每一个罐组件10还包括罐阀15,该罐阀15连接到气体燃料罐11。优选地,为了提高罐组件10的安全性,罐阀15以不可逆的方式被直接地固定到气体燃料罐11的开口13。例如,罐阀15可以被密封到气体燃料罐11,特别是被密封到气体燃料罐11的诸如侧壁12的结构。罐阀15也可以被焊接到气体燃料罐11的所述结构。可替代地,罐阀15可以被固定在气体燃料罐11本身的内部。
罐阀15呈现:
-关闭状态,该关闭状态防止气体燃料流动通过该罐阀,使得没有燃料气体可以进入气体燃料罐11或从气体燃料罐11逸出,以及
-打开状态,该打开状态使气体燃料能够在填充方向上流动通过该罐阀,以利用气体燃料填充气体燃料罐11,或者使气体燃料能够在供应方向上流动通过该罐阀,以排空气体燃料罐11,并且向气体燃料发动机3供应气体燃料。
在图2所示的实施例中,每一个罐组件10的罐阀15包括控制单元16,该控制单元16被构造成控制罐阀15在关闭状态与打开状态之间的致动。控制单元16被进一步构造成存储对于气体燃料车辆1的罐组件10而言、或者至少对于气体燃料车辆1的气体燃料供应回路5而言特有的识别数据。
为了利用气体燃料填充气体燃料罐11,气体燃料供应回路5包括填充装置5a,该填充装置5a包括:填充器6,该填充器6被构造成可移除地连接到气体燃料源(诸如,气体燃料站);以及一个或多个填充管7,所述一个或多个填充管7将填充器6连接到每一个罐组件10的罐阀15。此外,为了向气体燃料发动机3供应气体燃料,气体燃料供应回路5包括供应装置5b,该供应装置5b包括一个或多个供应管8,所述一个或多个供应管8可以通过压力调节器9将每一个罐组件10的罐阀15连接到供应管,该压力调节器9被构造成调节气体燃料供应回路5内的气体燃料的压力。
气体燃料车辆1具有电子中央单元4,该电子中央单元4被构造成控制气体燃料车辆1的操作。电子中央单元4连接到电子驾驶、安全和/或舒适设备,以根据驾驶情形、法律和/或驾驶员要求等而控制并监测这些设备。电子中央单元4还连接到气体燃料发动机3和气体燃料供应回路5,以控制并监测它们的操作。
电子中央单元4还连接到每一个罐阀15的控制单元16。控制单元16被构造成将识别数据传达到电子中央单元4,并且电子中央单元4被构造成处理该识别数据,并且仅当辨认出识别数据时,才启用罐阀15在关闭状态与打开状态之间的致动。例如,识别数据可以是传输到控制单元16的通信总线信号(CAN、以太网等)。可替代地,由于加密密钥和加密算法(诸如“AES:高级加密标准”),识别数据可以是与由中央单元16辨认的随机值相结合的罐唯一序列号。
识别数据的处理可以被自动触发,每一个罐阀15的控制单元16周期性地传达识别数据。然而,识别数据的处理可以以任何其它合适的方式触发。例如,气体燃料车辆1的电子中央单元4可以周期性地请求每一个罐阀15的控制单元16传达识别数据。此外,本发明不限于存储在罐阀15的控制单元16中的识别数据。识别数据可以是粘贴在罐组件10的气体燃料罐11上或者存储在电子标签中的代码的形式,电子中央单元4控制读取器周期性地读取该代码。然后,识别数据的处理也可以由气体燃料车辆1的操作者或驾驶员手动触发,可以在接收到由电子中央单元4发送的通知时触发。
在图3中,公开了用于控制气体燃料车辆1的气体燃料供应回路5的方法。
如先前所公开的,每一个罐组件10的识别数据被自动或手动地传达到气体燃料车辆1的电子中央单元4。每一个罐组件10的识别数据由电子中央单元4处理。如果例如因为错误地安装了错误的罐组件10或者打算使用盗来的罐组件10而使得电子中央单元4没有辨认出识别数据,则电子中央单元4停用罐阀15在关闭状态与打开状态之间的致动,从而使罐组件10不能操作。相反,如果电子中央单元4辨认出识别数据,则电子中央单元4启用罐阀15在关闭状态与打开状态之间的致动。

Claims (5)

1.气体燃料车辆(1),包括:
-气体燃料发动机(3),所述气体燃料发动机(3)被构造成从气体燃料产生机械驱动力,
-气体燃料供应回路(5),所述气体燃料供应回路(5)被构造成向所述气体燃料发动机(3)供应气体燃料,所述气体燃料供应回路(5)包括至少一个罐组件(10),所述罐组件(10)包括气体燃料罐(11)和罐阀(15),所述气体燃料罐(11)被构造成填充有气体燃料,所述罐阀(15)连接到所述气体燃料罐(11),所述罐阀(15)呈现防止气体燃料流动通过所述罐阀(15)的关闭状态以及使气体燃料能够流动通过所述罐阀(15)的打开状态,
-电子中央单元(4),所述电子中央单元(4)被构造成控制所述气体燃料车辆(1)的操作,所述电子中央单元(4)连接到所述气体燃料发动机(3)和所述气体燃料供应回路(5),
其中,所述罐组件(10)设有特定的识别数据,并且
其中,所述电子中央单元(4)被构造成处理所述罐组件(10)的所述识别数据,并且仅当辨认出所述识别数据时,才能够启用所述罐阀(15)在所述关闭状态与所述打开状态之间的致动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体燃料车辆(1),其中,所述罐阀(15)包括控制单元(16),所述控制单元(16)连接到所述电子中央单元(4),并且所述控制单元(16)被构造成控制所述罐阀(15)在所述关闭状态与所述打开状态之间的致动,所述控制单元(16)被构造成存储所述识别数据,并且将所述识别数据传达到所述电子中央单元(4)。
3.根据权利要求1和2中的任一项所述的气体燃料车辆(1),其中,所述气体燃料罐(11)具有侧壁(12)和开口(13),所述气体燃料流动通过所述开口(13),并且所述气体燃料供应回路(5)包括至少一个供应管(8),所述罐阀(15)被直接地固定到所述气体燃料罐(11)的所述开口(13),并且将所述开口(13)连接到所述供应管(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气体燃料车辆(1),其中,所述罐阀(15)以不可逆的方式被固定到所述气体燃料罐(11)。
5.用于控制气体燃料车辆(1)的气体燃料供应回路(5)的方法,所述气体燃料供应回路(5)被构造成向气体燃料发动机(3)供应气体燃料,所述气体燃料发动机(3)被构造成从气体燃料产生机械驱动力,所述气体燃料供应回路(5)包括至少一个罐组件(10),所述罐组件(10)包括气体燃料罐(11)和罐阀(15),所述气体燃料罐(11)被构造成填充有气体燃料,所述罐阀(15)连接到所述气体燃料罐(11),所述罐阀(15)呈现防止气体燃料流动通过所述罐阀(15)的关闭状态以及使气体燃料能够流动通过所述罐阀(15)的打开状态,所述罐组件(10)设有特定的识别数据,
