Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to navel moxibustion medicine powder for treating spleen deficiency diarrhea and an application and a using method thereof.
Background
Diarrhea due to spleen deficiency is a common digestive tract disease. Diarrhea with loose stool, protracted and repeated diarrhea, indigestion, reduced diet, discomfort in the epigastrium after eating, increased frequency of stool after eating a little greasy food, scanty urine, sallow complexion, heavy body, fullness in the chest, mental fatigue, lassitude, pale tongue with white coating, and thready and weak pulse. Diarrhea due to spleen deficiency refers to diarrhea caused by spleen qi deficiency, cold or cool food after illness, improper diet, or spleen injury due to overstrain. The cause mechanism of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency is caused by water dampness blocking in stomach and intestine, spleen deficiency failing to transport and water failing to produce and dampness entering intestinal tract. The infantile spleen deficiency diarrhea is usually caused by weakness of body or deficiency of primordial qi due to chronic disease, and is caused by deficiency of spleen-stomach qi, weakness of transportation and transformation, morning diarrhea due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency, and chronic disease and kidney. preparing powder: taking the traditional Chinese medicines in parts by weight; drying the obtained medicinal materials, mixing uniformly, grinding into powder, and sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder.
The usage and dosage are as follows: (1) cutting rhizoma Zingiberis recens into slices with thickness of 4-5mm, and binding the slices with 8-10 small holes; (2) wiping and cleaning the navel part by using 75% of medical alcohol or 0.5% -1% of iodophor cotton balls according to a conventional disinfection method, and then sticking the punctured ginger slices on the navel of a human body for standing for 8-10min; (3) spreading the medicinal powder on rhizoma Zingiberis recens slice at a dosage of 9g navel moxibustion powder/4 cm square rhizoma Zingiberis recens slice, igniting, taking down timely when the body feels burning pain, and repeating the operation for 4-5 times after the burning pain disappears.
Safety evaluation
Monitoring the adverse reaction condition of the patient in the medication process, and immediately stopping the medication process if more than three serious adverse reactions occur.
It was observed that 500 patients did not develop severe adverse events during the administration period, and the incidence of tertiary adverse events was 0 in each example and comparative example. The statistical results are shown in the following table.
TABLE 1 evaluation of safety
Toxicity test
20 adult female mice and adult male mice with equivalent body weights are selected and divided into a control group and an administration group, 20 mice in each group are fed with the medicines for 1 time every day, the physical conditions, food intake, water intake and body weight of each mouse are recorded every day, the experiment lasts for six months, compared with the control group, the physical conditions, food intake, water intake and body weight increase of the mice in the administration group are normal, and the mice do not suffer from diseases or die. The medicine powder has good safety and no toxic or side effect.
Test examples
The invention has obvious effect on the aspect of treating the spleen deficiency diarrhea, and in order to verify the beneficial effect, the invention is further explained by combining clinical tests carried out by the first subsidiary hospital of the university of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan, wherein the specific experimental method and the results are as follows:
1. case selection: the selected cases are all patients with spleen deficiency diarrhea of the first subsidiary hospital of the university of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan, and 500 patients with spleen deficiency diarrhea are selected. Example 1: the number of the patients is 100, 45 men and 55 women, the course of disease is 20 days to 18 months, the number of the patients with mild diarrhea is 67, and the number of the patients with severe diarrhea is 33; example 2: the number of the patients is 100, 42 men and 58 women, the course of disease is 20 days to 18 months, the number of the patients with mild diarrhea is 66, and the number of the patients with severe diarrhea is 34; example 3: 44 men, 56 women, 20 days to 18 months in course of disease, 69 cases of mild diarrhea and 31 cases of severe diarrhea; comparative example 1: the number of the patients is 100, 44 men and 56 women, the course of disease is 20 days to 18 months, 68 cases of mild diarrhea and 32 cases of severe diarrhea; comparative example 2: total 100 cases, 43 cases for men and 57 cases for women, 20 days to 18 months for the course of disease, 65 cases for mild diarrhea and 35 cases for severe diarrhea
2. Diagnostic criteria: according to the Chinese medicine administration, the diagnosis and treatment effect standard of the traditional Chinese medicine disease, the diagnosis is confirmed according to the clinical symptoms and signs of the patient and the physicochemical examination of the western medicine diseases related to the diarrhea (such as routine excrement, excrement culture, X-ray barium enema, fiberscope enteroscopy, intestinal tract CT and the like).
3. The treatment method comprises the following steps: the navel moxibustion is carried out according to the use method of the invention, every other day is 1 time, 1 month is 1 treatment course, generally 3 treatment courses are carried out until clinical symptoms and physical signs disappear, and after physical and chemical examination of western medicine diseases related to diarrhea is normal, the treatment is carried out for 1 treatment course, and follow-up is carried out for 3 months.
4. The evaluation standard of the curative effect is as follows:
(1) The clinical cure is as follows: the times, the amount and the characters of the excrement are recovered to be normal, the symptoms and the physical signs disappear, and the physical and chemical examination of the western medicine diseases related to the diarrhea is normal.
(2) The effect is shown: the times of defecation are 2-3 times per day, the approximate forming is realized, or the loose stool is only 1 time per day, the total integral of accompanying symptoms and physical signs is reduced by more than or equal to 70 percent compared with the total integral before treatment, and the physical and chemical examination and the reexamination of the western medicine diseases related to the diarrhea are obviously improved;
(3) The frequency and the quality of the excrement are improved, the total integral of accompanying symptoms and physical signs is reduced by more than or equal to 35 percent and less than 70 percent compared with the total integral before treatment, and the physical and chemical examination and reexamination of the western medicine diseases related to the diarrhea are improved;
(4) Invalid, one not meeting the valid standard
5. The observation indexes of the curative effect are as follows: total integral of symptom signs: according to the main symptom sign scoring table, the common symptoms of the patients, such as enlarged tongue, tooth marks on the side, abdominal pain, diarrhea, appetite, sleeping conditions and the like, are observed and inquired, and are recorded in detail, the total score is the sum of the symptoms and sign scores of the patients, and the higher the score is, the more serious the symptoms and signs are.
6. The treatment effect is as follows: the invention is applied to 100 clinical cases of patients with spleen deficiency diarrhea for 3 courses of treatment, and the treatment effect evaluation is carried out by applying the treatment effect evaluation standard: 70 cases are cured, and the cure rate is about 70%; 26 cases of improvement, accounting for about 26 percent; the number of the cases is about 4% of the cases without cure. The total effective rate is about 96%. The therapeutic effects are shown in tables 2 and 3.
6.1 comparison of clinical efficacy
As shown in table 2, the clinical effective rates of inventive examples 1 to 3 were 92%, 96%, and 91%, which were higher than those of the comparative example group.
TABLE 2 comparison of the clinical efficacy of the groups after treatment
