In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, the mounting base 100 is an isosceles triangle structure, two first connecting portions 110 are respectively disposed at two symmetrical ends of the bottom side of the isosceles triangle, and the second connecting portion 130 is disposed near the vertex angle of the isosceles triangle. During construction, the two ends of the device are stably connected with the chain of the scraper conveyor, tensioning and loosening operations are simple, operation safety is greatly improved, practicability is high, coal mine tunneling speed is greatly improved, and outstanding contribution is made to coal mine exploitation.
