However, the inspection method must be performed after the lead frame is shaped, otherwise, the inspection structure will be affected by deformation of the pins of the lead frame even other parts, that is, the inspection method does not allow any part of the lead frame to be missing or deformed, even the part outside the semiconductor packaging area, so that the defective product still has qualified pins, and the quality of the semiconductor finished product is not affected. In order to reduce scrapping of the lead frame, a manual re-checking link is required to be arranged, so that the detection accuracy is low, and the production efficiency of the detection link is affected; and the way also needs to be provided with an orthopedic device independently, thereby increasing the investment of equipment and cost.
