 5 evaluation index and score of hair dryness
Under the above experimental methods and reference indices, the dry and wet combing evaluation results were obtained as shown in table 6 below:
TABLE 6
Scheme(s) | Scheme 1 | Scheme 2 | Scheme 3 | Control sample |
Wet comb evaluation average score | 3.9 | 4.2 | 4.5 | 3.7 |
Dry comb evaluation average score | 3.7 | 4.1 | 4.2 | 3.5 |
That is, from the hair dry wet combing test results, it can be concluded: the addition of batyl alcohol can effectively improve the conditioning performance of the dry and wet hair combing of the shampoo and avoid the phenomena of dry hair and knotting of the hair.
