Abstract
The invention relates to a novel absorption core body and a sanitary product applying the same. The absorbent core comprises absorbent sheets, the absorbent sheets are of a multi-sheet multi-layer structure, two absorbent sheets are distributed at intervals, and a third absorbent sheet spans the two absorbent sheets. The sanitary article is a breast pad, comprises the absorption core body, and is folded towards one side of the top sheet along the ventilation groove, and in a folded state, a pair of inner side surfaces of the top sheet at two ends of the ventilation groove are mutually jointed. The sanitary product can be breast pad, sweat pad, sanitary towel or diaper.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hygienic products, in particular to a novel absorption core body and a hygienic product applying the same.
Background
The water absorption core body (also called absorption core body) of the existing sanitary article mostly adopts a mixed layer of dustless paper coated with high-molecular water absorption particles and fluff pulp. It can be used in diaper, sanitary napkin, breast pad, mattress, sweat pad, etc
The water absorption core body adopted by the existing sanitary article only adopts one or more pieces, and the water absorption core bodies of the plurality of pieces are distributed in a single layer when in use. The structure has the following disadvantages: the water storage amount is small, the water storage efficiency is low, and the existing milk pad is not suitable for occasions with more milk discharge such as night use for example; when the water absorption capacity of the water absorption core body is close to 50% of the saturation degree, the water absorption efficiency can be greatly reduced, namely, a user feels that the product is always wet, and the use comfort of the user is further reduced, so that the technical problem to be solved in the field is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an absorption core body which is simple in structure, high in water absorption efficiency and good in water absorption effect and a sanitary product applying the absorption core body.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an absorbent core, which comprises a plurality of absorbent sheets, wherein the absorbent sheets are of a multi-sheet multi-layer structure, two absorbent sheets are distributed at intervals, and a third absorbent sheet spans the two absorbent sheets. When the absorbing core body with the structure is used, when the water absorption capacity of one water absorption sheet is close to 50% of saturation and the water absorption capacities of other water absorption sheets are less, the water absorption efficiency of other water absorption sheets is higher, the whole water absorption efficiency of the absorbing core body is kept in a better state, and the comfort level of a user for using a product is improved. Meanwhile, compared with a single-sheet or multi-sheet single-layer type absorption core body, the absorption core body has the advantages that the water absorption capacity can be improved by 10-20% under the condition that fluff pulp containing high-molecular water absorption particles with the same specification and the same weight is adopted.
The third water-absorbing sheet is integrally distributed on the same side of the two water-absorbing sheets, or two ends of the third water-absorbing sheet are respectively arranged on different sides of the two water-absorbing sheets; the two water-absorbing sheets are distributed at intervals to form ventilating grooves, and the third water-absorbing sheet does not cover the end parts of the ventilating grooves so as to improve the air permeability of the product and the use comfort of the product.
The two water absorption sheets are symmetrically distributed, and the third water absorption sheet is positioned in the center of the absorption core body; the center of the third water-absorbing sheet and/or the centers of the adjacent edges of the two water-absorbing sheets are/is provided with a through hole so as to improve the air permeability of the product and the comfort level of the product during use.
A sanitary product comprises the absorbent core, wherein the absorbent core is wrapped by non-woven fabrics (corresponding to products, such as sweat absorbing pads for armpits); or the upper layer of the absorption core body is provided with a top sheet for liquid permeation, the lower layer of the absorption core body is provided with a bottom sheet for preventing liquid permeation, and the edges of the top sheet and the bottom sheet are jointed.
The sanitary product is a breast pad; the top sheet is folded along the ventilation groove, and in a folded state, a pair of inner side surfaces of the top sheet at two ends of the ventilation groove are jointed with each other, so that the breast pad is unfolded into a three-dimensional pocket shape.
The water-absorbent sheet comprises: the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer and the water-permeable material layers are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer; the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer is divided into a plurality of strip-shaped bodies which are arranged and distributed at intervals. The strip-shaped bodies are arranged alternately, so that the deformation assisting force of the water absorbing layer is smaller, the breast pad can be conveniently unfolded to be in a three-dimensional pocket shape, and the forming effect is better; meanwhile, the formed gap is favorable for ventilation, so that the use comfort of a user is improved, and the breeding of bacteria is avoided; the clearance of adjacent bar body also does benefit to the retaining, promotes the water absorbing capacity.
An edge bag is arranged on the inner side of the top sheet and one side or two sides of the ventilation groove, and the edge bag comprises a sheet body formed by a water absorption sheet material wrapped by non-woven fabrics; the part of the sheet body corresponding to the edge of the top sheet is jointed with the edge of the top sheet; one side of the sheet body adjacent to the ventilating groove forms a bag opening.
The water-absorbing fluff pulp layer is formed by negative pressure adsorption of a mould.
The sanitary article is a breast pad, a sweat pad, a sanitary towel or a diaper.
As a preferable scheme, the water-absorbing sheet is formed by slitting an absorbing core body coiled material, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the water-absorbing layer can refer to chinese patent document CN208693620U. Optionally, the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer is formed by negative pressure adsorption of a mold.
A plurality of bar bodies parallel arrangement and with the folding central line of health supplies parallel or perpendicular, especially when being used for the breast pad, each bar body is parallel with health supplies's folding central line, make the folding central line of breast pad be basic horizontality during the use, then each bar body plays the effect of water bar, promotes the effect that absorbs water.
The invention has the technical effects that: (1) The water-absorbing sheet material comprises a plurality of sheet materials, wherein two water-absorbing sheet materials are distributed at intervals, and a third water-absorbing sheet material spans the two water-absorbing sheet materials. Meanwhile, compared with a single-sheet or multi-sheet single-layer type absorption core body, the absorption core body has the advantages that the water absorption capacity can be improved by 10-20% under the condition that fluff pulp containing high-molecular water absorption particles with the same specification and the same weight is adopted. (2) The fluff pulp layer that absorbs water is formed by a plurality of bar bodies alternate arrangement, further makes the deformation helping hand on layer that absorbs water less, does benefit to the product deformation and is the bowl form, and the shaping effect is better. Simultaneously the alternate setting of bar body, the clearance of formation does benefit to ventilative, and then rises user's comfort level, avoids bacterial growing. (3) The waterproof layer (namely the bottom sheet) is melt-blown fabric which has small gram weight, good flexibility and good water-repellent effect, can block bacteria, has better air permeability than an air-permeable plastic film and a water-repellent non-woven fabric, and greatly improves the use comfort of the product; (4) Rubber band among the health supplies locates on the medial surface or the lateral surface of the permeable material layer on the layer that absorbs water for the shrink power direct action of rubber band does benefit to the product deformation and is the bowl form, and is better for prior art deformation effect.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-2, in the case of a breast pad as an example, the sanitary product of the present embodiment comprises a top sheet 1 for liquid penetration, an absorbent core 2 for absorbing liquid, and a bottom sheet 3 (generally made of water-repellent nonwoven fabric) for preventing liquid penetration, which are sequentially laminated, and the outer edges of the top sheet and the bottom sheet are connected by heat-seal bonding or ultrasonic welding, i.e., edge bonding is realized; the absorbent core body 2 comprises two absorbent sheets which are distributed at intervals, and a third absorbent sheet 2-1 spans the two absorbent sheets; each water absorption sheet comprises a water absorption fluff pulp layer and a water permeable material layer arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the water absorption fluff pulp layer, and the water permeable material layer is dust-free paper or non-woven fabric.
The third water-absorbing sheet 2-1 is integrally distributed on the same side of the two water-absorbing sheets, or two ends of the third water-absorbing sheet 2-1 are respectively arranged on different sides of the two water-absorbing sheets; the two water-absorbing sheets are distributed at intervals to form the ventilating grooves 9, and the third water-absorbing sheet 2-1 does not cover the end parts of the ventilating grooves 9, so that the air permeability of the product is improved, and the use comfort of the product is improved.
The two water absorption sheets are symmetrically distributed, and the third water absorption sheet is positioned in the center of the absorption core body; the center of the third water-absorbing sheet and/or the centers of the adjacent edges of the two water-absorbing sheets are/is provided with a through hole so as to improve the air permeability of the product and the comfort level of the product in use.
The water-absorbing fluff pulp layer is formed by negative pressure adsorption of a mould.
As a preferable scheme, the water-absorbing sheet is formed by slitting an absorbing core body coiled material, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the water-absorbing layer can refer to chinese patent document CN208693620U. Optionally, the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer is formed by negative pressure adsorption of a mold.
The top sheet 1 is folded in half along the air-permeable groove, and in the folded state, a pair of inner side surfaces of the top sheet 1 at both ends of the air-permeable groove are joined to each other to form a joint part 5, so that the breast pad is unfolded into a three-dimensional pocket shape.
As another shape of the nursing pad, as shown in Figs. 3-4, the shape of the nursing pad is circular.
At least one layer of water-absorbing sheet can be directly arranged on the two water-absorbing sheets and the bottom sheet.
Example 2
On the basis of the breast pad of fig. 1-2 of example 1, as shown in fig. 5, side pockets 10 are respectively provided on both sides of the air-permeable groove 9 on the inner side of the top sheet 1, and the side pockets 10 include a sheet body made of a water-absorbent sheet material wrapped with a nonwoven fabric. The part of the sheet body corresponding to the edge of the top sheet 1 is jointed with the edge of the top sheet 1; one side of the sheet body adjacent to the air-permeable groove 9 forms a bag opening; only one side pocket 10 may be provided.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present embodiment has the following modifications:
as shown in fig. 6, the absorbent fluff pulp layer of the absorbent sheet in the absorbent core 2 is divided into a plurality of strips, and the strips are arranged and distributed at intervals; the strip-shaped bodies 6 are arranged at intervals, so that the deformation assisting force of the water absorbing layer is small, the product can be deformed into a bowl shape when being unfolded, and the forming effect is good; simultaneously, the alternate clearance that sets up the formation of bar body 6 does benefit to ventilative, and then rises user's comfort level, avoids bacterial growing.
The strip-shaped bodies 6 are arranged in parallel and are parallel or vertical to the folding central line of the breast pad (namely the central line of the ventilation groove 9), and each strip-shaped body is parallel to the folding central line of the sanitary product, so that the folding central line of the breast pad is in a basically horizontal state when in use.
Simultaneously, each bar body 6 is transverse distribution when using, and each bar body 6 plays the effect of water bar when absorbing water, avoids liquid to take place the water clock and pollute the clothing.
Preferably, the waterproof layer comprises one or more layers of melt-blown fabric which are distributed in a laminated manner, and spun-bonded non-woven fabric attached to the lower side of the melt-blown fabric.
The gram weight of the spun-bonded non-woven fabric is 15-30g per square meter, and the gram weight of the melt-blown fabric is 20-45g per square meter.
The spunbonded nonwoven is bonded on the lower side surface of the melt-blown fabric through the glue distributed in a dotted manner, or the spunbonded nonwoven is connected on the lower side surface of the melt-blown fabric in a dotted manner by adopting an ultrasonic welding and thermal fusion mode.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present embodiment has the following modifications:
the sanitary product is sweat pad, sanitary towel, mattress or diaper, etc.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (9)
1. An absorbent core comprising absorbent sheets, wherein the absorbent sheets comprise a plurality of sheets, wherein two of the absorbent sheets are present and spaced apart, and wherein a third absorbent sheet spans the two absorbent sheets.
2. The absorbent core according to claim 1, wherein the third absorbent sheet is integrally distributed on the same side of the two absorbent sheets, or two ends of the third absorbent sheet are respectively arranged on different sides of the two absorbent sheets; the two water-absorbing sheets are distributed at intervals to form a ventilating groove, and the end part of the ventilating groove is not covered by the third water-absorbing sheet.
3. The absorbent core according to claim 2, wherein the two absorbent sheets are symmetrically distributed, and the third absorbent sheet is positioned in the center of the absorbent core;
and a through hole is formed in the center of the third water absorbing sheet and/or the centers of the adjacent edges of the two water absorbing sheets.
4. A sanitary article, characterized in that it comprises an absorbent core (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the absorbent core (2) being wrapped in a nonwoven; or the upper layer of the absorption core body (2) is provided with a top sheet (1) used for liquid permeation, the lower layer of the absorption core body (2) is provided with a bottom sheet (4) used for preventing liquid permeation, and the edges of the top sheet (1) and the bottom sheet (4) are jointed.
5. The sanitary product of claim 4, wherein the sanitary product is a breast pad;
the sheet is folded in half toward the top sheet (1) along the ventilation groove, and a pair of inner side surfaces of the top sheet (1) at both ends of the ventilation groove are joined to each other in a folded state.
6. The sanitary product of claim 4, wherein the water-absorbent sheet comprises: the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer and the water-permeable material layers are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer;
the water-absorbing fluff pulp layer is divided into a plurality of strip-shaped bodies which are arranged and distributed at intervals.
7. The sanitary product of claim 5, wherein an edge pocket is provided on one or both sides of the air-permeable groove inside the top sheet, the edge pocket comprising a sheet body of a water-absorbent sheet wrapped with a nonwoven fabric; the part of the sheet body corresponding to the edge of the top sheet is jointed with the edge of the top sheet; one side of the sheet body adjacent to the ventilation groove forms a bag opening.
8. The sanitary product of claim 4, wherein the sanitary product is a breast pad, a sweat pad, a sanitary napkin, or a diaper.
9. The sanitary product of claim 3, wherein the plurality of strips are arranged in parallel and are parallel or perpendicular to the air-permeable groove.
