Further, as shown in fig. 8, the inner cleaning mechanism 9 further includes an inclination assembly, the inclination assembly includes a base plate 95 disposed below the storage groove 90, the base plate 95 is connected with an extension frame 96, a cam 97 is disposed at an end of the extension frame 96, the cam 97 is mounted in contact with the extension frame 96, the extension frame 96 is T-shaped, a fixing block 99 is disposed on the base 2, a return spring 98 is disposed between the extension frame 96 and the fixing block 99, another end of the drill rod 4 is mounted in contact with a blocking plate 93, and leakage holes are uniformly disposed on the blocking plate 93.
Specifically, in order to promote the inside cleaning performance of drilling rod 4, through setting up the inclination of tilting assembly to accomodate groove 90 and control to no sewage remains in the inside of drilling rod 4 when guaranteeing to wash.
Further, a splash guard 87 is provided at the upper end of the cleaning tank 85, a sliding sleeve 811 is provided at the middle position of the receiving rack 80, and the receiving rack 80 is matched with the drill rod 4 through the sliding sleeve 811.
The cleaning method of the green construction cleaning device of the jet grouting pile machine adopts the green construction cleaning device of the jet grouting pile machine, and comprises the following steps:
the first step: when the drill rod 4 reaches the end of the drilling hole, the cleaning and adjusting mechanism 5 is driven to enable the vertical frame 54 to be close to the drill rod 4;
And a second step of: the drive adjustment motor 62 is extended, so that the rotating frame 60 is inclined to be close to the drill rod 4, and the scraping frame 65 in the scraping groove 601 is contacted with the surface of the drill rod 4;
And a third step of: the telescopic motor 810 is driven to enable the outer cleaning mechanism 8 to wrap the outer side of the drill rod 4, and after the outer cleaning spray head 86 is opened, the rotary spraying operation of the drill rod 4 is started;
fourth step: the detached drill rod 4 is placed between the partition plates 92 of the inner cleaning mechanism 9, and the inner cleaning head 94 is opened to clean the inside of the drill rod 4.
The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
As shown in fig. 1-8, for grouting operation with larger jet grouting depth, a plurality of drill rods 4 are required to be combined for drilling and jet grouting, in this case, cleaning sewage is not easy to collect and process when the drill rods 4 are cleaned, firstly, cement slurry on the drill rods 4 is scraped by the scraping mechanism 6, the scraped cement slurry flows into the cleaning groove 70 in the cleaning assembly 7 along the scraping groove 601 and the guide groove 600, and the cement slurry is cleaned from the cleaning groove 70 by combining the cleaning auger 72, so that the cement slurry is prevented from directly falling on the base 2 or other mechanisms, and difficult cleaning is caused. The surface of the drill rod 4 is cleaned by the drill rod 4 subjected to scraping treatment in combination with the outer cleaning mechanism 8, and sewage generated in the cleaning process is collected and discharged by the combination of the water collecting tank 81 and the water discharging tank 83 of the receiving frame 80, so that the influence of sewage leakage on the operation ground is avoided; the detached single-section drill rod 4 is sent into the inner cleaning mechanism 9 to clean the inside of the drill rod 4 in the cleaning process, and the inclined assembly is combined to ensure that sewage cannot remain in the inside of the drill rod 4 in the cleaning process, so that the cleaning quality is ensured.

The outer cleaning mechanism (8) comprises a mounting frame (55) arranged on the upper side of the vertical frame (54), a mounting column (88) is arranged on the mounting frame (55), the mounting column (88) is connected with a cleaning groove (85), the cleaning groove (85) is arranged in a semicircular mode, the cleaning groove (85) arranged on the mounting frame (55) on two sides is surrounded on the outer side of the drill rod (4) to form a complete circle, an outer cleaning spray head (86) is uniformly arranged on the inner side of the cleaning groove (85), the outer cleaning spray head (86) is aligned with the central axis of the drill rod (4), a receiving frame (80) is connected to the lower side of the cleaning groove (85), a water collecting groove (81) is arranged in the receiving frame (80), a through hole (82) is uniformly formed in the bottom of the water collecting groove (81), a water draining groove (83) is arranged at the bottom of the receiving frame (80), the water draining groove (83) is arranged in an annular mode, a water draining groove (84) is arranged on the lower side of the drill rod, the water draining groove (83) is aligned with the water draining groove (83), and the water draining groove (83) is a closed edge;
